Mà hơn 1 tháng nay Landlord nó 0 trả lời tụi e mà chỉ có cái bà làm việc cho landlord nó trả lời cho tụi em vầy ( hình như bên dưới). Bả nói landlord 0 cho tụi em đứng lease, nhưng bả đưa ra option cho tụi em là người chủ Loan Huynh đứng tên cái lease cho tụi em thuê lại trong vòng 9-12 tháng sau đó mới bắt đầu trao đổi về việc sang tên lease. Nên là tụi em thấy lấn cấn, mới đầu chị chủ nói 2-3 tháng là đứng chung 3 người thì tụi e sẽ sang tên lease hoàn toàn. Nếu như mà credit của tụi e không đủ nhưng mà bây giờ landlord 0 chấp thuận và bắt tụi em thuê lại chỉ có mình chị đó đứng tên lease vớ 1 khoảng thời gian gần 1 năm. Nên tụi em không chấp nhận, tụi e mới đòi lại tiền cọc mà chị này có ý định 0 trả cho tụi em, bả cứ kéo thời gian, bảo tới khi nào bán được tiệm mới trả tiền cọc cho tụi em và bả còn nói là tụi e sai vì vi phạm hợp đồng. But for more than a month now, the landlord has not replied to my letter, and only the woman working for the landlord has replied to my letter (pictured below). She said the landlord did not allow a re-lease, but the answer gave a plan for the attack: the landlord Huynh would be the owner of the rental property for 9-12 months, then they would start discussing the transfer of the rental name. I am not too aggressive, at first the landlord said that if my credit is not enough, 3 people will share it, then I will completely transfer the rental name. If my credit is not enough, but now the landlord does not accept and force me to re-lease with only her name as the owner for a period of nearly 1 year. Just said I don't accept, just love me to ask for the money back but this lady intends to not answer me, just drag out the time, guarantee until the sale is successful then pay me the money and also said that I was wrong because of violating the contract. I am writing a review to recommend this particular nail salon, as I visited it once it was sold to the new owners. My nail tech is so fantastic; she takes exceptional care of my nails. She is kind, and her two daughters are helpful, should I mention smart too. When I see a woman maintaining a business that is helping me to feel my best by doing the simple things in life, such as getting my nails and feet done, I want to say this is a place you should give a chance if you haven't. I'd put 0 if I could. I'm very upset with the pricing of the horrible product I received. That I will be paying to get fixed. When it should have been done right the first time. ESPECIALLY with the HOURS I was there. She offered to fix them...to sit for another god knows how long to fix them...no thank you! It took all afternoon and I walked out very upset. If you're coming to this establishment, -Expect none of your nails to look the same. Shape wise -For very thick acrylic -Sloppy work -And an unlicensed child! Doing pedicures. I won't speak on the quality of the pedicure because she did her best and is clearly still learning. I'd never get upset at a child. FINALLY a nail salon that knows what they're doing ! Rick is the first I saw there, and now I've seen Terri. Rick talked me into keeping my nails I was about to just have taken off- I had officially been all around Cary and back (grew up here moved from Florida looking for a salon to do trendy mails) - I had really bad experiences with simple coffin/ballerina shaped nails- until I walked in there. Now I refuse to go anywhere else. I saw Terri today and she blew me away. They also have wonderful pedicures with tons to pick from ! Great prices, and wonderful work. This was only the second time going here. The first time, 3 weeks ago, I was pleased with my nails, then. Yesterday I went here, and this is one of the worst nail jobs ever! The man doing my nails was apparently so into the conversation he was having with his family member, that he couldn't pay attention smh! My nails are obviously not smooth, polish is sloppy, and the shape is definitely not coffin shaped! I drove all the way from Sanford, but obviously won't anymore. I was looking for a great place that was family friendly and everyone knew how to do their job! I hit pay dirt! This place rocks it all! They do great nails awesome pedicures in all the latest colors and styles! If you need any spa treatments call them first to see if they have it and I am definitely going back they were inexpensive and can schedule you for nearly when you call. They know they will get you in quickly and after your first appointment they won't give you another until you go home a try them out and I am positive you will call them again! read more

I agree with Melissa. I'm not sure if the original poster went to a different salon or what but I was very un-impressed with Gorgeous Nails. First, as I was picking a color the nail tech was standing next to me watching me. I felt totally rushed to choose a color, which I did not appreciate at all. Then the pedicure started. It was a Sunday and the salon was empty yet she still rushed. I was in and out of the chair in about 15-20 minutes. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because the actual pedicure came out pretty decently, they are open on Sundays, and because they accept competitors coupons. If you're going to try this place I suggest scouring the money mailer website or http://www.ncpennysaver.com/nailsalons.htm to find a coupon for a $20 pedicure and use that. read more

I was TOTALLY impressed with this nail salon. They keep it (and the tools they use) very clean and the nail techs aren't rushed like in many places. They pay attention to small details like putting a towel over my lap as I was getting my pedicure because I was wearing a dress. They also gave me helpful tips on how to manage my dry, dry, cuticles...soo cool! They also have the largest selection of the new Shellac nail enamel--don't know what it is? It sooo rocks, go check it out. The prices are very reasonable for a mani/pedi (around $50 w/o Shellac) and the quality of their services rival some of the upscale salons such as Aveda minus the green tea they give you. Go! I have been coming to gorgeous nails for a while and agree with most of the reviews. The employees are very nice and usually make small talk if they aren't too busy. Avoid coming in in the last hour or so before they close as they are usually more busy and rush (more chances for mistakes and getting cut while they drill!) I always get acrylic nails with gel polish, $25 for a full set (acrylic nails) and $10 extra for the gel polish, and $16 for a fill in. They don't have as many good colors I always find something I like and the price is the best I've found. One thing to point out is to make sure you know what you want before you go in. I've had to translate for people who just walk in not knowing terminology and can't understand the workers accents! Just something to keep in mind. read more

I found this nail shop on yelp about a year ago and I haven't been anywhere else since. The employees are all wonderful and very friendly.

Kind of came across this place by accident but totally happy that I did. While getting my nails done, the technician mentioned that they are new owners, they took over about a year ago. They were able to take me pretty much immediately and did my nails perfectly. I am used to getting charged with random fees from different salons so it's always a surprise at checkout but I feel like I got a really great deal and a quality gel manicure. I will be back and I will be telling my friends and coworkers! I was just getting frustrated and I ended up here and I'm so happy I did. read more

Trust the process before you judge. I usually go across the street at the posh nail spa however the lady that usually does my nails was not in. I was shopping at ollies and decided to try gorgeous nails. When I walked in they all greeted me they were very nice. Looking around the place it's not like the fancy nail salons they don't have everything that the huge ones have. Like the brush to wipe your hands off on or the ones that have the UV lights built into the stand. I say all that because this is everybody's first reaction when they come in here, when I was getting my nails done they asked me what shape and what color. I like the almond shape but I also like the ballerina shape, a combination of both even my regular nail salon has a hard time with executing the shape. For the first time ever I had someone get the shape right on the first try. The reason at the beginning I said trust the process is because with how it looks and what I was used to I didn't expect much. When my nails were being done it looked like lumpy and not good. However that is just the process of getting your nails done.He was able to smooth it out shape and make them look very nice. The nail color I wanted wasn't within the samples but I told him I like the natural nail look and he recommended a very light clear purple and I love it. The best thing about everything is I paid less than I would normally pay and I feel like I got the better quality. read more

Extremely disappointed -- after coming to this place pretty regularly for the last 2 and a half years (about every 4 or 5 months and only because it's closer to my work than my regular salon) and receiving okay to mediocre services, I still came because I liked the people and they were usually pretty accommodating for someone who needed a quick full set or fill on an hour lunch break. But my most recent experience is what ultimately drove me to writing this review. I came in at the end of last week needing a quick fill. First off, they have a horrible selection of gel polishes but I always looked past this because of the fact that they aren't overly priced like most salons these days. I'll give them that. But it cancels out when the quality is so poor; I guess you get what you pay for, fine. Driving home, I glanced down while stopped at a stoplight to realize he did not even bother to paint the tips of my fingernails, and on top of that had missed several corners. Every one of my nails had one or more obvious flaws. The next day the gel polish started lifting and chipping away. As I paid 10 extra for the gel, I was understandably pretty upset. This afternoon, I finally found the time to drive up there to have them fix THEIR mistakes. I was very nice about it, considering how annoyed I actually was. Instead of offering some kind of apology and any kind of effort at all, I stared at like I was insane. They tried to place the blame on me, saying I "must have peeled them or been too rough on them." They said I could come back the next day or later on this weekend. Are you kidding me?? My nails look awful!! I asked him why he couldn't take the 5 minutes to do it today. He just kept shaking his head no.... I told them I would just go somewhere else, and they didn't care at all. In fact all he had to say was "okay" and walked away. So rude! I left knowing I would never again come back here and from now on I will take my business elsewhere. I'm a good customer and it's their loss. There's plenty of other great salons in the area. I would just think that from a business owners perspective, taking care of a mess up like that should be treated a high priority. Otherwise you not only risk losing that customer but potentially many others when that customer is fed up enough to share their bad experiences. From now on, I will spend the extra 10 dollars across the street at Posh Nail Spa. Do not spend your hard earned money here, it really is not worth it. read more

It is your run of the mill no one speaks English rush you along nail salon. I had a spa pedicure and the dude rinsed the callus scrubber after using it on me and put it back in the drawer. He also did a too thin layer if polish you could see thru in places! I had gel tips done and they were lifting and chipping in days. Go somewhere else. read more

I'm having the hardest time finding a decent nail salon. I was in Gorgeous Nails last week and it seemed clean and relatively well-run. Price for a gel manicure was $25 so pretty good since I usually expect them to run $25-$30. However, I had several issues with this salon. It took them forever (~25 min) to take off my previous gel polish, having to re-do the finger tip foil on every finger. Then, I was shown one ring of about 25 color options for the polish. I asked if that was the full range of colors and two manicurists told me yes. They were mostly weird colors with glitter. The manager happened to stop by and asked if I was looking for polish that changed color based on the temperature. When I said no, he brought me over about 100 additional color options which I had been told didn't exist. (I certainly had not requested color-changing polish). Finally, during the actual manicure, the manicurist dug her fingernails so hard into the skin at the sides of my nails while trying to remove excess polish that two of my fingers bled and were sore for literally 2 days. Gorgeous Nails is under new management with Rick, Terry & Tracy as they were formally of AJ Nail Salon in Apex. Their excellent service hasn't changed a bit - just their location. I highly recommend them as the quality of their work is top-notch & they are very honest! Their salon is 10 minutes farther for me to travel to but it is so worth the drive! My favorite Cary nail salon. They are so nice and clean. They make sure you see them cleaning. Also, they take coupons.

The first thing you should care about when you go to a nail salon is cleanliness. Do they sterilize their tools, clean out the pedicure tubs? I have followed the new owners to Gorgeous Nails. They are sanitary, and do a great job. I'm comparing them to fancier, high-end places where I've watched staff put one client into a pedicure bath before cleaning out the tub with disinfectant. I LOVE Teri and the staff, and the price cannot be beat. They have plenty of colors from which to select; I don't know what the other folks are talking about. They are always very nice to me. Maybe it's all about how you treat others :-) I drive 20+ minutes to get there, and it's worth it to me. read more

I was completely put-off by this salon. I've been to salons in many different cities, and this has to be one of the worst I've visited. The staff was unprofessional--watching videos on their laptops and leaving in the middle of doing my nails for a mysterious 10 minutes in the back room. They also have credit card minimums.
