Technician was not supportive in assisting with a color match on my nails to my feet. I had a burnt orange which I'm sure was not hard but she did not want to be bothered. She actually gold me she had another client waiting which was not my problem bc she came over to work on me. She definitely had time to take my money! She even looked at another technician in a different language about me and I looked up she was looking at me directly in my face . How rude can you be to someone supporting your business. I've been here 3 times as I just moved to the area. The first two times were great, this last time I went for a pedicure and had Megan. She had her (?) son sitting next to her, chatting the whole time looking at things on his phone. She aggressively dug and tore at my cuticles, it was painful, but I bit my lip and kept quiet. She used hot stones on me that were scalding, I still took the pain. Lastly she got the clear top coat on my skin, rather than using polish remover (or just being more cautious with the polish in the first place), she keep filing and filing the skin around my nails to the point where they were so raw and sore I legit had to tell her to stop (I could not handle the pain anymore). It is 2 days later and my toes are still inflamed and I am in pain. I will not return. read more

I was looking for a nail salon that would be closer to my house. This would be a salon I'd visit when I didn't have time to get to my regular mail salon. So, I had a broken nail and thought hey, this would be the perfect opportunity to check out a new salon without spending money on an entire set. I went Thursday around 5'ish to have one nail fixed. I was headed out of town for a weekend girls trip and needed somewhere close. A simple gel overlay with gel polish. They "fixed" the nail rather quickly but to me one layer of gel overlay wasn't enough. But who am I to tell the nail tech what to do. You can tell in the picture the new one has the darker color "OPI Bubble Bath" because it's freshly done. Needless to say, Friday at 3 before heading out for drinks my nail broke. Luckily one of my girlfriends had nail glue. So between that and keeping an eye on my broken nail would avoid a mini blood bath lol. Needless to say, I was totally disappointed and I will not be visiting this salon again. Not to mention the lady who was working the desk couldn't stop staring like I was a freak show. The gentleman who "fixed" my nail was nice and talkative. The salon clean and decorated nicely but that doesn't matter when the service is a disappointment. read more

The inside of the salon is new and very nice- lots of color options in both dip powder and gel. I got gel polish and it looked good in the moment but did not last. (Went on a Saturday afternoon and the photos of them peeled off are Monday evening- so 2 days). My nails are thin and peel- manicures usually do not last long so I don't want to be too critical but gel usually does last for at least a week. I had received the same service once before from here and they lasted a week. At the end of my service they filed the ends of my nails and I think it may have broken the connection to the tips of my nail so the polish peeled quickly. read more

My friends and I use to go to a salon in our city but it became a disappointment so we started looking in Apex, and found Oasis and decided to try. I can say from visiting quite a few salons, that I have had the best service from this one as well as quality. I am a pedicure person more than manicure, but have had both done here. Friendly and I have never found the place to be dirty. I usually make appointments and never have I waited more than 10 mins when I have arrived. I can understand how it is hard to keep on time, given that they have a lot of walk in business, and I never go when I am in a hurry, so doesn't bother me waiting a few minutes. For my pedicures, I always bring my own polish because I noticed thru the years, a lot of salons when the bottles get low and a little dry they add drops of nail polish remover, and shake it, which to me, makes the polish weaker and more likely to chip. Not saying this salon does that but it is a common practice. When I get a pedicure, with my own OPI regular (Not gel) polish, it will last 4 weeks at a minimum, and since it is my own I can touch up if I need to. The dip powder for manicures, I used theirs, and it lasted 3-4 wks as well, and they have a wonderful color selection. read more

We had reservations and weren't seen until 45 minutes later. When I asked whether it made a difference to have a reservation, I was given attitude. I found the place to be incredibly dirty; nails all over the floor, huge dust bunnies everywhere, and I did not get a clean towel for my manicure, there was chipped nail polish, and nail dust from the person before. Really disappointed in the service and quality of this salon. I got a gel manicure which was done very poorly, had bubbles forming and visible streak marks. The lady also filed my nails again after the manicure and was filing my skin because there was nothing left to file. The gel is already peeling off and chipping and it's been 4 days. Not convinced they even used actual gel polish. Was way too expensive for poor quality. Won't be coming back again. read more

The most expensive place I have ever been to. They charge for everything here and do NOT tell you how much it will be. My daughter got her nails done in acrylic with gel nail polish and a really simple French tip. No hand massage at the end. Rude people talking behind our backs in their language. It cost me $85 for her nails that only cost us $55 back in Illinois. And that's without the tip! They charge $10 for shaping the nail! They charged extra for the gel polish. Then I'm expected to give a tip to these rude people. Waste of money and time. At least the other salons are up front with what they cost and don't charge extra for the polish. SCAM for sure I could spend 5 more minutes to shape them myself if they want to charge an extra $10 for the shape you want. Going somewhere else next time. read more

I wont be going back. I asked for an acrylic fill. The owner Danny told me $30. When I sat down the lady doing my nails asked me if I wanted my nails trimmed first. I said yes. She trimmed my nails and started to apply the acrylic fill. I asked her why she didn't push my cuticles back or trim them. She told me the cuticles would cost an extra $10 on top of the $30. I said no thanks but was shocked that pushing back and trimming the cuticles is not part of an acrylic nail fill. I then went to pay my $30. When I got to the register she told me my total was $35. I told her the owner quoted me $30 for an acrylic nail fill. She then told me that cutting my nails costs $5. I asked her why she didn't tell me me about the $5 cost before she did it. She had no answer for me. I spoke to Danny the owner. He told me that these are his prices and I should have asked. Also be advised that this nail salon HAS NO HAND OR FOOT DRYERS. So if you come in to get a pedi and have closed shoes, you may have to sit there about 30 minutes to let your feet dry before putting your shoes back on. read more

Will not be returning want to charge me for removing polish while I was getting a pedicure. That is a part of the service while I'm getting a pedicure. Was with my friends and they kept asking who was paying. Felt like it was a bit racist. Wasn't pleased with the pedicure just moved to the area I will find another place. read more

really enjoy getting pedicures here but the 2 times i've gotten a gel full set they've came off in the same week, doing simple things like pulling my laundry out of the dryer or changing my clothes. this is really upsetting when i end up spending 60-80 dollars for nails that don't last. read more
