Fortunately got recommended to Mr Son place by a friend, and his skill is unmatched. He gave me all the options including cnc and a more budget friendly version manual fix, which he set the expectation up front that wont be as near perfect as cnc but for sure will be better. I went with the second option given just stock rim and will just get aftermarket wheels later. However, his cnc price per wheel is still really reasonable can't complain. The result is spectacular for a manual fix, can't even tell the old spots are there unless I stick my eyes few inches away. Big bonus that Mr Son is extremely hospitable and make you feel like a that one dependable uncle in the family. Cheers!

Their process seemed a little too good to be true. After getting various quotes from a range of others, the price was all over the place from too cheap to extraordinarily expensive. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Had an experience where a different local tire shop left a small dent on my wheel in Long Beach. I had no choice but to try Alex Tires. It was meant to be. I found a tire shop that can change my air valve stems and rotate my tires without having to worry if they'll dent or damage my wheels. I ended up getting the rest of my air valves replaced two days after from my first visit. I got all four tires rotated as well. They ended up finding a nail in one tire. I asked to get it patched which was $15. Speedy and quality service. Service cost was reasonable and affordable, especially when compared to the car dealers. Daniela was kind and helpful. Another reason why I'll be a returning customer. I'd recommend this shop to anyone that cares for their rims and that wants to save money. So for 3 air valve stem replacements, all 4 tire rotations, and a tire patch, was charged for $75.00 flat (cash). Though I live in Long Beach, I'll be making my trip here for all of my tire services. So- let's face it, I never really take the time to write reviews on anything automotive, but I wanted to take the time to recognize the awesome customer service that I received. It's very rare to find a business that treats you like family and makes sure that as a customer you are getting what you actually need, instead of what is best for the company's pocket book. Ok- so we get it. Customer service sucks nowadays, but I can honestly say that the woman who I spoke to - Miriam was such a gem! I was surprised to find a woman working in the automotive business, but it also put me at ease. I didn't feel like I was being lied to. I went in initially because my car was pulling and I noticed that my tires were coming due - I called a few spots (some big name business like Costco & Just Tires) and I was shocked to hear how much tires and an alignment was going to be. Not to mention that the customer service at these big brand companies as anything less than amazing. The fact that I got a really awesome deal paired with great customer service - compelled me to give them a 5 - star review. I was in desperate need of new tires! Checked reviews on yelp and called around to get estimates.. I spoke w/ Mariam @ Revolution and was given a quote on tires. I really liked the customer service over the phone, the tire rotations ( @ no charge)and overall I could tell they really care about their customers being happy & satisfied:) I am very supportive when it comes to family businesses, although needed to do my due diligence and compare prices. I was given a referral to another tire shop that offered the same tires for less. I ended up calling Mariam back to price match and she gladly was able to do that for me! I made my appt for the following day and Voila.. My tires were mounted and balanced in about 45 min. Easy Peasy! I also really enjoyed my conversation w/ Mariam & her son David. Revolution Tires & Wheels provided an exceptional service. Mary at the front desk was very friendly to me. I called in the day before to check if they have the tires I need. She said she has to order them, and it'll be available the next day, AND at a much lower price OUT OF THE DOOR compared to many other shops. Their service was actually $50 cheaper compared to Wal-mart for my tire change. Not only that, but they also rotate your tires and fix your flat tires for free if you buy the tires at the shop! This just saves $20 right away! I have never been disappointed by a family owned small business, and this just shows how excellent a family own business can be. I am leaving another alignement shop in Fullerton that tells me we can't align your wife's car because it's been in a accident. Keep in mind my wife's car is a 2012 Camry 1 owner lease return that was never in a accident. Decided to get a second opinion here, and I am sure glad I did. I rolled in to Revolution Tires with no appointment and was promptly greeted. The owner talked with me for a good 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. Put my car on the rack using Hunter Hawkeye equipment and got the car perfectly aligned. The owner and his entire crew were totally kind, honest and professional. I was referred to this shop by a friend and then I read the reviews, as promised, they were awesome. I needed rear brakes and rotors for sure. They had to order the parts and install, I also had front brakes installed. They got the job done quickly and the car brakes GREAT, smooth like 'butter'. Meriam is awesome, very knowlegeable and does everything she can to find the best parts at the best price. Super prices on parts and labor, I am returning shortly to have them install brakes on my Grandson's 2014 Mustang! This was truly a pleasant experience (if you can call auto repairs pleasant). I had such a experience after visiting Revolution Tires with my car a few weeks ago I decided to bring another family car to get some new tires , oil change and a wheel alignment done. A very nice family business and they are very nice and the prices are great. I called Miriam and made an appointment and when I showed up they greeted me and got my car up on the rack and started the job. The customer service is stellar. When I walked into this store I was automatically greeted with pure kindness. Even though I am a female I was treated as an equal or better. After browsing the reviews on YELP I decided to try Revolution Tires & Wheels for front tire balancing. When I went in I didn't think I would get service as quick as I did Miriam went back in the shop came back an said it would be 5 min they where finishing up another vehicle, OK. In less than 30 min they done and I was on my way I was having a steering wheel shimmy at around 65 to 70 miles an hour. I taken vehicle out on the freeway ran it up to those speeds after the balancing and the steering wheel was rock solid. I will definitely be back for other services. read more

Excellent service. Miriam knows her tires. Paid almost half what I had been paying at the car dealership. Miriam even offered to take me back to work while my car was worked and then pick me up later when the car was ready. As I was only getting two new tires, preferred to wait. Had very cordial conversation with Miriam. They are very popular, so call in advance and schedule an appointment. I didn't, but Miriam was still able to fit me in. Mike and Tony demonstrate their expertise in the import tuner world. They were able to fit my slightly aggressive wheel set up with the ride height of my car to avoid rubbing under my wheel wells. Recently had my car raised on different springs for comfort. Again, they were able to align the car correctly. They gave me a idea over the project request for a quote, but once they looked at the car, it turned out my ABS hydraulic pump needed to be replaced, so it was more than the original estimate. I wasn't upset about it because they had already told me there could be more going on. I'd rather someone be straight with me than promise a low price just to get me in the shop. They never promised it being cheap, and always said it could be something different. They needed to keep my car a bit longer but always kept me in the loop. I'm glad it was done right and not rushed.
