You can see dogs being trimmed behind the glass and the staff is pretty flexible with appointments, which I appreciated. Cathy is the best, she did my sweet Daisy for years. You can tell how much she loves animals. She lived until 18 1/2 I just recently put her down a month ago. Cathy has a special place in my heart being so good to Daisy. My dog had sensitive skin and would wash her with oatmeal baths, and as he got older would use the medicated wash I would bring in. She even offered free ear cleaning in my dogs old age as she was prone to ear infections and recommended a great ear medication that completely kept them at bay when I started using it on her.
