A cool simple thrift shop on northern blvd in flushing that is not fancy inside as it's actually dull if you are expecting more but you can't beat the prices and donating your stuff or useful junk is a breeze . Plenty of clothing and accessories all around but if you are looking for high end or major name brand you most likely won't find it here but if you dig thrift shop low end stuff , you will be happy . I am into the trinkets and other old cool stuff like lamps , small wall pictures, mugs ,and many other neat items that you would expect to find in these type of thrift shops . Got myself a few ashtrays that look like they are from the 1960ish era and another table lamp that I don't know where to put but is too cool not to buy and a small wall picture frame that looks creepy but was also too cool not to grab . Glad my cuz took me here and I prefer the non fancy or simple mom and pop type thrift shops cause you never know what useless treasures you will find .4.5 stars on my yelp meter . read more

I have come here twice to drop off donations. They are professional, kind, and they take a lot of items. They even can give you documents for tax purposes if you would like. I have not shopped inside the store yet so I cannot give a review on that but if you are looking to drop off things you may want to donate, I would recommend this spot. I drove from the rockaways to go here. There is absolutely NO parking anywhere within ten blocks or more. I circled 45 minutes and gave up. The traffic and congestion is ridiculous. read more

This is my go-to place for donations. With churches and their odd times for accepting donations, nothing compares to a decent shop that takes stuff during shopping hours. I'm a minimalist, so I usually give away my clothes as soon as I know I won't wear it again. They usually take your stuff without prejudice and gives you a donation receipt. Heaven for the working professional, not so much if you're interested in more modern/trendy clothes. Came in looking for pleated skirts/sweatshirts/sweatpants/graphic tees/camis and came back out with a blazer, jeans, a button down, and a pencil skirt. Don't get me wrong - everything was very good quality and there were a lot of brand name items nestled between forever 21 and god knows what, but the majority of the items in the store were blazers, jeans, pencil skirts, etc. etc. The whole place is a bit musty, small, and the lights are kind of dim - definitely not as spacious and neat as your local goodwill, but the prices can't be beat as everything is usually $5-$10. read more

Very small thrift shop with not much clothing. The clothes are also pricey. The shirts are $5 dollars which are wrinkly, stained and old looking. Unfortunately queens does not have many thift shops which is why I ended up here. I won't be returning here because of those reasons. read more

I accidentally stumbled into this store, trying to find my way to Northern Blvd, and was pleased to find very cheap thrifts. The T-shirts were dirt-cheap, but you definitely need extra time and effort to dig through all the meh-stuff (saw a dude pick up an old school Naruto shirt..cute!). There's alot of jeans here with the potential for great DIY cut-off shorts and other artsy inspirations. The tops and shoes were pretty meh. You can find some cute stuff in the shorts section (there seems to be a lot of Levi jeans and shorts here, which is pretty awesome since you can never go too wrong with that quality of denim). Alas, no changing room (not even a small corner to whip out some ninja-fast changes) which I have to mark off one star for. Plus, I was a little paranoid about the store's general cleanliness (kind of afraid of the raggedy pile of blanket-ty things and dust bunnies in the back of the store). I think it'll be hard to find a lot of cute things in one visit, with the clothes "as is" here. But I will be back if I'm in the area for the possibility of seeing added merchandise. read more

Definitely in my top 3 of favorite thrift shops, if not my number one favorite. I sorta want this place all to myself but.. that's being selfish because Nick has to do business too. Being the avid thrifter that I am, it's quite laughable how some people rate with a few stars simply because THEY couldn't find anything. It is true that there is a chance you won't find anything even when you've looked through the entire store, but that's a possibility anywhere. You might not find an amazing item every single time you go to a thrift store but don't expect to or you'll be disappointed (even though it's your fault for having such impractical expectations). It takes time and energy to keep going back to the store and to persevere as you are rummaging through those disorganized racks. That said, this place got a lot more organized compared to a few years back. It's not a major step up in the game but the simple changes were something I was able to point out because of how familiar I am with this place. The store does smell but I've never had a problem with it so get off your high horse and accept the stench. Become one with the stench. It is quite tiny and you might feel an urge to leave without even takin' a gander at anything and it's understandable. But listen to me, go in, look through those racks, ignore the stink, bring a mask maybe just in case you start to sneeze uncontrollably, and who knows if you'll find something you like! Don't be discouraged if you leave that day without any thrifted items. Come back next week. Here is a basic price list for the items: Most of the women's tops: $5 but occasionally will have $7-8 ones Women's dresses: approximately $15 All of the men's t-shirts: $2 Books: A dollar or two Bags: $5-$7 Shoes: I don't find much shoes here but I bought a Sperry's once for $7 Fabric: $1-2 Bed sheets, etc: $5-$10 Sunglasses: $5 Men's Jackets: $10-$20 Above all, Nick is the nicest guy! It's nice to have the manager know you and greet you every time you come into the store. He is really sweet but not a push-over so don't think you can take advantage of him. Once again, don't go in if you're going to judge it by your first and only visit. Go back and be ready to spend some time in there. It all depends on your open-mindedness and patience. It's the typical thrift store -- you have to take your time to rummage through the racks but you're guaranteed to find something that you'll like and for really cheap. This is a great thrift store, and exactly what all thrift stores should be: unpretentious, crammed with stuff, and very very cheap. If you like to scrounge and have a half hour to spare, you'll pretty definitely find a good deal here. Blazers are all $7. Tops are ~$8. Skirts are all $5. Dresses are all $7. Coats (including leather jackets) are $15-$35. Also a huge selection of pants and tees. There are Ann Taylor blazers nestled in with Forever 21 tanks, unbranded polyester horror shows with prom gowns (oh wait, same thing!). You can tell by the labels that some items are vintage. I got a Banana Republic wool pencil skirt, Made in Italy and quite possibly vintage for FIVE BUCKS! They also have shoes, bags, books, housewares, records, and small appliances (everything under the sun, really) that are dusty but good deals if you need them. Put that pinky down. The store is a bit grungy looking - I wouldn't buy blankets and sheets here, for example - but the clothes all seem fine and in excellent condition. read more

I went in today afternoon. It was my first time and I like it, I'll admit I didn't find anything (nothing my size!) but I saw some nice things I considered. There's more women's clothing than men's, but at least they have both. There's a lot of clothing for $5 only, which is pretty awesome. Most things looked in good condition, some things were covered w lint/dust. A lot of it looks outdated, but I saw a couple Banana Republic, GAP, Ann Taylor clothing. They had a long section of skirts (I saw mostly sz 4 and 8) and some outdated blouses, some jeans, pants, jackets. They have some vinyls for a buck, some CDs, belts, shoes, a very messy section in the back corner filled with blankets (that was my least favorite part), a small section of handbags/wallets. And there was a 'hidden' box of toys or other random things. Now on, I'm gonna stop by and see if they have anything new! read more

I found two pairs of shoes with a perfect match (size 5), a GORGEOUS velvet scoop back dress, a blazer, and one bust of Jim Morrison, you know... for my bust collection. Came here to donate a bundle of clothes that I don't wear anymore and I decided to just look around. Picked up a shirt, a cozy sweater, a blazer jacket, and a dress. All for $25. My BF and I went into this shop, and wouldn't recommend it at all. Nothing there is worth getting actual money for, and it's over priced. Like there selling ripped up stuffed animals? And white shoes with red stains? And shirts with arm pit stains? And winter jackets with huge stains? Broken silverware? And then they charge you more then the original person bought it for xDD It doesn't look like anyone sorts through the stuff, and they just try to sell everything they get. read more

The prices here are great: $8 dresses, $5 sweaters/shirts, $10+ jackets, $1+ bags. I bought several pieces while I was there. It's a small place, but it's packed with stuff. There is no changing room, but there is a small mirrored area in the back, and the owner doesn't mind you trying on things over your clothes. read more

Absolutely love this store. You find something every time you go in there and there is something for everyone. They even have children's clothes and shoes. They have many designer brands. There is a wide selection of clothes, shoes, house wear, and many collectable antiques. You can find everything in there. The store is well organized and clean. They do not have a fitting room but they do have a return policy which is great because you get a store credit to get other items. I've known the owners personally for years and they are very friendly and helpful. All of the shoppers are equally friendly. Everyone is like family. Great prices, great atmosphere and great place. The donations that they receive support the Orthodox Greek Church. You could literally spend all day in there whether it be shopping or just having conversations with the owners and the customers. read more

Very well organized store! Jeans are $5 & there are various sizes and styles. Skirts are also $5 and there were so many beautiful patterns. The store did not smell at all. There was a rack of $2 t-shirts, mostly college and high school shirts with a few cartoon ones. Women's shirts/blouses ranged from $5-8. There are so many dressy clothes. There are also many antiques and DVDs to buy. Some of the electronics were slightly overpriced, in my opinion. this is the worst thrift store i have ever been in. and i have been to many. the guy that owns/works there is a complete jerk. Some people came in with some boxes to donate and the guy dismissed them saying we dont want anything. i saw a small box they had and looked inside. the guy donating said you can have it. then the owner got all interested and took the box outta my hand and decided he did want all the stuff. then he tried to sell it to me for 40 dollars. what an ass. i didn't even want it that bad and the fact that he didnt want it until someone else showed interest in it makes him a jerk. there are other reasons this store stinks. bad selection. most items arent priced. alot of items on the shelves are "not for sale" for some reason because he wants to figure out how much they are worth before he sells them etc. not a thrift shop in my opinion a resale shop. and poor selection read more

I find it very surprising there are lots of positive reviews here but all I can say is that there isn't anything worth getting here, and it definitely has that old thrift shop smell when you go in. On the good note the workers are nice and if you have no option but to shop here for your kids, I saw a lady who was able to pick up 1-2 items for her kids happily, so maybe you might too. read more
