I wish I could give them a no star. 6:00pm on a Friday and your shop is empty and I know why.....you guys are awful. Just toss customer service out the door. If a customer is asking for a service and you don't offer the service at the very least be respectful in your reply. You don't soak and remove tips so you tell me to go home and soak them off?! Really? You're a nail shop! You don't do manicures if a person has tips? Really? You guys aren't interested in caring for a person hands or feet. Ridiculous! The previous review is confusing and disappointing. About 6 months ago I walked in to inquire about services etc and the gentleman who I spoke with was very kind. He answered my questions and did not try to persuade or push me into services at that time. For that reason alone I would consider returning. Three stars for that alone read more

I came today @6pm to get a mani an pedi the hours say they close at 8 ok on Saturday... there was someone getting there nails done and the door was locked and she told me they were closed!!! In the business world this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! How do you close a store 2 hours early saying your closed but your doing nails !!! Will never recommend anyone to come here!!!! read more

The place doesn't take cash...Not very welcoming staff...The way this place looks they need to lower the prices..And they used paper towels to dry my legs and Walgreens brand lotion! I mean at least put the lotion in a fancy container not use the original bottle!! It's called getting pampered for a reason!! Never again!! read more

Literally the worst service I've ever had anywhere in my life! When I arrived the place was empty (should already tell me something since it's 5pm on a Friday) & when I walked in there was no greeting, when I asked for what I wanted she told me they couldn't do it (though I've had it done before... many times, many places, different states) & that she would paint over my pink & white gel manicure rather than removing what's there. I can paint over the pink & white myself, at home...... worst people ever! read more

They only accept cash which is a big disappointment. 3. No customer courtesy. 4. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU JUST WANT REGULAR NAIL POLISH--YOUR MONEY IS NOT BIG ENOUGH! I went there twice and each time the woman Kim acted as if she didn't want to service me, I thought maybe she was just really busy those days, and let it slide. I'd walk in and ask for a simple polish change...AND I had my own polish. She said both times "its 1 hour..." I'm thinking -- but you're almost finished w/the customer?! The first time I wasn't in a hurry so I waited. It was only about 20mins, and she polished my nails quickly. The second time (about 3 wks later) it was about 20 mins again. I went this past Wed and a woman that had just sat in the chair said since I only wanted a polish change for me to go ahead of her, because she was getting the "works" and she needed to step outside and make a quick call. Kim argued w/the woman and said NO I HAVE TO TAKE YOU FIRST!! The woman INSISTED that she take me since I only wanted a regular polish change. This B*+€# says "no she spend little money" pointing at me. The woman & I both looked perplexed?!?!? The woman says to Kim, that shouldn't matter. Then it hit me... THATS why she told me those prior 2 times that it would be 1 hr, in hopes that I'd leave because I wasn't a "big spender" Needless to say, I said some real ugly things that I can't even post. I walked out and PROMISED I would write a negative review. I will NEVER EVER patronize a place that feels what I spend is too small for them! read more
