We all know this... But the true measure of a business is how they treat you when something goes wrong and it's their fault (which is very rare to happen here but it did in my case). E He told me to sit down and wait for someone to assist me. I was sitting for more than 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me at all so I got up and told Manny at the front desk that I've been waiting for a long time and no one had come and help me even after the fact I had an appointment. So he started helping me right away. Very unprofessional service. Had to wait an hour extra just to get my tires rotated and balanced. They even put the wrong PSI in my tires. I will be contacting corporate to make sure they get hold accountable because these type of mistakes can lead to an accident. If you value your time and expect good customer service, this place is not for you. Take your business elsewhere where they actually respect your time and money I've been a customer for years and always picked America's Tire because of the service they used to provide which used to be really good. I came back to the shop prior to being told my car was ready, and I think there may have been a delay in getting parts needed (dropped the car off at 9am, wasn't done until 4pm). I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

I made an appointment online after seeing they were running a buy 3 get 1 free tire deal. My appointment was for 9:15 this morning, but I actually got there a little earlier and was greeted right away by Eddie. He checked me in, took my information, and got everything set up. Super cool guy... really sweet and easy to talk to. We had some good conversation while getting everything handled. He did let me know the deal I saw didn't apply to the specific tires I needed, which was totally fine. I decided to just replace my two front tires for now and come back in a couple weeks to do the rear ones. Honestly it worked out because I didn't want to spend too much money on a car I hate anyway I also got a wheel alignment and Eddie even hooked me up with a little discount for that, which I really appreciated. I swear this was the fastest tire change and wheel alignment I've ever had done. Julio handled the wheel alignment and Jose did the tire install, and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Super efficient and everything feels great... my car is rolling smooth again. I'll definitely be back soon for those rear tires and would absolutely recommend their business to others. Great staff, quick service, and now I see exactly why they have such a high rating.
