All of my tires were pretty worn and were ready for replacing, so we decided it was best to replace them all, luckily they had them in stock. Coincidentally, my car was due for an oil change so they went ahead and took care of that too! Of course they don't just change your oil and send you on your way. They check for other problems, and will bring them to your attention, to assure your vehicle is in top shape. He also took the time to inspect for any other potential issues. What really stood out was that he explained the importance of checking tire pressure at least once a month--something no one at any tire shop had ever mentioned to me before. Jay filled all four tires and advised me to return if the rear tire lost more than five PSI in a short period so they could perform a more thorough inspection.
