(1 Star) I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment with Jasmine Henderson after discussing two specific vehicles that I was interested in purchasing. Prior to my visit, she provided the Carfax reports and confirmed that both vehicles were available. Based on that information, I made the 45-minute drive from the Bronx to Long Island, paying for gas and tolls along the way. Upon arriving, instead of being shown the vehicles I came to see, I was repeatedly pressured to complete a credit application. I explained that I wanted to inspect the vehicles first before discussing financing or submitting any personal information. Rather than honoring that reasonable request, the staff attempted to redirect me toward two completely different vehicles that I had never inquired about and had no interest in purchasing. After standing firm and again requesting to see the vehicles I had specifically made the appointment for, I was eventually informed that neither vehicle was actually ready for sale. Had I been told this before making the trip, I would not have wasted my time, gas, tolls, or nearly an hour of travel. Confirming that vehicles are available, scheduling an appointment, and then revealing upon arrival that the vehicles cannot be shown is unprofessional and misleading. The continued pressure to complete a credit application before even viewing the advertised vehicles only added to the frustration. Constant run around about a specific vehicle. Asking to speak with manager about the ongoing issue multiple times. Only have someone call me about my ongoing 2 month frustration when I post a negative review on Google. Had called back in April about this specific car. Asking to see it, they said it was in transit. called a week later, They said it was still in transit. However, the carfax said that they had worked on it and inspected It. called back another week later, Asking for some details about the vehicle, they said they would call me back and then the automated AI scheduling tool sent me a text message scheduling a showing so I scheduled it for same day. 3 hours later after being on my way, I get a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment: the car was not available to be seen and was not on the premises. The car up until 2 PM this afternoon, was showing available on their website and on third party websites. Only once I posted a negative Google review after speaking with someone did I get the explanation that the car was not up to their standards for sale And that they were returning to the place they bought it from. At any point in the past month and a half they could have reached out to advise it wasn't available, or noted it as unavailable on their site, and taken down the listing. They haunted me for days to confirm a reservation to see a car- arrived 15 minutes early and the car wasn't there. Waited an hour for the car to show up and it was filthy, was missing letters on the hood ( _ange Rover) and my wife cut her finger on a sharp piece of plastic from the broken center console. I looked at 2 other cars while I waited an hour . Both had shoddy body work that included heavy orange peel, overspray, torn gaskets and missing parts. If you are serious about buying here then please bring someone that knows cars and can identify previous collision damage and poor repair. This place has a lot of cars at too good to be true prices. They advertised a car online for $18,995 and I drove two hours to have a look. Found the car, but apparently it first needed to be serviced (front windscreen replacement). Fine, had a quick drive around and so far so good. Then, we got talking about the price: "Oooh, well, no that price is if you trade in a car and if you finance through us". Instead, the actual price of this particular vehicle was well over $22k. I pointed out the price they quoted online, on their own website, but "oh no, I misunderstood", which apparently happened frequently because I was not the first. I then pointed out that if I'm not the first it's basically false or misleading advertising or at the least exceedingly unclear. "Oh, well, that's a different department, I'm only in sales.." Don't waste your time with this dealership--this review and all the previous bad reviews here should dissuade you from wasting your time with them, no matter how good of a deal they seem to want to make; they will try and screw you over. read more

Pros: Robert did a good job! We drove in from out of state, and he had everything prepared in advance. While we were en route, he guided us through the application, credit check, and income verification process over the phone, making it all very smooth and convenient. Cons: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership overall. I believe they engaged in a bait-and-switch tactic. The price quoted to us online and over the phone changed once we arrived, with additional conditions that were never disclosed beforehand or listed online. So I believe, they do deceptive marketing. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at South Shore Mitsubishi while trying to price out a used 2024 Honda CR-V EX-L. The dealership listed the car at a price that seemed reasonable at first glance, but once I arrived, everything fell apart. First, the mileage was misrepresented. Online, the car was listed with 22 miles, but when I got there, the odometer clearly showed 50 miles. Not a huge number, but it immediately raised a red flag about their attention to detail--or worse, their honesty. Next, they tried to price this used vehicle at full MSRP, as if it hadn't taken any depreciation just by driving off the lot. If that's how they value cars, maybe I should have asked for MSRP on my 2004 Honda Accord for a trade-in, right? That logic is absurd. After some back and forth, it turned out that once you add everything up, it was actually cheaper for me to just buy a brand-new 2025 CR-V EX-L elsewhere. I told the salesman I didn't want to waste his time, and if they couldn't work something out, I was fine with walking away. Instead, he had me sit around for another 15 minutes so the manager could come out and tell me the obvious--the price on the website requires financing through them AND a trade-in. Classic bait-and-switch tactic. I don't trust these guys, and I won't be coming back. Feels like they're targeting buyers who are either desperate or willing to accept high financing rates just to get into a vehicle. WORST PEOPLE EVER. These guys will take your hard earned cash , sell you a car with glaring mechanical issues and laugh in your face when you demand accountability. Ignored my call for 3 days when I found out through my BMW dealership that they sold me a vehicle with a compromised engine ( turbo had a Frankenstein hack job done to it during their possession of the car ). I added a photo of two completely different screws - the black one has no business being anywhere near the turbo , and yet there it was. I also added a video I had a certified BMW technician take for me explaining and showing exactly the total recklessness and absurd standards South Shore Mitsubishi apparently endorses to make a quick buck. When I did get any type of response , the sales manager Khan , essentially diminished my concerns and questions. He didn't take any type of responsibility and deflected from the very beginning DESPITE the VIN history and current evidence. He simply shifted the blame and ignored the facts. Now for the bad stuff, they did an apparent bait and switch and acted like they didn't know why I got upset, the manager said I couldn't see the finance numbers until I started my insurance policy because it was after their close time of 8pm, I said no cause what if I don't like the numbers you are giving me, then the car was posted for $20,000 by the end of it they tried to say the car is really $23,500 and then the fees from them and some additional bought the total to $30,000. I walked out because why post the car for one price and then add an additional $10,000 on it by the end, post the actual price of the car instead of this "internet price" that is getting people caught up. The typical bait and switch, advertised in several places a 2019 Kia sorento with a convenience package, call several times, spoke to Ashley Gonzalez who confirmed everything with me on the phone. I drove 2.5 hrs from NJ for this vehicle to get there and have Hector. The salesman almost laughed at me when I asked about the vehicle and its accessories. First, the vehicle wasn't even there when I clearly had an appointmen, which was verified several times, was even pre approved for financing to prove I was serious about the vehicle. When Hector told me it must be a typo, I asked why has this vehicle been on there lot for over 4 months? He then said it not a popular vehicle. I asked to speak to a manager and he disappeared never to come back. Had to find someone else to get the manager for m. Afterr another10 minutes, another gentleman showed up to try to convince me it's a typo. I showed him 3 other areas I found this vehic with, e all with different prices. Then the financing manager showed up said he wanted to make it right, after wasting another hrs + of my time, his solution was to try and sell me the stripped down kia they had for the same price as the loaded one. Robert and Oliver will scam you. I bought a $77k out the door Audi Exclusive RS7 performance with this dealer. If the car wasn't exclusive and I wasn't a certified Audi senior tech buying my dream car this process would've been a sh** show. I bought the car sight unseen from across the country. They removed the tint from the windows & whoever's executive idea it was to remove the tint. Should be fired. They cut the door panels and did not fully remove the tint from the windows. I was warned about buying a car from this dealership as they are known to do shady deals. I wanted to believe they would handle business like real men would. After talking some time, we came to an agreement on a deal for a lease, I signed a credit report application, they ran my credit, they gave me what I was looking for so I left a deposit as well. I was supposed to go back in 2 days to pickup the car, then they called me with an entirely different deal. They decided not to hold up the agreement we had made, they completely took back their offer, my credit was great but they just wouldn't honor the deal we made, and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded.
