No updated tracking since 3/10. It's 3/25. I've called 4 times and they either promise a call back which I don't get or hang up on me. This isn't my first issue with their service. I have recorded every communication and kept note of every transaction/update/etc. Since they want to continue this unprofessional communication, I am reporting them to TSA, Attorney General, and filling a police report. You can't hold packages hostage or ignore the paying customer. I assume they'll be out of business shortly. Do not use this company.

My complaints echo everyone else on here: no updates, no answers to emails, very long delivery time. I've ordered beer through Tavour and Other Half (who uses Halftime Beverages). They use Gio Express to delivery to me. When I reached out to Tavour or Halftime to find out the status of my beer, they get delays or no/bad answers too. Also, when my beer finally does arrive, the package is supposed to be signed by an adult to confirm delivery. This is so no minors can just order beer online. They just leave it on my front porch without a signature. Unfortunately, I think the beer shippers hand's are tied in my area because I think Gio Express is the only ones that will ship alcohol. Try to avoid them if possible.
