Was craving some Thai food and got the Seafood Noodle. I was only able to find this offered on their lunch menu, so I wasn't entirely sure what I was ordering. I told my server that I had a gluten allergy and she made sure that the dish was made with rice noodles, which were actually pho noodles. The service was slow and the food took awhile to come out, but I was really happy with the soup and Seafood Noodle. The Seafood Noodle tasted like a Pad Thai with lots of calamari. It also came with a small soup and salad. The salad came with fried tortilla strips. I asked the server if it was safe to eat (which she said it wasn't ) and she brought me out a new salad. I ended up finding a small piece in my salad but I'm sure it was an accident and they didn't just pick out the strips from my salad. read more

What I had to deal with today was completely unacceptable. I had tried calling a mobile order in today to place an order ahead of time. I have done this plenty of times here and there has been no issues. They answer right away and after stating that I want to place a To go order they state that they will need to put me on a brief hold which is no problem. Well 3 minutes later after being on hold with no others response I end the call and redial them because I understand they may have forgotten that I was on hold. I proceed to keep attempting to call them for the remainder of my 15 minute drive to the store still with no answer. Once I got there I tell them that I have been trying to place a To go order and they state that's weird I guess the phone must be broken. They were not busy inside and there was people sitting around. After asking how long it would take for food they tell me 25-35 minutes. Great food! Everything is delicious and they have the best staff. My best friend and I have becoming here almost weekly for years! Nice setting. They do have the restaurant split in two. There's a bar area where you can watch sports etc. and then your typical restaurant. I highly recommend the spring rolls, cream cheese wontons, green curry, chow mein, pineapple and shrimp fried rice and the black pepper steak. Like I said all is so good! read more

Trash service because there was none. We got sat for about 20 minutes and nobody ever came. Servers were just walking around looking at us. When we asked if someone was coming they said one minute but we still waited. It was weird because they asked the people who came after us for their drink order after we been sitting for a while. Their servers were truly the best part of this meal. The food was... not as good as friends remembered it to be and I wasn't impressed. Aside from picking and choosing what on my plate I wanted to eat and not eat, the drinks were fancy and delicious. Oddly enough, my friends who brought me here were not impressed with the food, which was a bit strange. There is plenty of parking, outdoor seating, and options for pets to hang out with you. While I understand there are establishments that are very short staffed these days there is absolutely no excuse for the laziness negligence of this restaurant. I placed a to go order face to face inside of the restaurant. It was a total of 5 items, one of the items was sushi, which I was told would take 30 mins. (Placed this order at 5pm) I was ok with that and returned in 30 mins later to find they were still waiting on the sushi. (You guys, it was one spicy tuna roll, only one) finally the order was ready about 38 mins total, and I brought the order home, not thinking of checking the bags as I placed the order face to face, with the waitress. I drove home (live about 15 mins away) to find the order was so entirely wrong. The 30 min spicy tuna roll was a hand roll and the salad I ordered was completely different than what I ordered. I called the restaurant to figure out how I could make this right and requested a refund on 3 of the 5 items. They told me I would have to bring the food back to have the manager look at it. What? Sickening This place used to be good. Like 2014 as their award displayed as their only claim to fame adorned on their host station. Get it together. We come to this place almost every other week for years. I always get excellent customer service and amazing servers who I make sure to tip very well. Unfortunately, today we went for dinner and we were served by an Asian older lady (server name in receipt is Sandy) who was surprisingly unprofessional and rude at some point. We asked her to change the rice for noodles for our kid's meal, she said that's an extra charge of $2, mind you I get the same order every time and I was never told it's an extra charge! Anyways, I said it's fine, I'll pay the difference. Next , when the food arrived , she got my order wrong, i got beef Panang when I clearly ordered chicken panang, she took my plate back and I had to share food with my husband until my food arrived... To top it off, she charged me for the kids drinks (which is included with the kids meal as shown in the picture attached) and when i told her drinks are included and you shouldn't charge me for it , it's even written on the menu. she was very rude about it and kept saying no it's not, no it's not, soda only!! Where on earth does it say soda only?? It says meals including drinks, I mean I don't mind paying for it but the fact that you want to charge me for things that are included is clearly a rip off , she took the charges off when I told her that I will pay for the drinks but I am not going to tip her!! After that, she again rudely said next time only soda, well guess what, there's not gonna be a next time because you just lost a long time customer of yours. The offer a wide selection of options that seem to span different areas of Asia so you're not stuck with one sort of culture. The service was great. Had to check this place out since it seemed always busy. I came here with some friends in a Friday night. We where told there is a 40 minute wait but could go an sit in the sushi bar and order of we wanted. We didn't know there was a sushi bar in a Thai restaurant. We ordered from the sushi bar which was fine. I ordered Red Curry beef with brown rice and chicken slammer. The wait was about 25 minutes which is OK since the restaurant was full. The red curry beef was delicious and had a little kick off spice which was great. The spicy level was just right in my opinion. The chicken slammer was good as well. The staff was fast and efficient in getting our orders. Also fast in getting us anything we needed while we where having our food not like sind places where they don't return after the served your food. I checked the restroom and it was clean but the trash seemed full and someone didn't remove the trash. Tip: if you check in with Yelp app they give you 10% of your bill.
