In this case, the topping was pork rinds pickled in vinegar and jalapeno, cole slaw made with Mexican crema and cilantro, Parmesan cheese in copious quantity, Niblets out of the can, regular peanuts, pico de gallo and fresh avocado. HOLY PETUNIAS. I went nuts over every single molecule on that platter ...
