We sent a car back with this company at the end of a lease. We were told the car was clean and perfect. About a month later I get a bill for 900 dollars of damages. I called Yury who assured me he would take care of this. It has been moths and he refuses to take care of this. He lied and says he mailed a check, then he said he would call the bank. He never did, instead of being honest he lies. In addition the new car we got was not what he promised. Different color, not what we asked for, and again he refuses to be upfront about anything. I am not the only one this has happened to, so save yourself the headaches and just go to a dealer. This is a total scam.

I spent approximately six months dealing with problems with my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4xe while continuing to make expensive payments. That is money out of my pocket that I feel was wasted on a vehicle that kept giving me problems. Only after repeated complaints and telling them I was prepared to take legal action did they finally agree to arrange a trade into a 2025 Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve. When I arrived for the trade, they had a team waiting and presented themselves as though they were doing me a favor. Looking back, it felt like a cleanup crew managing the fallout from my first purchase. I expected them to take responsibility and resolve the situation. Instead, I ended up with another vehicle and another round of problems. The 2025 Jeep had a cracked windshield when I purchased it. I was specifically promised a new Mopar windshield. After weeks of waiting, they installed aftermarket glass. To me, being promised one thing and receiving something else is a bait-and-switch. I did not spend this kind of money to have the dealership substitute what it promised. Immediately after the windshield replacement, I noticed dark or extremely dim dashboard and radio displays, a hood-ajar warning, double images in the head-up display, wipers activating unexpectedly, and night vision that no longer worked. I asked them to investigate and correct these issues. Now the Jeep has gone completely dead again--NO POWER, NO START. This is the second dead-battery incident with this vehicle. I am beyond disappointed. I feel taken advantage of. I have made the payments, spent the money, waited through the delays, and repeatedly chased answers. Where is the accountability? A trade does not erase the money I already spent or excuse another broken promise. I want the dealership to address my financial concerns, honor the Mopar windshield commitment, and properly diagnose and repair this vehicle. Based on everything I have experienced, I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership, and I cannot recommend that anyone trust their promises. They have completely lost my confidence.

I purchased a car from the dealer in June of this year. I was very happy with the purchase until I…read morehad the car for two days. All of a sudden the car started jumping and making noises. I contacted the Dealer and told him what was happening with the car. In the interim, I took the car to my mechanic, who told me that the brakes, the struts and the rotors were all bad. The straight bar was disconnected and the suspension was shot. This car passed inspection by someone that the dealer uses. How could this car have passed inspection? When I confronted the Dealer about this, he said that the car was fine. I got a quote from my mechanic for $2200 to have the repairs fixed. I contacted the Dealer and told him the situation he said to bring the car in and I said will the repairs be part of the warranty he said no. I had a 30 day warranty on the car, but he said it was just for the engine and the transmission. As per the lemon law the fact that the brakes the struts and the rotors were faulty. The car should've never passed inspection. The car was deemed unsafe to drive as per the law. This should've been covered under the warranty. The Dealer told me that he would lose money if he did the repairs for nothing because he would be making a very little on a used car. That is not my problem. I went in there and I trusted him to sell me a safe car. The car was over $10,000. - 11,800 with taxes and registration. I contacted him several times and he said the same thing over and over again he said to return the car and purchase another one. I said I never heard of such a thing in my life. You sold me a car and you are not standing by the law and having these dangerous Issues with the car repaired. He said return the car he'll do the repairs and I'll be able to sell the car for $13,000. What a disgraceful thing to say to someone who trusted him to do the right thing. I am going to be getting an attorney because I am so upset by how this man does business. The inspection that was done was by an outside person that he uses, and it was a fraudulent inspection because it should have never passed. The dealer claims he had nothing to do with the inspection. What????? I spoke to several lawyers who said that the car should've never been sold to me in the condition it was in and the car should've never passed inspection and I have all of this in writing. I really trusted this Dealer. I sent him the estimate from my mechanic with all of the things that were wrong with the car and he never responded. I called him today and he did not even wanna meet me halfway. He said you were supposed to bring the car and then I was gonna look at it. I said yes and you were gonna charge me. This is so unfair to do to someone. He wouldn't even meet me halfway with the repairs. He said the only thing that I have to do is tell you to return the car that's my legal responsibility. If you buy a car from this Dealer, make sure you bring your own mechanic in to do an inspection because the person he uses is fraudulent. I now have to spend money on repairs that I really don't have the money to spend, but I have no choice.
