Mint Chocolate Pie (forgot the true name)
    Katie G.

I have been here once and I'm in love with this place. I got two baked goods; a gingerbread whoppie pie and the special pie of the month, or day, I forget what it was called but it's a chocolate pie with mint. Both were so delicious! Made from scratch, just what I was looking for. I haven't tried their food menu, and I'm excited to go back and sit down for a meal. The women there were polite and answered all of my questions, the atmosphere was clean, cute and they had some outside seating. Very nice surprise in Tomball!

Popped in here and tried the pie and coffee flight. The service was amazing and the presentation was great. We enjoyed getting to try a variety of pies. We felt that the pie dough was very thick, like a biscuit, but the fillings were great. The Rueben and the coffees were really good.

Looking for a fresh and original breakfast spot before heading to the Tomball Farmers Market? Victory Pie Cafe is the place to be! Enjoy your hot pie the way it's meant to be -- sitting down and savoring every bite! The first taste feels like a warm hug, especially on a rainy, chilly Saturday. Breakfast and lunch are served all day, so I couldn't resist ordering the biscuit and gravy pie with a side of fresh fruit and a chai latte. Pure comfort food! Victory Pie Cafe is a charming, locally-owned gem. Support this mom-and-pop shop -- you won't be disappointed!

Special was 1/2 Chicken salad sandwich with two sides and drink. Touch of tarragon in the chicken salad on croissant. Salad with balsamic- very fresh. Berries naturally sweet. Of course I tried the pie - nice tart cherries in generous crust. Quite good.

Chicken pot pie with a side of potatoes seasoned with rosemary

Cozy place with delicious and healthy food as well as excellent sevice. Wife had her eye on this place and we finally got to pay a visit. We had a good time chatting and sketching while sipping on our iced lattes. They were supposed to close 20 mins ago but waited patiently for us to have our food without hurrying us out or reminding us of their hours. The wife was touched by how nice they all were. Definitely check it out!

Nice cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Delicious food! Veterans and first responders discount.

The coffee is awesome. I think it is from a local roaster. The small pies are very tasty with a great selection. Good and friendly service.

Crazy high prices. $40 for a pie with taxes!!! Great tasting pie but not worth the price.

I ordered a coffee my first trip, and was hesitant to return but I'm now glad I did! Second time around I left the business with a specialty coffee, specialty drink, a few cupcakes and two pup cups for the boys. Everything was consumed, everything was enjoyed and my pups were treated like little furry kings. Initially, I did not plan to leave a review, but the fact that I crave a cupcake everytime I'm in the area speaks volumes.

Everything we tried tasted like it had been made that morning, and you could tell there was real attention to quality. The croissants were incredibly flaky with those beautiful buttery layers that practically melted apart. The cookie croissant was easily the star of the visit--warm, gooey, packed with cookie butter, and just enough chocolate to keep it from being overly sweet. The cinnamon roll was soft, rich, and generously frosted without becoming overwhelming. The s'mores cookie was perfectly crisp around the edges, soft in the center, and topped with toasted marshmallow and Hershey chocolate that made it feel nostalgic without being gimmicky. We also grabbed a carrot cake cupcake that was light, moist, and beautifully decorated, plus a few iced coffees and a refreshing fruit tea that paired perfectly with all the pastries. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. It was the kind of place where you can sit with friends over coffee or grab a box of pastries to take home (which you'll probably wish you'd done after the first bite). We'll definitely be back to work our way through the rest of the menu. If you're anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in--just don't expect to leave with only one pastry.

We stopped by just for coffee after taking my little one to the dentist next door, but I'd love to come back and try the food sometime. Service was friendly, and the staff made sure our drinks were prepared and served quickly. I've heard good things about this place, but unfortunately, the drinks didn't live up to the hype. The mocha frappe was overly sweet, and the sweet matcha tasted like iced sweet milk with a hint of green. It lacked the distinct flavor and color of real matcha. Matcha lovers, save your $6, this one's a HARD pass. I might return and check out more reviews to see what dishes or drinks are actually recommended.

My favorite BBQ in Houston! This is my top barbecue spot of all time…read more This was the first barbecue place I tried in Houston and it set the standard for any place I tried after. I've tried several and all barbecue spots are great but none are as good as Tejas. Tejas opened in 2015 and has received several awards since and in 2025 became recognized by MICHELIN. This did not surprise me and it made sense why none could ever top them. They have wonderful customer service, the feel is very cabin like, family style food, and clean inside and outside. I have stopped by several times over the years and haven't given them a proper review and it was about time. Their brisket is exceptional. What I immediately appreciated about Tejas is how they are unique with their sides. Sides are important. Most barbecue spots across the board have the same sides but each make them a bit different. Tejas offers a unique side, that no one has or any restaurant in general, their Carrot soufflé, it is addicting. I usually order another to go. Their chille relleno sausage is phenomenal. Went back about two weeks ago on a whim and I've already been back twice since. The BBQ is legitimately exceptional now. The burnt ends are amazing--tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The cheesesteak is awesome, the turkey is surprisingly moist and tasty, and the overall quality is way higher than I remembered. A couple small notes: the poblano sausage was a bit too cheesy for my taste, and the mac and cheese has crushed tortilla chips on top that feel unnecessary (though the base is still solid). Must-orders: Get the chicharrones and queso and ask for a side of Tajín to sprinkle on top--it takes it to another level. The jalapeños at the condiment station are pure fire and delicious. They also have a full bar, so chilling with a cold beer and some top-notch BBQ is the move. The chocolate truffles at the counter are fantastic--you really can't go wrong with any of them. They also have specials if you order four or more items, which is a nice touch. Plenty of seating inside or outside, and there's ample parking right across the street. If you haven't been in a while (or ever), do yourself a favor and give them another shot. I'm glad I did. Solid 4 stars.
