About a week ago I found a nail stud buried deep in the tread of my tire after work around 5:00pm. Most tire shops already closed by then. Luckily, I found George at GP Tires. He's open till 6:30pm on weekdays which is a huge plus. He also quoted me less than the competitors in patching the tire; another bonus! Took no more than 15 minutes to complete on my 4runner. He sells used and new tires as well. He started the business and has been there 2 years now. Super friendly and professional. Gp tires saved my day. After calling multiple tires shops I finally got a answer from George's heavenly voice stating yes we are open on July the 4th. I guess it was my day because he had a certain tire size I needed 205/40/17 and simply sold them to me at a very good price. His service is outstanding. My dumbass lost my lug lock key and George man handled the lug like Hercules vs coliseum lions and got my wire showing busted almost flat tire off. Greetings again. I went to GP Tires last Monday, June 9, and needed my tires mounted on 8 rims. So, I dropped by early, about 830am, to have George mount the tires and I told him I would pick them up later that day in the afternoon. Sure enough, i came back at 530pm and the tires were mounted, stacked and waiting for me. He charged me $10 a tire to mount and added new valve stems, so it was a good deal. Looking at the ad i didnt think much of this place, i blew out a tire going to early into a curb causing my front right tire to pop. It was 7:15 already so i decided to change the spare and run to american tire depot, it was closed. Called this place up and said they closed st 7:30. Gave it a shot and the owner answered, very friendly guy i asked for new tire price and a used one. He was honest and said the used one was as good as a new one, he said he had closed early though. As soon as i said i needed it today he right away said to be at his shop in 10 minutes and he'd go for me. That alone was amazing and sure enough yes he showed up all clean like he was already at home having a brew and some food. (Even though i think he was sleeping) but he came out of his way to fix my tire and now thats what i call amazing customer service. Will definitaly take my business here again for my bmw tires! This is a super late review! But George is excellent!! Long story short; I've had my car for about 6 months, finally got a nail stuck in one of my tires, called dealer bc apparently my wheel locks never came with my car?? *annoyed face*. Anyways, found George through Yelp - good reviews and he was the only one around still open (~ 7-730p). Anyways he was a total help!
