We came in to Hell's kitchen aware that we were not eating there but as one tourist does we would appreciate a shirt to commemorate our visit. We were rudely asked to wait to get a shirt with no valid reason to the wait. There were not customers. We were then informed that only one person knows how to ring up a shirt which is very unprofessional. We were patient through this process while the woman was clearly creating tension between us all. It took us nearly 30 mins to get one shirt because she went on her break while we were waiting. I would suggest with such a high end restaurant the hostess to be trained on ringing things up and more importantly respect towards customers. Very unprofessional and i would not like to see what is going on inside the restaurant. This is the manager who poorly handled this situation. Very disappointing. read more

This is the 3rd mf Gordon Ramsey restaurant in Hell's Kitchen, and only the second one I have tried, but this one was LEAGUES better than the previous one. We started with some apps of course, we got Wagu Meatballs, And I got the Lobster Risotto. Both were really great, but the star of the show was the foie gras. I had no idea what this was until like earlier last week. Look up what it actually is, but don't be scared because it was delicious. The charing on the meat was so perfect, and gave it a little extra OOMPH which made it overall super exciting. Worth it. I kind of want to become a foie gras connoisseur. Anyway, I also got this bougie extra high class whiskey drink that was covered in wood fire smoke. It did the job and put hair on my chest. For my main course, I got the famous Gordon Ramsey Beef Wellington. MUCH better this time than it was years ago. The flavors in the mushroom filling were so on point, and the flakey crust of the pastry complimented the wine soaked beef so well. It was honestly, perfect, and I was so full. We also got Mac and cheese and Brussels as sides. I wanted to get the sticky toffee dessert but I was too full and I wanted to go win money. It definitely was a great dining experience. Was a little expensive, but worth it to actually be in Hells Kitchen. I love that show and continue to watch every new season so it was cool to be in a real life one. So I have been watching Hell's Kitchen since it initially started. I recently had to be in Atlantic City and thought let's cross this off my bucket list. I have to say I was disappointed. Although the vibe was very cool the food was underwhelming. It was under seasoned and the puff pastry of my Wellington was mushy. I will say that the meat and seafood were definitely high quality products but again a little blah. On a positive note though the staff was lovely. At the end of the day it was a VERY overpriced bland meal. And I wanted to love it! read more

Wow this place was amazing! It just opened in Caesars. Very easy to get reservations which I love. It was a lot smaller than I expected but the ambiance and decor was so great especially if your a fan of the show. Everthing we ordered was perfect! The cocktails were awesome and we had many. For an appetizer we got the Wagyu Meatballs and omg chefs kiss delicious! We didn't even get to take a picture because we devoured it. The Beef Wellington and Sticky toffee pudding was so delicious. I never finish all my food and always have leftovers but I pretty much licked my plate clean! You will be paying a lot it is very expensive but is worth every penny and definitely fine dining! She had scallops for an appetizer which were some of the best scallops we had ever eaten. She and my son had beef wellington for the main course. Loved every bite. I had the rack of lamb which was cooked perfectly. My daughter had lobster risotto and loved it. Plenty of specialty cocktails to pick from. I would recommend smoke on the boardwalk for a drink if you like whiskey. Nice show when serving as well. We arrived 20 minutes early for our reservation and were seated about 40 minutes later. The drinks from the bar were delicious. My appetizer was forgotten but when it did arrive the best part was the lobster, cooked to perfection and lightly seasoned. The wagyu meatballs a moist and seasoned well also. The scallops 10/10 highly recommend. I choose between the short ribs and the salmon and I feel I should have went with the salmon. This is my second Hells Kitchen location I've eaten at besides the Las Vegas restaurant . Both locations are excellent however, I do believe the Vegas location was alittle bit better then here in AC . I started off with the scallops , I'm not a huge fan of scallops but these are definitely the exception. Buttery melt in your mouth goodness, don't pass these up! Next it was on to the main course, it's really hard to pass up the beef Wellington. Easily the best main course there in my opinion, a perfectly cooked piece of Ramsay art on a plate. I got a side of Mac and cheese which could have been a main course of its own, truly amazing and flavorful. For dessert is the sticky toffee pudding, a Ramsey creation of his grandmothers recipe that is in my opinion the best dessert on the planet! If you go there and only eat the sticky toffee pudding then it was welll worth your trip! Service is top notch as you would expect from a high end restaurant. If you're a fan of the show or just enjoy amazing food then this is the place for you. read more

We had the pleasure of dining here for my birthday on Sunday 6/18. We arrived an hour early for our 8:45 reservation and planned to sit at the bar. To my surprise, before we even sat down, we were notified by a very friendly hostess that our table was ready! She proceeded to lead us downstairs and tell us about the restaurant and and kindly wished me a happy birthday! I love Gordon and all of his shows and it was really fun to feel like I was on an episode of Hell's Kitchen. Very nice, cozy ambiance. The service here was over the top! We waited for NOTHING. Our server, Hailey, was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, engaging and very helpful. The food was exactly what I would expect from a Gordon Ramsay establishment - delicious! We had the scallop appetizer. I ordered the lobster risotto for my entree and my fiance had the NY Strip with a side of elote. We enjoyed every bite. I tried a bite of his steak and I've never tasted better. At the end of our meal, the lovely Hailey went over and was speaking privately to my fiance but I knew what they were talking about lol Next thing I know, she comes back to the table with the famous sticky toffee pudding with a candle for me to blow out! I definitely did not have any expectation of anything free for my birthday and the fact that it was even acknowledged at all (and multiple times at that!) really made an old lady feel special! Came here for our anniversary during our trip in Atlantic City. The guy who brought us our water was entertaining & did a cute little dance at the end for our anni. Our server, Jen, was very sweet & brought us comp wine to toast our celebration. As for the food, we got a lobster risotto & wagyu meatball as starters; both were about 7.5/10. I got the rib-eye, it was pretty tough, 5/10. My husband got the beef Wellington; it was his 1st time trying it & he gave it a 7.5/10, I didn't particularly enjoyed it though. The best part was the sticky toffee pudding; 10/10 the pudding was warm & melted in my mouth and the ice cream paired really well with it. Overall, 7/10. read more

This was the main reason I went to Atlantic City, and I am glad I went. Let's start with the full experience I booked on open table for a reservation at 5 pm so I could get a train back to Philadelphia that night, and it would not be too late. I showed up at 4:30 or so and I had my backpack because I was not staying in Atlantic city, I felt kind of like a dud taking it into the restaurant so I asked if they could hold it for me at the host stand. This was not an issue at all. I very much appreciate this. At about 458pm, I walked up and said I was here for my 5pm reservation, and I was told they would text me when my table was ready. I did see about 7 other parties get seated before mine which made me a little confused, but I also asked if I could get some pics against the HK white screen they put up next to the host stand. An employee immediately offered to take them, and she got some good ones even helping me with poses, haha. I was finally called to be seated and taken down a staircase that was dimly lit in red light to the bottom of the stairs where they had a full wall of all the previous winners and their pictures. The dining room had the division of colors red and blue and then tables spread out the ceiling and many parts of the dining room had the signature trident you see on the show and in the images for Hells Kitchen. The silverware was gold, and my drink was served with fruit on another Trident. I decided to do the Pre Fix Menu because it included all the signature dishes. Also, this location had a Tomato Burrata Salad none of the other locations are showing to have. I ordered it, and then the Menu came with the Beef Wellington and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Let's start with the salad. It was delicious I guess I have never had chilled heirloom tomatoes before or something because they were insanely good that mixed with the cheese and sauce which had some balsamic vinegar in it was just so flavorful and a great start to an amazing meal to come. I also ordered the baked macaroni and cheese because my waitress recommended it. My wellington and mac & cheese arrived it looked amazing. I took one bite of the wellington, and I really liked it with the sauce and the veggies it all came together. The beef was moist, and the pastry was flakey and crispy. I know I must have your mouth watering by now. I tried the top of the Mac & Cheese and it was pretty good but when I went to get some from the bottom of the dish I tasted much cooler temp and one piece was cold the other barely Luke warm. I let the waitress know and they took it away and it was confirmed it should have been cooked longer and so they took it off my bill as I really didn't eat any of it after I discovered it was under cooked. I laughed it off and said, "Let the team know they need to cook it more, haha. It was time for dessert, and I didn't know what to expect. 1 word "Perfection" This was simply unbelievable when I said I took one bite and I was taken to heaven and almost fell out of my chair. I am not kidding. This is just to die for. Before trying this, I had said some lamb chops on a cruise ship had been the best food item I had encountered. This beats it, and I plan on every chance I get to order this again. I could have had 10, and I have no idea how many calories are in it, but I feel like my dopamine receptors exploded or I was eating pure sugar with an enhanced flavor I never tasted before.  I can not tell you how good this was. The front of the house manager later came up and told me it was made of dates, and I don't even like dates, so even more mind blown. I loved love, loved this dish. It was the highlight for sure. All in all, it was a great meal. I also had a white sangria with the fruit I mentioned, and it was pretty good, too. I left full and happy with the experience. My wife and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first time eating there but we both knew the beef wellington was going to be ordered. I wanted to first say that our reservation was for 10pm but when I called in they were patient and cooperative to find a earlier time. We then were seated and ordered our drinks, service was prompt. If you do like cocktails you have to get the one that is smoked in the chamber I believe it is an old fashioned. With the apps my wife expressed the scallops were good and I would say those wagu Meatballs are really good and filling, I wasn't even hungry anymore lol. I ordered the steak, which was honestly just pretty good but the beef wellington was worth the price of admission. We ordered a brownie that didn't use chocolate (which was great for my nut allergy) and they provided complementary champagne for our anniversary. Celebrated my boyfriend's birthday here this past Thursday. We were really hoping to see Alex the winner of the latest season of Hell's Kitchen, unfortunately he wasn't working at the location as of yet. We still rather enjoyed the ambience and the service was amazing. The Lobster risotto and Wagyu Meatballs were delicious. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Now for the main course I ordered the Crispy Skin Salmon with a side of their mashed potatoes. The salmon was definitely crispy but lacked some seasoning which was disappointing. The mashed potatoes taste like they came straight out of a box. I'm not sure if it was the way they were prepared, but definitely a no thank you. The birthday boy ordered the Short Rib with a side of the Mac and cheese. The short rib according to him, was very tender but also lacked seasoning and the Mac and cheese wasn't anything to rave about. Over all we had a great experience which is probably what we paid for. I would let Gordon Ramsay call me an idiot sandwich to eat at Hell's Kitchen again. Let's start off with the ambiance. There was a bar on the casino floor and the full restaurant downstairs. You are greeted by all the competitors from the show on the wall, which I thought was a nice touch. I was obsessed with the red and blue kitchens - if you've watched the show, you'd get it and reruns of past winners playing on TV. Now, what you've all been waiting for, the food. We started off with the iconic seafood tower special and y'all the lobster was to die for, the burrata was creamy and the scallops, omg i could eat these everyday. For entree's we had to try the legendary beef wellington, and while it wasn't my fave, it was cooked PERFECTLY - something most show contestants couldn't achieve. The lamb chops and lobster risotto tasted as though they were prepared by gordon himself. Lastly the freaking dessert, I'd like to inform you all that sticky toffee pudding and I are now in a committed relationship. And the coconut 3 ways will change how you think about coconut. The staff was incredibly nice and super knowledgeable. As a huge fan of the show this was one of my favorite dining experiences to date and I can guarantee you we will be back. read more

Well last night I was able to scratch an item off of my bucket list. We went for dinner at Gordon Ramsays Hells Kitchen in Atlantic City. I have to say it was one of the best dinners we have ever had and we have done a lot of fine dinning! It was worth every calorie The atmosphere and wait staff were wonderful included the ladies at the reception who surprised me after dinner with a little gift of shot glasses and a lighter. For starters we had cocktails "A note from Gordon" and "Fear and loathing". For appetizers we had to have the lobster risotto and scallops. I have to say the scallops were so memorable with the corn purée. Next for our main entrees we had the crispy skin salmon and filet mignon with lobster the side dishes were the street corn and potato purée. For dessert who can go to Hells Kitchen and not get the sticky toffee pudding!!! All I can say is WOW!!!! Our waiter Maksim and the expeditor was actually the executive chef for Caesars!!! read more

The ambiance is dark, while at the same time fiery and exciting, and everything you would imagine it to be. However, it all pales in comparison to the impeccable service that we received from the staff; all the way from the hostesses to Johnny Blaze and Joseph who provided us with an unparalleled experience - they were the best we've ever had in all of Atlantic City adventures over the past 25 years. I ate dinner last night at the bar at Hells kitchen. I ordered the short rib. It said it had a potato cake and onion rings. First the potato cake could fit in a tablespoon very small, the onion rings which you would expect to be regular onion rings were the type that you would find in a can. While the short prep was tasty at first, it was very dry in the middle. I asked for additional sauce. The first person did not bring it. The second person said that would be three dollars extra. I asked for a manager who said that that is their policy more sauce, more money. while the manager Ryan was very nice, my meat was dry! So you want to charge me three dollars so I can eat it properly? He eventually brought it 20 minutes after asking. There is no bread or crackers. This would not be my restaurant of choice next time. read more

Donna, our waitress, was amazing! She was extremely polite, patient and made us feel so comfortable. My parents are amazing cooks and never feel the need to eat out, so I was skeptical that they'd enjoy it. But she ensured it was a welcoming experience for all of us! They enjoyed their food. My mom loved the rack of lamb, and my dad enjoyed his steak. The setting is beautiful, the architecture and design of the place is to die for -- pay attention to all the details. However, I am fixated on Donna's quality of service; we have eaten out everywhere including the Harrah's Gordon Ramsay restaurant, but her level of service is incomparable. The men who brought out our food and removed our wares were extremely polite and down to earth. The staff here is unmatchable. The food quality is of course as great as expected. My boyfriend and I are big fans of the show and always wanted to have a chance to try the classics that we see all the time on there. When we found out they opened a restaurant modeled after the kitchen on the show, we had to come. It's inside the Caesars hotel. From the moment you get there, they set the Hell's Kitchen mood. The hostesses, servers, and everyone that works there really makes it their mission to make sure you're having a good time. They check in on you often, give recommendations and have a friendly demeanor. The food was great! We had the seared scallops and lobster risotto for appetizers, the lamb and beef Wellington for entrees and the Mac and cheese as a side to share. I also received a complimentary dessert since I was celebrating my birthday! We got margaritas for drinks which were tasty but not very strong. I paid $300 total including tip for me and my wife. It is $115 per pre fixed 3 course meals and we got 2 of them. It was kind of lame that you cannot share one or else we would have just done that, but after a successful nights at the craps table we said screw it . I got the scallops for my app and my wife got the lobster risotto for hers. I would absolutely recommend the lobster risotto over the scallops, not because the scallops were bad, but because the lobster risotto was just so GOOD! Next we had the beef wellington for our main course. All the flavors were incredible! The steak was tender the outside breading was crisp, I don't care for mushrooms but I would not change anything about it. Very solid main course. Then came dessert... that dang sticky toffee pudding blew my socks off... after a savory app/main, the sweetness from the pudding had me melt into my seat. We ate at the bar because there was no wait and they were very attentive. All of our food came out hot and fast, there is really nothing that bad that I can say about the night except it was pricy. Came here on a early Wednesday evening right after the New Year. I forget how empty Atlantic City is during this season. However, I wanted to see what all the hype is about with the infamous Hell's Kitchen restaurant. I am huge fan of the show, so I was a little excited of just having the dishes you see on the show. If you don't know, the restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the Caesar Resort on the boardwalk. I will the leave the first impressions for the readers to judge. As for me, it was nothing spectacular, just keeping it real. The host or hostess will bring you to the actual dining area. It had the HK feel, and I started to get a little giddy. I didn't need to read the menu, and knew exactly what I wanted to try. I would have thought they would give some bread for the table, because the TV show you will see the tables have bread. It took 15mins from the time we ordered to get the infamous beef wellington. To my surprise, it was definitely a little smaller than what I expected. However, it melted in my mouth and I wish it was just a little bit bigger so I could have some left overs. I enjoyed it, but I satisfied my hype. My 4 stars is for the food. Came here with my fiancé on Valentine's Day. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, we really enjoyed the kitchen view. Although the restaurant was really busy due to the holiday, that's did not impact the superior service from the waitstaff. I don't think even a minute went by where I thought I needed water and someone magically appeared to fill it. The food pacing was excellent and our server was super friendly and attentive. To start, all the food portions are very fair. For a high end restaurant, the portions are definitely not small like you would expect. For appetizers, we ordered the tuna tartare and truffle onion soup. I really enjoyed the tuna, although there is a bit of a crunchy component to the dish that I was indifferent about. The soup was delicious, but I didn't really taste the truffle component. For entrees, we got the NY strip steak and the beef Wellington. The hype is real, the beef Wellington was delicious! Cooked perfectly and the puff pastry was flaky and amazing. We also got a side of the macaroni and cheese, it was good but nothing to rave about. For dessert, we topped it off with the famous stick toffee pudding. This was definitely a highlight, it was absolutely delicious. Fair warning, it is definitely sweet, the ice cream cuts the sweetness a bit, but overall it is a decadent dessert.
