He not only honored the quote, but went ahead and cleaned our hallway runner without an extra charge. We were both very grateful. Jay did let us know about the different types of stains and how they interact with different surfaces to let us know what may or may not come out, I was expecting there may be some sticking around, but after about two and a half hours of him working on everything, the stains were all out!
