The woman who helped me was nice--just standard service. I ordered my roll and was handed a little pager thing to wait for my order to be ready. Once it was ready, I was handed the roll in a styrofoam box and went to eat it at a table. I got the orange dragon roll, and it was absolutely delicious. The salmon was some of the freshest-tasting (and texture) I've ever had! Not to mention everything else in the roll complimented it perfectly. Definitely check them out.

I went with my bartenders recommendation and ordered the Orange Dragon roll. This is tempura fried shrimp, spicy crab, cucumber, and topped with salmon. I know this isn't traditional sushi, but it was still delicious! Everything tasted extremely fresh and really hit the spot. From the time we ordered to the time, our food was done was less than 10-minutes. I normally opt for soy wrap, sushi, which they did have and I greatly appreciated. If you're out and about and see this food truck at a farmers market or your local brewery parking lot, do not save on this and order some sushi ASAP!
