We sent a car back with this company at the end of a lease. We were told the car was clean and perfect. About a month later I get a bill for 900 dollars of damages. I called Yury who assured me he would take care of this. It has been moths and he refuses to take care of this. He lied and says he mailed a check, then he said he would call the bank. He never did, instead of being honest he lies. In addition the new car we got was not what he promised. Different color, not what we asked for, and again he refuses to be upfront about anything. I am not the only one this has happened to, so save yourself the headaches and just go to a dealer. This is a total scam.

Tired, lightheaded, hungry, I made a decision I regretted to trade-in. Attempted to cancel less than 11 AM the next day (less than 24 hours later), but Al (Finance Manager) refused to accept or negotiate, recommended to sell the carvana for a "$6000 profit", a bold-faced lie and deceitful statement. DO NOT GO TO SOUTH SHORE…read more I leased a brand‑new 2026 Dodge Durango GT Plus from South Shore CJDR, and within days, it died while I was driving on the Grand Central Parkway. A new car shutting down in highway traffic is not just inconvenient -- it's DANGEROUS Once it was taken to the service center, this is where things really started to break down even further. Every time we were told by literally anyone there that they would call us back and let us know what was going on with the car. We would have radio silence. We never knew what was happening and it took escalating the situation to Dodge corporate to even get an answer as what was done to our car. Every time we try to get an answer, we were ignored. Every time we tried to speak to someone about the situation, we were ignored. Phone numbers were given, text messages were sent. Emails were sent and there is barely a response (still today as our car is STILL in the service center) Do not under any circumstance go to this dealership They are swindler's. They are not honest. And they will do whatever they can to get your money. And this is coming from someone who LOYALLY went there and has had 6 leases there since 2017. EDITING TO ADD that they promised me a check to pay for the first month payment. Since they had the car more than I did. And because I left this review they won't give it to us.
