I purchased a car from the dealer in June of this year. I was very happy with the purchase until I…read morehad the car for two days. All of a sudden the car started jumping and making noises. I contacted the Dealer and told him what was happening with the car. In the interim, I took the car to my mechanic, who told me that the brakes, the struts and the rotors were all bad. The straight bar was disconnected and the suspension was shot. This car passed inspection by someone that the dealer uses. How could this car have passed inspection? When I confronted the Dealer about this, he said that the car was fine. I got a quote from my mechanic for $2200 to have the repairs fixed. I contacted the Dealer and told him the situation he said to bring the car in and I said will the repairs be part of the warranty he said no. I had a 30 day warranty on the car, but he said it was just for the engine and the transmission. As per the lemon law the fact that the brakes the struts and the rotors were faulty. The car should've never passed inspection. The car was deemed unsafe to drive as per the law. This should've been covered under the warranty. The Dealer told me that he would lose money if he did the repairs for nothing because he would be making a very little on a used car. That is not my problem. I went in there and I trusted him to sell me a safe car. The car was over $10,000. - 11,800 with taxes and registration. I contacted him several times and he said the same thing over and over again he said to return the car and purchase another one. I said I never heard of such a thing in my life. You sold me a car and you are not standing by the law and having these dangerous Issues with the car repaired. He said return the car he'll do the repairs and I'll be able to sell the car for $13,000. What a disgraceful thing to say to someone who trusted him to do the right thing. I am going to be getting an attorney because I am so upset by how this man does business. The inspection that was done was by an outside person that he uses, and it was a fraudulent inspection because it should have never passed. The dealer claims he had nothing to do with the inspection. What????? I spoke to several lawyers who said that the car should've never been sold to me in the condition it was in and the car should've never passed inspection and I have all of this in writing. I really trusted this Dealer. I sent him the estimate from my mechanic with all of the things that were wrong with the car and he never responded. I called him today and he did not even wanna meet me halfway. He said you were supposed to bring the car and then I was gonna look at it. I said yes and you were gonna charge me. This is so unfair to do to someone. He wouldn't even meet me halfway with the repairs. He said the only thing that I have to do is tell you to return the car that's my legal responsibility. If you buy a car from this Dealer, make sure you bring your own mechanic in to do an inspection because the person he uses is fraudulent. I now have to spend money on repairs that I really don't have the money to spend, but I have no choice. Thank you thank you Azra for leading me to believe that this was a safe car that I was purchasing only to find out that it was not and to have to spend $2200 to have the repairs done. He keeps saying return the car return the car. I don't want return the car. I want him to do the right thing and he did not. I will also be calling the Better Business Bureau and leaving reviews on many sites warning against this dealership.

Very shady, typical car salesmen..I purchased a 2015 Toyota sienna with 77,000 miles. I had been…read morelooking for a sienna and they are hard to come by. After I bought the car for $26,000 and change in cash, I find out the car was crashed. An Amazon driver lightly backed into the car, upon taking it to the body shop, I'm told the whole backnof the car, bumper and parking sensors were glued on. The while back of the van was glued together. It was never disclosed to me that the car was hit and fixed with glue. Since the car was glued together, the insurance won't cover the bumper cause they say it was already damaged. Within a week of buying the van, the sunroof was like a waterfall in the rain. I then had to drive over 4 hours from PA. to have them fix it which it still leaks. It took them 3 days to play with it and I had to pay for a motel room for 3 days and be stranded in new york at some shady motel for 3 days with no loaner car even. After just giving them almost $27000 I would if thought I would atleast get a loaner and not have tonpay Uber to get me around. Thier explanation that was said to me was "we will have to get on our detailer to clean them better". They were mad at the detailed cause could see water stains around sunroof so could tell it leaked. Sure, let's just clean it and hide the defects! I wasn't asking them to pay fornthe whole thing but they shouldn't atleast split the cost of $1000 with me. If purchase anything from this dealer, make sure you inspect the car thoroughly or have it looked at by a mechanic and body shop. In my opinion it was a very shady thing to do and that's the reason used car dealers are looked down on. Be careful and do your homework.

(1 Star) I am…read moreextremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment with Jasmine Henderson after discussing two specific vehicles that I was interested in purchasing. Prior to my visit, she provided the Carfax reports and confirmed that both vehicles were available. Based on that information, I made the 45-minute drive from the Bronx to Long Island, paying for gas and tolls along the way. Upon arriving, instead of being shown the vehicles I came to see, I was repeatedly pressured to complete a credit application. I explained that I wanted to inspect the vehicles first before discussing financing or submitting any personal information. Rather than honoring that reasonable request, the staff attempted to redirect me toward two completely different vehicles that I had never inquired about and had no interest in purchasing. After standing firm and again requesting to see the vehicles I had specifically made the appointment for, I was eventually informed that neither vehicle was actually ready for sale. Had I been told this before making the trip, I would not have wasted my time, gas, tolls, or nearly an hour of travel. Confirming that vehicles are available, scheduling an appointment, and then revealing upon arrival that the vehicles cannot be shown is unprofessional and misleading. The continued pressure to complete a credit application before even viewing the advertised vehicles only added to the frustration. I cannot recommend doing business with a dealership that operates this way.

Only have someone call me about my ongoing 2 month frustration when I post a negative review on Google. Had called back in April about this specific car. Asking to see it, they said it was in transit. called a week later, They said it was still in transit. However, the carfax said that they had worked on it and inspected It. called back another week later, Asking for some details about the vehicle, they said they would call me back and then the automated AI scheduling tool sent me a text message scheduling a showing so I scheduled it for same day. 3 hours later after being on my way, I get a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment: the car was not available to be seen and was not on the premises. The car up until 2 PM this afternoon, was showing available on their website and on third party websites. Only once I posted a negative Google review after speaking with someone did I get the explanation that the car was not up to their standards for sale And that they were returning to the place they bought it from. At any point in the past month and a half they could have reached out to advise it wasn't available, or noted it as unavailable on their site, and taken down the listing. Calling and asking for a sales Manger didn't get me to one, only posting a negative review did.
