I had my Mercedes-Benz electronic steering lock fixed there and reprogrammed $1,300. Within 1 month I'm in Washington and it does the same thing and locks up. I've called them a couple times and they haven't gotten back to me. I spoke with him once when it first happened they told me to check if the wires were used and they were not. This is a great local shop! I needed my rear brakes done, so I decided to give them a try. I dropped off my truck first thing in the morning. They then called me within a few hours to tell me what needed to be done, and give me a quote. There was no attempt to up-charge or tack on unnecessary work. The quote was very reasonable. So I agreed to proceed with the work, and they had my truck finished by lunch time. Honestly, I think I found my new primary mechanic shop. I won't go as far to say they're scammers, I consider myself a rational person who considers both sides but I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. Poor customer service from the slightly passive aggressive woman at the front desk. She said over the phone that the price was $253. I made sure to call in the morning and specify that I wanted a quote before any work is done (because I have had people just do the work without confirming prices beforehand). Before I got there I was thinking about how I was going to leave a great review since they got it done in a day (it is an extremely easy less than a hour fix) but obviously that didn't end up happening. When I stated that in person she said she would have never said that number and that the cost was $428. She had zero explanation to give me. The owner of this business either needs to give this woman extreme training on customer service and how to properly quote people or she needs to be let go before she further ruins the reputation of this business. Also instead of politely asking me to slow my speaking she was passive aggressive about it (sorry I talk fast when I'm anxious after being borderline scammed!) I should have recorded the phone call, as a young single woman who had her car towed in. Some how they're charging $234 for the part which you can get less than $100 at autozone. I was actively preparing to do the work myself (a starter) as it is an extremely simple repair especially on my car (Camry 04, you don't even have to get under the car), but got quoted that nice price so decided it was worth it to pay someone. Next time (never at this place again) I will make sure to confirm the price (labor + parts) and record the phone call as proof. The only reason I went to this shop was because I apparently only had free towing for 5 miles not 100. read more

Receptionist was really friendly. When i called to get a quote she asked for the year, make, model of my car. 2006 Honda CRV. She told me it was going to be too much. (My fault for not insisting for the fee). Needed just a new light bulb for my car. Took them less than 10 minutes to change. Labor is really expensive though. Ive never had to pay this high for a light bulb before even going through jiffy lube or my own honda dealership was about 15$ Just be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for repair because i cant imagine how much their other services will be if headlight was this much. I got my car fixed less than a month ago and have even more problems then what i started with. i would NOT EVER recommend this place to anyone. these people will only help you and show that they care when you wave money in front of them. the customer service is horrible, they waste your whole day just waiting to get the repairs done when they don't fix anything. on the phone the lady said that the repairs i needed would be covered under the warranty but once i got there she was saying something completely different and was trying to charge me for "problems" that i didn't even go in for. This place has never helped me in the way that they were supposed to. Just be careful that John doesn't have you coming back for more repairs after he repairs your current problem. He did that to me and my family. I'm a Christian and he's suppose to be. He advertises on the christian radio station, prays on his knees at church but caused a hardship for me and family, my sons car broke down right after he left the shop and he called John, then he charged him more money in which my son did not have. John and Maria had no empathy and compassion at all, the problem that went wrong was brand new??? I took my truck in for smogging, after I left, the heater and air didn't work anymore. He was on the telephone with a customer and I overheard him saying how he would have their car ready and pick them up in the morning because he remembered that they had a doctors appointment early in the morning. I had failed a smog test at two other places that could not figure out how to help me or they wanted to charge me way too much for simple repairs that I could have done myself if I had the time. I just needed an honest mechanic that could solve my problem. And I found him! He said he would charge me two hours labor and do everything he could to get it to pass smog in that time frame. The only bad thing about taking my truck in for service is the parking. I had the A/c recharged, differential and transfer case serviced. I was surprised at how much it cost, I was expecting it to be about $100 more. John spotted an oil leak and found the ac leak. He let me know the repair price with zero pressure to schedule an appointment for it. They are true mechanics they have been able to fix every car I've brought to them (including one that another shop had told me needed 3000.00 dollars worth of work which John fixed for 400 bucks) It is truly nice to know that you can trust them to do a good job at a fair and honest price! Once again John came to the rescue. Thursday night I worked graveyard and on the way home Friday morning my truck started surging, then the check engine light came on. Just took my 08 patriot in to check if my car was having issues. The crew here were very welcoming and friendly. John ran multiple tests on my car and test drove it and informed me that with the type of transmission I have my car just takes a bit more effort to get it going.
