I was really wanting a bagel this morning so I was going to try a new bagel spot down the road from Gourmet Kolaches. They were closed so I remembered about Gourmet Kolache's. It had been a couple of years since I had been in. I was greeted by a lady who acted as if she's known me for years. Super friendly. She apologized because the stock was low. I knew it was because everything was delicious. I saw that they had a specialty latte called the Spicy Bee. And oh my goodness this is probably the best iced latte I have ever had. It had hot honey in it...Mmmmmmmm! I also purchased a smoked sausage and cheddar kolache. She said it was still warm cause they just pulled it from the oven. The bread from this kolache was hands-down. The best I've ever had. I did not want to stop eating it. I wanted another one. They should make them into rolls for your Thanksgiving table. They are so delicious. The smoked sausage was also really good. It came from 2 Guys 1 Pit BBQ across the street. Nice snap to it. Next time I want to go earlier so I can see the true variety that they have. Although they still had a pretty good variety at 9:30 on a Wednesday. read more

When it comes to kolache shops, a lot of them only serve pork options. I was a little hesitant about going here, BUT that hesitation went away when I went inside. They have beef, chicken and vegetarian options available. I noticed they had a few collaborations with 2 Guys 1 Pit BBQ so obviously I went with their brisket one. Next one I went with was their pesto one. Also got a Carmel delight coffee- light iced. From the 2, the pesto one stole the show. Mushrooms, cheese, pesto and something else that was amazing. I'd make the drive for this one! The coffee wasn't for me. A little watery and didn't have that "OMG- coffee" satisfaction. The ladies behind the counter were nice and took care of me right away. This place does not miss y'all! I actually haven't been inside the cafe but so many of my friends have brought me numerous baked goods from Kolache Kafe and I have nothing but great things to say. I've had their kolaches and scones- both are *chef's kiss*. I don't really even like scones/sweets to begin with but the scones from Kolache Cafe are fantastic. The sweetness is well balanced and the inside of the scone is anything but dry. I've tried so many different flavors of their scones but the one that had me in a chokehold was the peach. Peaches aren't exactly my favorite fruit (especially in dessert) but the peach cobbler scone at Kolache Cafe is fantastic. As for their koalches, I've tried their brisket, bacon egg and cheese, mac & cheese w/brisket, meatball, etc. Both the fillings/dough are delicious. This is one of those spots where you can't go wrong with any choice. Overall, Kolache Cafe is a wonderful small business that sells amazing baked goods and I can't wait for more! read more

Oh my goodness! I planned an early trip in the morning to check Kolache Kafe out, but my office mate came in today rather than tomorrow. So, quick switch to an early lunch. I got there shortly before close and was warmly greeted in their cozy space. While some of what I had wanted to try was out of stock at the late hour, I was able to get an egg, sausage and cheese kolache which was DELICIOUS! As I'm now stuffed, the sausage & gravy will have to wait. The cinnamon roll will be my desert after dinner, well maybe a quarter of it - it's HUGE! I am certain to be back soon and also shared the find with my coworker. Kudos! read more

Theee best kolaches, big and stuffed. Always great flavors. Go early so you get a good variety or else they do sell out (which is always a good sign). The pastries are also delicious, we've tried almost all of them. The coffee is top notch. And last but not least service is excellent. They are always super nice. Why 5 stars? Because these all ranged from good to great. --- --- --- I discovered this place a while ago and bookmarked it when it only had a few reviews. But I was recently perusing my bookmarks and saw a perfect 5.0 star rating and 60 reviews. That's nearly impossible to do. But I understand why! I stumbled upon this kolache cafe by happenstance, driving around Spring, TX, a few weeks ago, and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Upon entry, my wife and I were greeted, and we decided on the boudin Kolache, the BBQ brisket, and the Mac and Cheese Kolache. We also got a bottle of Raspberry Tea from a local company that was so delicious. The highlight kolache for me was the BBQ brisket mac and cheese. I can't wait to go back and get another one this weekend. The BBQ brisket is smoked and robust in flavor and the Mac and cheese is cooked perfectly and ain't cheesy and delicious. Fiancé and I came to check this place out this morning. They have such unique, fun flavor options and we loved everything we tried. The staff were super nice, personable, informative, and patient. We were surprised to see how busy this place stayed when we were there, with several highlight flavors selling out before and while we were there. We're already talking about going back to try the spaghetti, brisket mac, and spinach feta kolaches! The inside was cute, too. The place is cutesy, with festive decorations. The staff were so friendly and kind. The 2 girls at the front did not introduce themselves, and I forgot to ask their names. But they were patient and smiley and welcoming. There were a good number of customers in and out, which is a good sign for business. I did not get a chance to learn more about the business from the staff like I usually do, such as the concept, and why they started etc since I was on my way to the event, sadly My Elite week treat, I chose the Blackberry Basil Coffee (hot coffee) + a blackberry cheesecake kolache. I thought the coffee idea was unique, so I chose that. I actually enjoyed it. Very basily, which I was not mad at. The kolache I basically treated like a dessert. I heated mine up when I got home, and it was gooey. To support this local business, I also ordered 2 savory kolaches. Bacon, egg, and cheese & sausage, egg and cheese. This place is CUTE!!! Service was sweet and welcoming. Has a couple of spots you can sit at and enjoy your breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised with the variety they had. With this being our first time we went with the sausage and cheese kolaches. Mine had jalapeño because I like spice. They were huge!!! I came here one morning and got an iced latte (don't remember the exact flavor) and their Caprese/pesto kolache. Both items were really good! Service was great too, I got my items quick despite there being someone in front of me who had placed a large order. Ambiance is nice, as well. Incredible spot! Staff was very welcoming, polite and answered all questions I asked. Clean space and open area. The Ham and Potato Kolache melts in your mouth. So good and so much flavor. This is my 2nd time at the fine establishment that's about 30 away from my place and well worth the drive; if you're within an hour of this place you should do yourself the favor and come on out. Unlike most other kolache places the vibe here is that of a cafe would you'd hang out to do school work and maybe just work remotely; it's got a great vibe and the ladies behind the counter give it that young vibe. The ladies give an amazing experience you can tell they actually like working here and love their product something you won't get from kolache factory or any of the big box places Being this is my 2 visit and you know you're boy tries to have everything I can get in one visit I'd say I've had most everything save for the elusive jalapeño sausage one that had been sold out both times For me the MVP is the sausage & gravy; this one goes hard! Best Kolaches in Cypress! My sister recommended me this place and told me to try it since it was near by home. I got to the kafe pretty late on a Saturday morning so the selection was limited. Great little place with friendly, quick service, and it's close to home! I came in expecting a ton of open face style kolaches, but the counter had mainly breaded kolaches and not so many of the open face or fruit variety, at least not displayed. You really need to ask for these as they are either hidden by other items or in the back. I ordered everything but the bagel kolache and the 2 guys 1 pit sausage with sharp cheddar. I also added a tres leches latte. The latte is sweet but not so sweet you can't drink it. I liked it. A sign on the wall indicates they use Java Pura coffee. The sausage kolache was my favorite. It's a nice crisp peppery slice of sausage from the BBQ restaurant across the street. The everything but the bagel was okay, but the cream cheese was overwhelming for me, in this style of presentation. I don't eat bagels very often...and this one does taste exactly like a bagel. I would get a fruit one next time. Great products, though. The consistency of the bread with the fruit kolaches isn't light and powdery like the Czech kolaches in Central Texas, but you don't have to drive 2-3 hrs to get here...so that's a plus. Apparently, I should have ordered the blackberry cheesecake kolache since customers were raving over it when I finished my meal and was about to leave. read more

Kolache Kafe has a huge variety of kolaches and pastries and even sell products from another local restaurant as well. They have a big coffee menu. Everything I got was delicious and affordable! I usually don't review places, but omg! I had never been here before, but their tres leches iced coffee is so good! Their kolaches are amazing too! Don't do what I did and not warm it up, have them warm it! But not having it warmed didn't affect how good it tasted! I got two pastries, their blueberry kolache and their giant cinnamon roll. Haven't tried them yet, had to come here and rave about how good they are! Total came out to $19 something and was well worth it! I will be going back! read more

Let's start off with the vibe In there the moment you walk in it's comfy warm and inviting!! You are a lil shy at first to try somewhere new but you are immediately welcomed by a very nice lady named Tristan followed up with the yummy displays and smells of Kolaches as you walk your way down the display at the end they are some yummy treats.
