Placed my first GotPrint order a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I ordered 4x6 postcards to promote my photography business. The color looks very close to what I see on my monitor. This is very important to me and I have a discerning eye as well. The quality, turn around time and price was all great! I will be ordering again from GotPrint in the future for sure. read more

Well wish I had found this site before I placed an order. They advertise $8.50 business cards for 500. Well by the time I fihnished cost was 24.95 with the shipping costs. Sort of a bait and switch operation my opinion. The cards I ordered were just plain black and white and I furnished a copy of my old card I am using. Graphics in my opinion should be basic and simple. Should have stayed local and used a print service i could go to personally if a problem and the price is up front. My own fault though, should have cqncelled the order and didnt. Just read the reply from Got Print and just did call and changed the card material for the $8.50 price advertised(no problem). I totally understand shipping cost so not a problem here. Will wait now for the finished product and if anywhere satisfactory will definitely upgrade my review. So far they have handled this fairly and no complaint. Just wait n see. Recieved a phone call from GotPrint rep who replied to my review. She was courteous and proceeded to explain in more detail the terms of and limits to my order in more detail. When I initially ordered my business cards thought it was more simple than it was. With certain limits and any changes additional fees apply that at this time did not want or need. Therefore did cancel the order. At least they gave me the choice of doing so and did not proceed and send me something I would have not been happy with in anyway. My advice, contact the company and discuss all details of order and any limitations or Extras that may enter in to change advertised cost. read more

Was shipped out the day I spoke with three representatives about the delay. Convenient timing. Happy to hear that you are redesigning the website to include turnaround times on the order pages. Spent hours designing a new menu for my family owned restaurant and after waiting for four weeks I got my order and the colors were washed out. the menus were stuck to each other which after separating left markings. good job(sarcasm) would DEFIANTLY NOT recommend read more

I have been using got print for about two years now. I love the service, the prints, and the prices. Turn around time is ok not the best but its reasonable for the price you pay so I don't mind. I Constantly order business cards from them and will be placing a 5000 postcard order from them in about a week . I am a very pleased customer with there service. I love the fact that they have sample packets to view the different papers. only once I had a print problem where the business cards weren't fully printed correctly, I emailed got print and within 24 hours they approved for a reprint with the photos I provided of the mis prints. Will continue to use Got Print! read more

this is the worst company ever imaginable. do not do not use this print company. they will waste your time!!! and they do not care if you are happy!! the customer service representatives do not have any common sense what so ever!! let me start off with saying i understand file formats completely, i understand print, cmky, and everything that has to do with professional print world, it was part of my digital media arts education to understand all that. i read the instructions, i made positively sure the file was at the proper 300-350 dpi as well as making it .1 larger. the order was sent in on a monday around 2p.m. i understand that 2 o'clock is late in the day, however if the customer puts a rush order on the order and pays extra money common sense would denote that you should make sure to get back to the customer if anything is wrong with the order asap. this company did not get back to my girlfriend and i until the next day tuesday to tell me that i needed to reupload the file, i don't understand why but i did it anyways. i then checked the file and nothing i repeat nothing was wrong with the file or the format. so this time instead of giving them a .jpeg file i then gave them the full .psd file, this is my 2nd attempt to get the file into print. a little bit later i get the same ridiculous email that the file is incorrect and that i need to reupload the file!! first, i upload the file into adobe illustrator do the necessary checks and export out an illustrator file, something i know is very widely used in print. i then send them the adobe illustrator file. this is my 3rd attempt to get the file into production. a little bit later i get the same ridiculous email from the company telling me i need to reupload the file. the pixels per inch never changed they stayed at the necessary 300, nothing changed in the files other than the format that was exported. after the 3rd attempt to put into production my fliers which i paid a rush order on, and them telling me to check my file, i am ready to quit and go to fedex kinkos to get the fliers printed, but my girlfriend tried one more time, using the original .jpeg file we used and somehow they used that one, the most compressed file is what they used to make the print with!!!!!!! completely boggles my mind. anyway, it was now too late in the day for the fliers to get put into print so the order now got moved to wednesday. remember this whole time we had spent the extra money to rush the order through because we needed those fliers to hand out immediately. so my girlfriend calls and the customer service rep. on wednesday and checks with them that the file is good and he says it is finally good to go. she also wanted to make sure that we can still pick up our order by friday, he says yes that should be fine, so we are happy with that, we think we will have the whole weekend to hand out the fliers to everyone. because the weekends are when everyone is out and about, so the weekend is a crucial time to be able to hand out fliers. boy were we wrong!!!!! we call friday around 11 to see what the status of the order was, and the service representative said they were printed and they are drying and they would call us when the order was ready to be picked up. we received a call from the company at 4:15 on a friday from burbank stating that we could come pick up our order, but that they close at 5!!!!!!!!are you freaking serious?? so we have essentially 45 min. to drive allllllll the way out to burbank to get the order. we do not live even remotely close to burbank, it would've taken us roughly 90 minutes to make it out to pick up the order, which was long after the company would be close!!!!! (instance number one of customer service rep. not i said not using an shred of common sense) so i am fairly irritated to say the least by this point, an order we started on monday, did not even get put into print until wednesday, and was not even printed until friday, was now ready at the heart of the worst traffic time of l.a. right at 4 o'clock, anyone at all that lives or knows of la knows that it takes 20 minutes just to make it 5 miles down the freeway at 4 o'clock on any afternoon let alone a friday afternoon. so we let them know that we will come by on saturday to pick up the order. we hang up the phone. the lady on the phone completely utterly and miserably failed to mention that we would not be able to pick up our rushed order of fliers on saturday!! why because that is a separate building where the finished and paid for orders are placed and that building is locked on the weekends. so here we are 6 days after paying for and rushing our order and we can not even get the fliers until monday now. monday came and a friend went and picked up the fliers, in response to our troubles they said the product had 2 days to print after approval, the 2nd way was that friday, and the order was ready for pick up that day, yeah it was ready in the last 30 minutes of the day!! pathetic! read more

I've ordered from GotPrint several times. On my last order the stickers I received were poorly printed. This was a reorder from an existing file that I had ordered with before and saved on their website, so I know the printing issues were not related to my file. Their customer service is not very helpful. They emailed me several times saying their email wasn't working and that I would need to send 20-30 samples. I sent them I scan of the sticker (all of the 1,000 stickers were misprinted) and had to email them back several times to get a response. Finally, they wanted me to call them and discuss the issue. As a small business owner I do not have time to call and discuss why you printed my order poorly. Just resolve the issue! If I ship a product to a customer and it is in poor condition I reship the item or refund their money. Simple as that! I will be ordering from a different online printer in the future. There are plenty out there! read more

I ordered business cards and post cards from Gotprint and they turned out fantastic and were incredibly quick as well. I ordered through the website, and then when I saw the shipping costs decided to quickly look up some local places to see if I could get it for less (I am an artist on a budget) but found that Gotprint's prices were still by far the best I could find. In this process I found these yelp reviews, which are mostly terrible, and almost got spooked. However, my husband is a designer and he set up my files properly and also convinced me that it would probably be fine and that the only people who bother to write reviews are the ones who are upset. So I ordered them, and I really couldn't be more pleased. The image quality is really good, the alignment is exactly how we put it in the files, they're cut perfectly centered, they look great and they were incredibly economical as well. read more

I understand GotPrint is extremely cheap printing, but that is for a reason. If you don't mind poor quality prints and terrible customer services then maybe it is worth it to you. I try to provide my clients with the best quality of work and I would suggest to those of you who want to make your clients happy and have a successful business to spend the extra money now because it'll pay off in the long run. I ordered two sets of the same business cards, because the color value did not match the approved PDF I provided. I asked GotPrint to reprint these business cards (for the third time) with no charge to make up for the mistakes the first two times. The refused to do so, just offered a 10% discount on the next order I have with them and also informed me that they are a gang printer and can only guarantee 80% color match to what you provide. I thought to myself, HA? Is this a joke? So I then asked if I could return ALL of the business cards if they could refund my money and no response. One person from customer service said they would call me back in 48 hours- nothing after a week! I call back and the next person I speak with said they do not call customers, only handle these types of situations through email. I don't think they even know what's going on over there- all they do is just give you the run around until you get fed up enough were you stop trying. So again, I HIGHLY suggest you take your business else where. read more

Ordered business cards OVER 4 weeks ago. They have not even been shipped yet. When I gave my client a date that they could expect their cards, I way over estimated just to be safe, and they wont even get here on time. I paid extra for shipping to get them here in 1-3 business days and well, since they haven't eve shipped yet, I won't be getting them in time for our deadline. I have called and spoke to about 4 different people over the past week to find out what is going on. Yesterday morning they assured me they would be going out yesterday. I called this morning and it still says "in print", and they told me this morning that they would be going out at 5:00 pm today. I send everyone a cautionary warning that there seems to be nothing you can do to get your order here, or not, in any specific time frame whatsoever. I even offered to pay MORE money for some kind of faster shipping, and they said that I had already chosen the fastest option. In addition, the people I dealt with (4 different people) were not very kind, and they did not offer any kind of apology or offering of a solution. This is what customers look for when there is a problem. I wish GotPrint good luck in solving their customer service issues, since this is what makes or breaks a company these days in a market with so much competition. read more

RUSH DELIVERY! NOT... Just got off the phone with them regarding an order. Incredibly disappointed. On the afternoon of 3/23 I uploaded a file and paid for rush delivery for a client of mine with a 4/1 event. According to their website "ORDERS PLACED BY 8AM PST, AND APPROVED BY 11AM PST, WILL PRINT IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS AND SHIP ON THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY." As such, they should have shipped 3/28. Checking my order status on 3/29 I found out that my order was still in print. I called to get to the bottom of this and after a flustered customer service employee stated that he didn't know what to do, I told him to get his supervisor to arrange overnight delivery with their shipping company, UPS, to ship on 3/30 for 3/31 arrival. They said that they would arrange for overnight air delivery. I reminded them that I was 30 miles from their plant and that shipping via air would not be necessary, just overnight to arrive 3/31. I checked order status all day 3/30 with no status updates regarding shipping. This morning I checked status again to find that they had shipped UPS Ground to arrive on 4/2. The day after my client's event. And the package is sitting in a UPS distribution center 10 minutes from my house. Now I'm left having to go grovel at UPS during the 3 hours that they're open today. The person I spoke to today at GotPrint was appropriately apologetic, and when I requested a refund, he acknowledged that that would be appropriate and walked me through the process, but... damn. I just wish that their commitment to providing competent, quality service was as strong as the quality of product that they provide (at dirt cheap prices!). I hope I don't have to do inkjet make ready cards. Off to UPS... read more

Horrible experience! I will NEVER deal with such an unprofessional company. I called to check the status of my order on a Wednesday they said I should have it by Thursday(the next day). I asked the representative what happens if the customer doesn't receive their product on time. He said they still had one more day to get it to me. I asked the same question again and he said you'll have to wait until tomorrow if you don't get it and those type of issues are handled case by case. Well it's Thursday and I got an email saying my order was being shipped about 5 min. ago which means it was shipped the day I thought I would have it. When I called back they made excuses as to why I was misinformed and the supervisor had the nerve to ask me what I would like them to do. I said I don't know, what can be done I don't work for the company and I have no idea what's done when a customer is dissatisfied? I asked, what is in your power to be done? He said I could give u a 10% discount on your next order. I said or what else? He said that's all. I then asked (to myself), well why would you ask me what I would like you to do if you already know what's in your power to be done. I told him nothing because I wasn't going to order from them ever again. read more

I've had the worst experience ever with Got Print. It took days for them to be able to open our files. Then they sent a proof that half of one of the images was missing and they didn't think anything was wrong. Then they kept saying they couldn't open the new files when finally after making numerous calls and getting supervisor they found someone who could open the files. By this time my deadline was so close that I had to go from ground deliver to second day air...then they arrive and guess what they had printed from the proof that had been canceled...doesn't anyone look at what they are doing. Now I have 5000 trifolds that need to be thrown away and I just got a message that they can reprint for a discount of $250! This was totally their fault. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau. What started out as a simple project has taken 3-4 times more of my time just trying to deal with their "customer service" and "quality control." I've been using GotPrint for my own business as well as for clients for a number of years. I've ordered postcards by the thousands as well as business cards, banners, direct mail jobs, etc..... Not sure why there's so many one star reviews. The quality of the paper stock is great - better than VistaPrint. The turnaround has always been super fast, and I've found the shipping/turnaround info on the website. If I've ever had any questions about anything, the customer service reps on the phone have always been helpful. The specs for submitting art are pretty clear and Ive never had issues with having the printed material not turn out like the PDF files I've sent them. The proofs they send via e-mail are pretty easy to check to make sure I know what I'm getting. In general, I never give 5 stars but GotPrint has the best price and quality for large, or small run, full color printing that I've been able to find anywhere. I regularly recommend GotPrint to everyone needing print materials. Makes my small business look great so 5 stars! read more

I used GotPrint for years. Loved their fast service and great quality. Suddenly, two orders in a row were just horrible. I am a pro photographer and the quality of the images has to be perfect. I had them print post cards in September that came out perfect. Used the same exact file a couple of weeks ago for Christmas cards to clients and prospective clients. Paid rush charges and extra for 2nd day shipping. Got the cards right on time, opened the box and they went right into the trash. I couldn't believe they would even send those they were so bad. Called and they immediately blamed me. Sent them a photo of the original card side by side with these new ones and they just blew it off. Said they would give me a discount on my next order! Seriously?! These were Christmas cards that needed to go out! They don't care. They used to care but now they don't. They just took my money and will not admit they screwed up. I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them as I used to do. Stay away. There are plenty of other printers out there. read more

They treat their regular customers like crap. I just dealt with a customer service rep. named Jaharah about and order that should have been received in 4-6 business days and I was calling on the 8th bus. day to see why my order hadn't shipped yet. She put me on hold to talk to the shipping dept. to see what was going on. She came back to the line and told me they didn't know where my order was and it might have gotten shipped out but they don't know and I had to wait while they looked into it. I proceeded to tell her that I need something to tell my client who was expecting their cards 2 days ago and possibly offer them some sort of discount, was there anything she could do. I told her we are regular clients that place quite a lot of orders every month, is there anything she could do. She told me "no" the best she could do was look into what went wrong with the order. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she proceeded to yell at me with an attitude loud enough so the person sitting across from me could hear and I quote "if you think you order is late you can just ask for a refund" then hung up on me. I called back asked the person who answered to speak to a supervisor and the guy Fernando that answered the phone said he was in fact a supervisor. I proceeded to explain to him the situation and what I just went through with Jaharah and he went on to tell me he would look into the order issue then put me on hold and came back to tell me the same thing Jaharah told me they couldn't find my order and they would look into it. No apology for the bad customer service his employee provided me and didn't try to offer me any compensation until I started to get upset then he said we were only on the phone for 8 mins and I was expecting him to give me the world! I told him that all I wanted was something to tell my client to offer them some sort of compensation for their screw up and I wanted an apology for Jaharah being such a b*tch to me when I dealt with her. He then proceeded to tell me that he was ending the conversation canceling my order and refunding my money and then hung up. This is the 2nd turnaround issue I've had in less than a month. The first issue was taken care of with an offer of a $25 discount code that I have yet to receive and its been over a week since I was told I would receive it. I would never refer anyone to do business with Got Print because of their customer service is definitely not what it should be! read more

This company gives us consistent high quality at amazing prices. But what is perhaps even more important is their attention to details. We do a high volume of work (in the tens of thousands) with these people and yet they watch for errors of which we have made a few. By notifying us of errors and giving us a chance to correct them we save time and money not having to reprint and give embarrassing excuses to customers. Correcting errors is easy and quick. Another feature of GotPrint is their access to knowledgeable and friendly techs who are a great help and always go out of their way to find answers to my questions. It is like having a whole group of responsible employees! Don't let their low prices fool you into thinking their quality and service must be low as well. Far from it! We get customer feedback on the high quality and beauty of the items we order from GotPrint. Obviously, we are sold on this company. I highly recommend it to anyone. read more

Looks like there is a pattern here! I am have used GotPrint in the past and didn't have any issues until now. I placed an order for business cards for a special event. When I received my order, it was someone else's order! I received a box of post cards for a company out of state and a stray business card for someone else! When I called the company Robbie answered (by the way, she answered the phone, "Hello!" - is this a business or someone's garage?!), she stated that they will arrange to have UPS pick up and deliver my order. I asked if she even knew where my order was?! She was less than consoling and stated to call back the next day. I did and they still couldn't give me an answer. I then spoke with her supervisor, Fernando who was nice but still couldn't give me a definite answer that I would have the reprint in time for the event (then 7 days away). I called again that monday before the event (on Thurs) and unfortunately Fernando was out sick. I was transferred to Ryan, who could care less about my predicament, and asked me, "Ma'am, what do you want me to do? There is no way you can receive your cards by Thurs." I asked to speak to his supervisor, who was Mario. He then conferenced me in with the production dept who confirmed I would not receive my order in time for the event. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cancelled my order and am going to Staples for same day printing. They have lost a customer! read more

Worked quite often with GOT PRINT but then recently, ordered some very expensive adhesive Roll labels for a service based business and received a terrible quality product- labels were so small, the logo we designed was printed so small and faded that it was nearly impossible to see and very faint and is not even professional looking nor a good product that we even use. I asked them why it was so small and faint and requested an adjustment and reprint. They said- sorry all of our images match the digital images so too bad. If it prints lighter- that's not our problem- it is how it looks. They did not care that there was a mistake made on the print quality or style and refused to correct the problem and print it right. I am so frustrated . This could have all been avoided if their customer service actually took the time to work with me and be educated when I was initially talking to them about the print size and quality. They assured me that it would look great-not to worry. Instead-the customer service really had no idea what they were talking about and the order was totally goofed up and we got a product that is poor quality that cannot be used. This company needs to step up to the plate and replace the bad quality product and stop blaming their customers!! What a disappointing experience! read more

I just read your reviews and it seems like it's either one-star or five-star reviews. I think what people need to realize is that GotPrint isn't for beginners. I'm sorry if it's meant to be that way, but I really don't think beginning designers or those who have never designed before would be too happy with GotPrint as it can be confusing with the specs if you don't understand them from a design point. However, if you have designed and are comfortable with specs, then go for it! GotPrint's prices are really great and the quality is usually super good. But I have to say, I have had some color issues lately. I got one order recently printed and it came out darker than expected. I needed to get only 2 out of 3 pieces from that order reprinted due to a date change from the client (wedding invitations with a last minute, stressful venue change) and the 2 that I reprinted were noticeably lighter (the invitation and reception card) and the correct color they should have been the first time I printed. Sadly, the invitations needed to be mailed out asap, so there was no time for reprinting. I do feel bad that I had to give the couple these invitations and I don't feel like the quality was typical "GotPrint quality". I did take photos and kept about 30 of each piece in case I needed to use the for quality control. Hopefully future orders will be better, but I am not ready to abandon GotPrint just yet. read more

I've been a customer of Got Print since 2008 and I have recommended GP to many friends and colleagues. That is all coming to a screeching halt due to their outrageous shipping and handling charges. I wanted to place an order for 11 different business cards totaling $78. GP's s/h on that order was $52!! Yes, I did want it shipped to the east coast and it was explained to me that GP has no control over what UPS charges . . . however, this entire order could have been shipped via USPS in a flat rate box for less than $15. GP also explained that each item is packaged and shipped individually for "tracking purposes." Seriously GP? That's your reason? That is a total rip-off for customers. GP needs to overhaul their shipping process and use common sense when shipping. The kicker for me, they wouldn't even offer me a discount code to keep me as a customer . . . even after I asked for one. Are you kidding me GP? You really don't care if I take my business elsewhere? read more

Should have read these reviews before trying this company a second time. Besides having a customer service team that is more interested in being right than actually managing expectations and providing customer service, the print quality is very inconsistent and the turnaround time is ridiculous. I should have listened to the little voice that told me to use nextdayflyers, but I wanted to give them a second chance after the first print job I sent to them was 50% unusable due to the color variations and took almost 2 weeks due to the "special paper" that I ordered. After waiting the MAXIMUM time - I picked up the posters and discovered 6 different versions of the same print job and very few with the actual colors the designer intended to use. Of course, that wasn't their error due to variations in the printing process and they offered my a $50 credit to use toward a future purchase. I overlooked the fact that the $50 didn't cover the cost of the unusable posters and tried to be understanding, so I ordered a second time with them and now they need the maximum turnaround time for a standard order and have no ability to rush due to extenuating circumstances, because according to their website they are within their policy. If only these guys understood that being in policy doesn't make a customer happy and that the best form of advertising is word of mouth--it could also be the worst form of advertising. i will certainly never use this company again. read more

gotprint.com is horses***. poor and sarcastic customer service. untimely and unorganized order processing. little to no incentive for repeat business. complete lack of atonement or explanation behind my waiting since April 22 (currently May 7) for an order made for express delivery. i do not recommend to anyone. ever. anyone else know an alternative for business cards? I'd prefer to use one that isn't going to ultimately hold back my career ambitions by never giving me the product I ordered. read more

Decided to try this company out as the cost of printing 1000 2-sided business cards through them was the only one that fit within my project budget for the Coulterville CoyoteFest and based on reading a variety of Yelp reviews I felt the chances good that they would be acceptable. Loved their easy upload of my own design files and my ability to adjust (thanks to what I saw online, I realized I had to redesign and re-upload one side a tad to make sure all content was in the "safe zone" and color background would full bleed to all edges). The resulting cards arrived promptly (appreciated being notified when they shipped and given tracking number) and were better than my expectations! Colors are vivid, cut lines exactly where I expected them to be and they simply look extraordinary! And of course, could not beat the price! Wow!
