The massage room was very dirty with stains on multiple sections of the towels. The head cover for the massage table had make up stains on it that they tried to cover up by placing plastic over. They don't have licensed massage therapists! Be aware! The massage was horrible, it seemed rushed and not relaxing at all, this was not worth what I paid and will not return! My daughter and I had a FABULOUS experience. The service was impeccable. We both had the signature experience and we both can't wait to go back. It was slices of heaven; each slice being something different, from the Vichy shower to our hair being washed (always feels good) to massage to hot stones. GoVichy is my favorite spa in North County! I have been here for the Vichy treatment & massage, and recently went back for a facial by Nan. It far surpassed any facial I have ever experienced. Nan is highly trained and used all sorts of techniques to massage the muscles and pressure points in my face. It was exceptional! Not only did my hour long treatment include a deep cleansing using some sort of steam machine, which was amazing, but also a luxurious collagen mask that left my face feeling soft and moisturized. My first experience yesterday receiving a full body scrub- loved it! The scrub combined with the massage was a great combination. Total relaxation experience. I enjoyed this beautiful facility and its personal touches. The improvements made to the equipment of this wet room over other 'group' spas I have visited deserves a special note. Well thought out & considerate of clients (no slip tile, sheets on the water table not just plastic, rinsing water jets over the table instead of scoops out of a bucket, privacy without being stuffy, very clean). The treatment was just as requested (body scrub & massage, 60 minutes) but within that time, the addition of hot stones, several warm towels, silky oils rubbed into my skin, made it a heavenly experience. I used my first one and was treated to a sampling of their other services besides the scrub. Thank you. Donia is proud of her new establishment and rightfully so. It's worth at least one visit. One recommendation: Remain open longer than 7:00 pm on weeknights. It's not easy to arrive before that time after all is done for the day.
