His approach was thoughtful and conservative. Coming in knowing that I needed a fair amount of work done (cracked teeth, new/replacement crowns, etc.) he laid out a plan of treatment, prioritizing what should be done right away versus what could wait, and we've been tackling it step by step. If you are anxious, averse to pain/needles/etc. (that would be me), they do a wonderful job of putting you at ease and minimizing any discomfort.

The explanation was that my insurance had been maxed out, which apparently was true - but they should have seen that in advance and advised me accordingly. We were also visited by a person in management (office admin?) who engaged my kids and I in conversation for a few minutes. Like the other reviewer said, there is an open area in the back with 4 chairs all next to each other, which I suppose is great for families with multiple children, but did seem vaguely awkward considering the lack of privacy. There are also several private rooms on the side as well. My son saw both Dr. Goli and Kristen and they were both very fun, engaging and attentive. For first time visits, your child gets a tooth brush, toothpaste, a goodie bag with info and prizes and a certificate with their picture on it. That almost dissuaded me from taking my kids here but the dental hygienist was amazing with both of my kids!!!
