If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is not my first time here. My first time it took 40-minutes to get two breakfast sandwich bagels, but they were newly opened so I cut them grace. However today... I live on the opposite end of Jacksonville and wanted a bagel before work. Woke up early and drove over to the shop that said online they open at 0700. It's now 0715 and no one is here - when I even try placing a mobile order it states, "nothing available until Wednesday." Don't waste your time, veteran owned or not. This is a veteran owned business and I'll back that any day over a chain!! It's not hard to find either it's right on highway 24 just past furniture fair on same side.. I came in around 1130 and chose to do lunch got an everything bagel with ham and cheese.. it came out nice and warm.. it had Swiss cheese which I'm good with.. not sure if there is options for cheese but it's my first visit .. the staff was very nice and helpful getting me option I wanted.. the inside isn't much yet.. there's one booth for seating that's it.. I was gonna take to go anyway. There's a boardof post it's that have positive sayings so I filled one out and put it up.. I love that..there's a video game in corner didn't really look at. I also got the lemonade it was sooo good and refreshing! I'm hoping as they move forward and as they are lunch as well as breakfast maybe they will offer combos with chips or pasta/potato salad .and a table or two more to invite people to stay and eat.. but I look forward to going back my bagel was very good I can't wait try something else off menu!!!! read more

Service was outstanding, was greeted walking into the business with a smile and a "Good Morning". The menu was visible and even has daily specials. I ended up getting an everything bagel filled with cheese, bacon and egg. Came out fresh on the toasted bun and freshly cooked ingredients. Was very flavorful and would order again. Recommend for anyone wanting to grab breakfast on the way to work! read more

This places atmosphere has good potential but they just lack ingredients. I went in for my first time excited to try this place and waited for 20 minutes to receive my bagel and it looks like it was smooshed and had almost no cream cheese at all was very upset, the service was okay and employees were friendly just tookway too long. read more

The place isn't inviting, no bagels out front to be displayed. Customer service, needs improvement, they list the food without prices, they over charge for just average, nothing to talk about, and with little ingredients, and charge a la cart, How do they decide how to charge, on what basis the place looks dingy, NJ NY has cheaper prices with more for your money. Stood at the register for way too long to be serviced that built up a sense that I was being discriminated I didn't know what it could be. Nicely said excuse me, and she acted as if I was invisible. At the end of the day, she didn't even say a word to me to allow me to order so I got nothing and neither did their business. I wanted to help a small business but they weren't will to serve the people. The place was not organized or pleasant, I did not feel welcomed. read more

From Northern Jersey, absolutely loved when I saw they had Taylor Ham. But one thing I gotta say is this was not what I was hoping for when I paid $20 for only two sandwiches & left a tip to get one of the sandwiches wrong and neither of them to taste good at all. The sandwiches lacked not only the ingredients that we asked for on them but, the amount of Taylor ham on the sandwich was little. Was not really impressed with the place. It was very cold, uninviting no ambience very dark gray and bleak. was hoping to see bagels when I walked in instead it was just a counter and a table of bags. Everything is in the back of the shop I would've liked to have seen all the bagels. I probably would've bought more if I could see everything. I bought a total of three bagels Two untoasted nothing in them just throw it in the bag, one toasted with cream cheese. I can't believe I had to pay an extra $2.50 just for cream cheese. It was just under $10 for all three bagels. I think it was kind of pricey and the bagels were really small. Received the toasted bagel with cream cheese. It wasn't toasted it was barely hot. It tasted like it was in the microwave. There were no toast marks, and it was very rubbery. Could barely eat it. There was hardly any cream cheese. The bagels were small. It looks like as if they had came out of a bag or from the freezer went to eat the other bagel a few hours later it was hard as a rock. I felt like it had been in the microwave as well. very unimpressed and very disappointed. We've been wanting for a bagel shop for a long time and I'm hesitant to go back. However, the owner was delightful and really nice and he'd probably be the only reason I would go back, but this place needs spruce up. I almost feel like these were not homemade they were straight from the freezer I think that's why they keep them in the back. Debating if I'll even go back I'm almost better off for the price or $10 buying a couple bags myself from the Publix bakery at least I know they're fresh. read more

This place should not be opened yet. It has great potential but it's not ready. It lacks what it needs to be a successful business: customer service, seating, and presence. The bagels are good, but if that's all you have and you charge $28 for 3 bagels it's not going to last long. It doesn't have enough outside presence or inside presence. read more

Stopped in as I was leaving the beach for a bagel. Got a turkey pesto on an Asiago bagel and the bagel was delicious. Crispy and chewy with a strong Asiago flavor. The owner gave me a free cookie as I was leaving and as I'm not really a sweet person I didn't try it until about an hour into my 5 hour drive plus it was oatmeal raisin ( not my favorite cookie). It was the most delicious cookie and I ate the whole thing. this place is a hidden gem and I plan on grabbing bagels every time I pass . it's not super glamorous, but it's super delicious! read more
