The women who worked there were very nice and helpful. Parking there is a bit difficult, but you can find parking, even if you have to pay for a parking meter. There is no parking lot. Back Door isn't huge- but to their defense, they have a good handle gathering items by sections. Upscale and lower-end items are all mixed in together, so you're going to have to do a little digging. I'm usually on the hunt for something weird and sorting through the aisles to see if I find a treasure or two.
