They offer morning, day, and evening classes and offer classes for adults and kids. They're located in a shopping plaza and there's plenty of parking. Their interior is clean and well maintained. They have an open mat area, a bag room in the back, and some stationary bikes in the back. They also have lockers, bathrooms, a vending machine for drinks, a water fountain, and bleacher seating if you're observing a class or waiting for your kids. All the instructors have a wealth of knowledge to share. They take the time to walk through techniques while providing scenarios to help you understand how their teachings can be applied to real-life situations. The class environment is always welcoming of ALL levels and the people are really nice. They truly spend the time to get to know everyone and make you feel like you belong. If you're looking for a place to work out, learn to defend yourself, while meeting great people, this is the place for you. After a red eye flight from San Francisco to Dallas, then a 4.5 hour drive from Dallas to Houston we arrived just in time for class...I lasted only 30minutes!!! However, after working out through the week and in 100 degree temperatures...I absolutely love and looked forward to coming here every evening. Everyday is DIFFERENT!!! You will not experience the same workout twice in one week. Cardio Thursdays are intense, but worth the pain, the sweat, and the familia!!! I have NEVER once felt like an outsider even though everyone knew I was there for only a week!!! Kru Izzy is incredible and always encourages everyone to push for one more!!! I learned some martial arts but it was very expensive and not worth the injuries that I received from training with angry team members there.
