I feel like I won the cleaning lottery! I have been in search of a REALLY good cleaner who actually does deep cleaning vs says they do deep cleaning ( that I have to follow and do my own cleaning after they finish). I am kinda a clean freak so when I found Blanca Ester on Yelp, I drilled her with questions and sent photos of the years of baked on rust on our stove top to confirm that she could in fact remove it. She responded with an enthusiastic YES as if it were nothing. So I invited her to help us with that and the oven and sure enough she got both looking showroom clean with a ton of elbow grease. As I understand it from her daughter, Blanca has been cleaning offices and hospitals for a very long time and is now getting into the residential market so that's why she may not have ( as of yet) the vast number of reviews but I have no doubt that will change real soon. I'm attaching a few photos of the spot deep clean work Blanca did and when I need cleaning in the future, she's the only one I will seek. On top of that her prices are crazy competitive and more than fair. ( Given my project was small and not urgent, I asked Blanca to schedule us when she was going to be close by and that way more efficient for her given the high gas prices). Lastly, this review is not complete without noting how incredibly sweet, hardworking and humble Blanca is which made the whole experience so wonderful. Very pleasant to work with so no problem there. The issue is. I hired them to clean an already fairly clean condo before my next tenant moved in and there were just a few things that they didn't do. Like wipe out the dust in the drawers and the cabinets. When I mentioned it, they said that's a deep clean service.??? I've had deep clean before, and this was merely wiping out three drawers and two cabinets. But I didn't press it. They missed the refrigerator entirely. So I asked them to come back and at least wipe that down. Also, the floors were not that clean. So I asked her to come back in please re-mop the kitchen after I took my finger and rubbed it to show them where it was still dirty. so the service was OK. Oh, and I would still say that they would be a fairly good bet. And maybe it just takes some time to get to know a place. read more

I am so thankful Blanca was able to come clean my unit at such short notice (I called on Monday afternoon for same day service obviously she was busy and she was still able to provide her service later that evening) she did really great job removing stains from my shower and tub-removed mold and added cocking where it was needed. She removed my sliding windows to clean them inside and out (I'm in an upstairs unit). Cleaned my kitchen cabinets, closets, swept and moped for me. I'm so busy getting other things done to prepare to move in my unit I don't have the time to get it move in ready so her hard work is greatly appreciated. I look forward to having Blanca come over and routinely clean my unit she takes her job very seriously after spending a couple hours in my unit on Monday it started getting late but she wasn't satisfied with the results and decided to pay us another visit Tuesday morning.
