Amazing! All the bagely goodness you would expect in NY. Fluffy yet chewy and all the flavors to choose from. I had a pumpernickel with veggie cream cheese and added lettuce and tomato. Delightful. My husband had the Taylor ham, egg, and cheese on a sesame and said it was great. The eggs were fresh and cooked perfectly. The iced latte was also very good. We both enjoyed and would go back!

    Specialty sandwiches and bagels

I'm a picky bagel person. Usually a NY/NJ bagel person, these definitely hit the spot compared to other places around. Variety of sandwiches, cream cheese, and bagels. Thick and fluffy. Service was quick and nice. Lots of seating too to sit down. Didn't get coffee but looked good.

Excellent sandwiches! I admit I haven't tried the bagels yet but the sandwiches are top notch. Had the pastrami and it every bit as good as the classic deli sandwiches you get in NYC. Carnegie Deli corned beef and pastrami so we're starting off with superb ingredients. The bread was great as well. Pickle and coleslaw on the side tops this off. The service was great = fast, friendly and no rush! Decent amount of seats and tables so sit back and enjoy a fresh one vs taking it to go. Clean and parking is fine, shared lot with other stores and Trader Joe's and Staples so no issue to park. Great me addition to the culinary landscape of the area.

    Website hours

Website (not just the apple maps portion) says they open at 6 am, got there at 6:15 am and doors are locked. Employee comes out and asked if I was picking up an order and says they open at 6:30 am (despite website saying 6 am). I wait until 630, and then try to go back and he tells me they're not opening until 7 am (he now has a paper sign on the door) and it's online ordering only. I was able to order an online coffee but I had to make it myself? Way too big of a hassle for a $6 mediocre coffee.

    How unevenly they are made.

The bagels are ok. Staff is always pleasant, and there are lots of tables, which I appreciate.

I also had the strawberry/banana smoothie that I also loved. Nothing was overly spicy even with the Jalapeño and sriracha. This was a perfect quick breakfast that I had delivered to my nearby hotel. I'll definitely stop by sometime and try something again! The smoothie was large and worth the price because it was clearly fresh with chunks of strawberries at the bottom. The prices were a little high but that could have been because I ordered through a third party delivery service.

Very friendly service. This is a great option for gluten-free folks! There is a whole section of gluten free baked goods and options for gluten free bagels as well. My friend who I was with said her GF bagel was very good. I'm not gluten-free and I ordered a blueberry muffin and a snickerdoodle coffee to have in-house and a bagel to go. I like that the coffee flavors are unsweetened so you can adjust the sweetness without affecting the flavor. I thought the coffee was pretty good and my muffin was decent. I like that the muffins aren't huge. I wish it had had more blueberries. I really enjoyed my everything bagel! Nice and fluffy on the inside and chewy on the outside. Will definitely be back!

There are several other locations, with Maynard being the newest. I wanted to love it here, but sadly the bagels are underwhelming. If you did a blind taste test with a grocery store or Dunkin Donuts bagel, you would not be able to tell the difference. As someone said in their Google review, the bagels are chewy and don't have a lot of flavor -- but if that's the way you like them, then you may have a different opinion. I wanted you to try the lox and cream cheese bagel, but the prices here are crazy high. Given my less than exciting last two stops here for a bagel, I can't justify the cost for a bagel with a tiny bit of smoked salmon. The one thing that may save this place is their pastries. I don't know if they're made in house, but they all look AMAZING and I'll definitely give those a try when I want to splurge on a dessert item. They had some chocolate muffins/cupcakes with the white spiral across the top that I almost broke down and purchased, and they had cookies, coffee cake and some enticing muffins. (I'll update my review when I give some of those a try.)
