We visited Luxor Nail Spa to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and it turned into such a special experience! She came in with a Pinterest inspiration picture and was so excited to try something new. Vin and Sandy went above and beyond to make her feel pampered and celebrated. They took their time, paid attention to every detail, and the end result was even more stunning than the picture she brought in. Lily was very very rude with me I was there and given options to get my nails done and saw the colors there and she said they didnt have them and got mad at me for not liking it saying she didn't have time I felt rushed and treated unfairly..I was polite and she was still loud that customers were looking have been coming here for a long time I will no longer be back very bad experience She needs to do something else this is the second bad experience and went to her because only one in there that does design and they were close and prior good experience read more

Customer service was good, and the salon is very clean. However what I asked for, and what I received are very different. No rhinestones, no shape, very bumpy, and uneven :(. (1st pic is what I received, 2nd pic is what I was hoping for) instead of complaining and asking for a refund I left and went somewhere else very mindful, cutesy, and demure. This breaks my heart to say but, I won't ever be back. I have been going to Kathy for years and always recieved an excellent pedicure. She is the bomb and if you do go, ask for her or Vin. She waxes beautifully too.. Why won't I be back you ask?? The owner April is the only one that does Dip. I don't know why but her work fails after a week...EVERY TIME. My neighbor convinced me to go to a different salon after seeing my nail color literally pop off. All this time, I've been gas lighted to believe it was me...nope...my nails last 3 weeks every time now. I can only assume after a YEAR of failed nails that it was her or the supplies. Regardless. I spent a year of assuming guilt and paying for almost weekly manicures because I believed her. I cabbie support a business that uses customers like this. I usually go there for a mani/ pedi. But today I went and say Sandy and she was AMAZING. I got dip on my natural nails and she was very precise. Did a great job and was very patient with me when it came to picking my color. I usually see Vin and she does a great job as well. Everyone there is nice and super patient. read more

This was by far the worst nail salon that I have ever been to. I walked in and the man was very rude because I asked how long it would take for a pedicure. I brought my 4 year old with me as a little treat for her. Anyways, he filed my toe with my nail, clipped one cuticle until is was bleeding hard. The nail polish must have been old because it came on very good and didn't cover up my nail and was really thick in spots. He was very rough and took my nail polish half off because it looked so bad. By this time it was 40 minutes had to go. He said I owed him $34. $8 for him to put one coat of polish on my 4 year old. No base coat, no top coat. Then charged me full price for the half done pedicure. They were extremely rude and they don't deserve any business. read more

i would give 0 stars if i could. i am so mad and disappointed with my nails. i got a full set of acrylic nails yesterday and i showed a picture of what i wanted and i got the complete opposite. i've been to this salon so many times but i've never been so mad. it was an old women who did my nails. i wouldn't recommend going here to anyone. the 2 photos are of what i asked for and what i got. i want my money back and i'm hoping if i go back i can get them redone for free. read more

I have been a customer here for years. They are a wonderful business and everyone is always so nice. I do have a favorite, which is April. She knows exactly what I like and takes care of me so well. Highly recommend them for any of your beauty needs they offer. Service is pretty good on getting you in and out and while you are there try out the massage chairs when getting a pedi. Eyebrow waxing from Kathy is the best. She has won our trust and loyalty. She takes the time and they always come out great.

Went in on September 25th for a Pedi- and a fill-in. The guy started rubbing my feet so hard that I cried out in pain and it was bleeding. He sprayed something on my foot so the pain eased a little, but it has been a month and my foot is still sore and I had an infection where it was cut. In addition, I had a fill-in done on one of my toes and it hurt so bad I finally went some place else and had it removed. The new salon was shocked at what had been done to my feet. I would have done back and complained, but was afraid they would only make it worst. Would not recommend going here. read more

Someone needs to get in touch with the owner and get rid of that woman. If she is the owner she needs to look into a different line of work! I came into the Salon with my sister. I am visiting from out of state, and it was our last afternoon together. We wanted to have our pedicures done at the same time, and when we arrived it seemed like they could accommodate us. They took us both back to the chairs and started a foot soak. After 45 minutes passed, my feet were still soaking in ice cold water, and no one had started my pedicure. I walked out. We would've gone elsewhere if we had known. This place is nasty! I went in for a pedicure last week because it was just so convenient to everything. At first it was nothing different than any other nail salon around town. But when I leaned back in my chair to try and relax, I noticed the dust grime on the light fixture that was right above my head. At that point, I started noticing EVERYTHING. The fish tank was so gross - it looked as if they haven't touch it in years! I felt relived that there were no fish in there - until - all of the sudden, I found Nemo. There was a little clown fish that looked as though it was fighting to survive. I almost said something but I'm not sure if anyone would have understood. The pedicure was sub-par and the service was worse. They could have cared less whether I was there or not. read more

Got an acrylic fill in here yesterday. I had an appointment for 4, and I was seated right after 4. The gentleman doing my nails took his time; at first I was thinking he was slow, but I realized how well he was doing. He fixed my cuticles, buffed my nails, everything I look for in a full in. I even changed my color, and he complied with no thought. A+ service and great prices, I will be back!! read more
