Best Shop in the area. Funny IG stories. Always good deals and willing to find the shoes I'm hunting. Great customer service.

When price is a key component, it makes it easier to spend money in this economy when employees are genuinely friendly, helpful. knowledgeable about their products and that you can see and observe teamwork with the employees. Leoni, the employee that assisted me was awesome as she was able to answer all my questions and get what I needed. I would hire her in any capacity, she seems willing to learn and be creative to make the the service experience easy and delightful. I also witnessed the other employees all working as a team to make it a collaborative experience for the customers. Must be good leadership there at this location. Thank you,

I was greeted, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the experience went downhill from there. I asked about a couple of specific shoes I was interested in, and they didn't have any in stock or even alternative color options. I tried asking about another style, and they offered me a much larger size to try--even though I had already given my correct size, which didn't make much sense. The staff didn't seem very engaged or knowledgeable about the products. Customer service felt lacking, and overall it didn't seem like there was much effort to help. This experience reminded me why I usually go elsewhere--other stores tend to be more knowledgeable and attentive. I'd recommend saving your time and checking out Road Runner Sports in Walnut Creek or Campbell (if you are ever in the area) who have better product knowledge and customer service.

I haven't done much shopping here, but they do have several well-known stores, including Express, Bath & Body Works, Hollister, DSW, Spencer's, and Tillys. There are also a few good dining options, such as BJ's, CreAsian, and Black Angus. In the past, I found the shopping center to be pretty dull compared to some of the other malls and shopping areas I've visited around the Bay Area. However, since it was purchased by a new owner, I've noticed some improvements and renovations that have given the area a much-needed refresh. New additions like Handel's, Vine + Grain, and the upcoming Slice House are making the center feel more lively and promising. I think Streets of Brentwood has a lot of potential and will continue to improve over the next five years. One of my favorite features is the outdoor patio area. It's a nice place to take a stroll, spend time with family, and even bring your dog. Overall, Streets of Brentwood seems to be heading in a positive direction, and I'm looking forward to seeing how much it continues to grow and improve.

He proceeds to move items from the host's event and tells us to move our cars (which personally I don't mind cuz I wanted to move my car closer to the store the meet was hosting) But honestly there's a better way he can handle this situation but apparently he decided to be confrontational.

We were shopping for a jacket for my younger brother. When we asked about Pro Club, we were told he only had Pro 5. My brother said his size was a Large, and the owner questioned it in a way that felt awkward. He brought out a jacket that was still in the bag, and when my brother asked to see it before buying (which is normal when shopping), the jacket was taken out without any issue being mentioned. Once my brother decided not to purchase it and we politely let the owner know, his demeanor noticeably changed. He became frustrated and said that customers are "picky" and that once an item is taken out of the bag it's harder for him to sell. He then told us not to come in unless we already know what we want to buy. This felt unfair and uncomfortable, especially since none of these expectations were explained beforehand. If items aren't meant to be opened, that should be clearly communicated or display items should be available. As we were leaving, he made a comment under his breath, which added to the uncomfortable feeling. Overall, the experience made us feel unwelcome simply for browsing. Customer service should not make customers feel bad for wanting to see an item before purchasing. Unfortunately, this experience missed the mark.
