This involves removing the front clip of the car, removing the engine heads, front cover, timing chain, cam, lifters, oil pump and oil pan (a big job). I also had them change out the auto transmission fluid and upgraded the engine oil pump to a Melling high volume pump to prevent too low oil pressure during idle. They did a great job. Time passed and I never found the time to get to it. The rear brakes started making noise so I decided just to take it in. I called for an appointment and told them I wanted an oil change, brake fluid change and the rear brakes done. I told them I had the brake parts and the lady on the phone said they could not warranty it if they used outside parts and I said fine, that's OK and made the appointment. I showed up the day of my appointment and brought someone to give me a ride home. When I told them I had the brake parts they told me "we don't install outside parts" . If they had told me that on the phone I would not have wasted everybody's time. I went to Carpenters automotive instead and they had no problems doing the work.

I asked if I could pay with my credit card and he said no. This place is HORRIBLE. What kind of company doesn't take cards?
