Delicious small batch ice cream! I usually get the black raspberry chocolate chip but opted for the Boldly Bearcat which was also delicious! Fast and friendly service at this Pinecrest location in Orange. The dining space was clean with plenty of seating and take home ice cream and cakes available!
Stopped in on my way home from dinner at about 9 pm last night and had had the most pleasant experience. The place was quiet and clean. The three young ladies who were working and helped me were very kind and patient. I tried out a few samples before deciding on the dutch milk chocolate (delicious). I wish I knew the workers names because they deserve a personal shoutout, but they were very sweet at the registered and offered me a free pup cup for my dog. The pricing of ice cream is kind of crazy. A single scoop is $5.25 and a double is $6, but a double with two flavors is $7. I ended up upgrading to a double with two flavors and added the strawberry which was only okay. A pint is $7..... In the future I'll probably just get a pint because I did not need to eat all of that in one sitting, but of course it felt like a deal. Consumer marketing is something else. Hadn't had Graeters in a few years, but the great customer service would definitely bring me back sooner.
First time visiting this place for ice cream after spotting it on Yelp. Nice open seating area with traditional tables and some window counter spots. Outside seating as well. Friendly and quick service. Many flavors and sundae options. We enjoyed some basic cones and a sundae. Very good ice cream. The peanut butter ice cream comes with chunks of chocolate. Comfortable place to enjoy some family time and good ice cream.

Fun flavor selections here! Ice cream portions are large. Enjoyed a blended coffee drink. Great balance of coffee to ice cream. The amount of whipped cream was good too. Not too much or too little of it. The blended coffee drink was smooth too. Just the right thickness.
2nd Ohio ice cream experience! Wonderful selection and the scoopers were extremely kind, giving me generous portions with large chocolate chunks, because it was my first time there. Lots of seating both inside and out. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Who doesn't love ice cream! SO happy that Graeter's is now in the Cleveland community. It's located in an up and coming Pinecrest shopping area, right down the road from the Eton area. I don't usually indulge in a lot of desserts, but ice cream is a true exception. I even got the dark chocolate dipped waffle cone versus a cup. I had to go with the seasonal flavors - pumpkin pie (delicious) and the blueberry pie (NEED). What was even "graeter" (hah, get it????) was that some of the proceeds from the blueberry pie ice cream benefit The Cure Starts Now Foundation. I didn't realize there was a rewards system with Graeter's, so if you find yourself frequenting here often, join that! You get treated with a free sundae for your birthday. We were celebrating a friend's birthday, and he did not know about the free sundae until he went to pay for the cone he just got so he ended up with double the ice cream (oops). Graeter's Ice Cream prides itself for making small batches of ice cream using quality ingredients using the French Pot process - some TLC that you can taste! Want to really up your sweet tooth game? Stop by the B.A. Sweeties a few doors down for some treats for the ride home.
Very chic location at Pinecrest. The flavors are great, very rich but definitely using fresh ingredients and not skimming. The chocolate chips are excellent and plentiful. The service was very nice and quick, although it was relatively empty when I went because it was around 4pm on a weekday. I got the s'mores which were good except for the marshmallows which weren't necessarily bad but didn't go with ice cream so much. The flavor of the graham cracker and chocolate chips definitely came through. I ordered a single scoop in a cup and the server gave me a few scoops in the cup :) very sweet! My friend got the vanilla milkshake which was delicious and perfect if you're driving, too! The blackberry flavor was also very good.
Decided to stroll on over to Graeter's at Pinecrest on a Friday night to check out the newly developed shopping center. There are parking lots and garages all over, so no matter where you park, it is within walking distance to Graeter's. It was a beautiful Friday night and my best friend and I ordered ice cream to go and sat on the steps outside. We enjoyed the weather, the atmosphere, and the ice cream of course! I ordered the Just Peachy ice cream in a cup and it was the perfect summer flavor! With chunks of fresh peach in every couple of bites, it was very refreshing. Have your 60 year old mother ever been curse out and called a bitch because she changed her mind when trying to decide between ice cream flavors? Located in such An upscale area the customer service from Shantel/Shante was insane! My mother was trying to choose a flavor Shantell rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and said I don't have time for this. My mother said Then apologized as if she did something wrong and Shantell threw the cone on the counter cursing...so bad that the manager had to tell her to go in the back. She continued cursing "I'll beat all y'all asses". As she pulls her mask down to curse us out "more clearly" I will Never shop there again I'll tell everyone I know not to shop there and I'll also be reaching out to Pinecrest to see what's going to be done about Shantell
I absolutely love Graeter's ice cream especially with how they are handling the pandemic! Masks are required and only 14 people can be in the restaurant at a time. They also provide hand sanitizer. You are allowed to dine in and they even have markers on tables to let you know if the table has been cleaned after other customers have left. Their ice cream is super creamy. They have a variety of flavors mixed with chocolate chips that sure add to satisfying that sweet tooth. Not into ice cream? They have a few sorbets to choose from (lemon, mango and raspberry). My favorite from those would hands down be raspberry. I don't really have a regular ice cream order as I like to try their seasonal flavors a lot. However, I'm a sucker for mint and toffee chip flavors!
If there's one way to get a good fix on ice cream, Graeter's is the way to go. Opening up this shop in Pinecrest Mall was one of the greatest decisions they could've ever made (at least for me)! I know and understand Mitchell's is supposed to be the best Cleveland ice cream has to offer, but there's definitely a new sheriff in town. The flavor, texture, mouthfeel, sweetness, amount of overrun, and even the temperature (I get it, ice cream should be cold... but if you get it, you get it) just hits every part of the craving in your body, including the ones you never knew you had. I usually steer away from anything with chocolate chips in it because they just build up in your teeth, clump up, and next thing you know, you have an unpleasant giant ball of bitter, grainy chocolate to work your way through. NOT ANYMORE! Graeter's solved that problem with EASE. You take one bite of that banana chocolate chip ice cream, and not only does that chocolate melt in your mouth WHILE your ice cream so delicately coats every taste bud of your mouth, it caresses the very fabric of your soul as you realize... "THIS....... THIS is what I have wanted all of my life..." I am now a proud member of the Graeter's rewards program.

When I arrived, there was no one on line and four employees were talking to each other. One of them looked at us and greeted us with a smile. She offered assistance and a second employee told us about all the flavors listed on the other menu board. I was offered samples to help me narrow down. I chose a sundae and tried one scoop of cookies and cream and one scoop of Buckeye complete with whipped cream and a cherry. The store was clean and brightly lit. The staff was very knowledgeable and nicely answered our questions. read more
Ummmmm...YES,YES,YES! This place is amazing! I love ice cream more than anything and I stumbled across Graeter's while in town for work. Best decision I made on the whole trip was to stop here. Staff was awesome, friendly, fast, and smiling. Excellent customer service! Location is big with lots of seating. BUT, the star of the show is the ice cream. Thick, rich, and creamy. Quite literally some of the best ice cream I've ever had. If you've read my reviews, you know I've eaten a LOT of ice cream so that's a strong statement about the quality and flavor packed into Graeter's. HIGHLY recommend! read more

Oh my. Simply sinful. Spectacular flavor choices and packaged to-go in pints. You can even purchase a cooler to protect your purchase. Friendly service and plenty of room to sit down and enjoy your dessert. Be sure to read the plaque on the wall about the history: started in 1870 and still family owned FIFTH generation. read more
First time here and won't be the last! I am always impressed with a genuine greeting. We received two smiling hellos as soon as we entered. There are some seasonal flavors advertised, so I started with some samples. I settled on the buckeye blast and we shared 2 scoops. Delicious! The two guys helping us were able to make some suggestions and rang us out quickly. There is plenty of seating and it was clean and comfy to enjoy our ice cream. Glad I stopped! read more
I have been there several times since they opened. The ice cream is fantastic. I have tried about 4 different flavors and all have been great: mint chocolate chip, key lime, butter pecan, chocolate coconut almond and peach. If you don't mix them, a single scoop will probably work for you. Costs are in line with other ice cream shops. I do recommend. read more

So excited to get Graeters ice cream! We decided an evening at Pinecrest. Dinner and then dessert stop here. Not surprising the line put the door. Line moves quick and you can try icecream before making selection. They have a list of limited edition icecream and you cant even see to read and line moves as you keep moving and moving The front counter is friendly and helpful. About the only issue is the person running register was not ready to handle she didn't know the products and had to explain 6x what we ordered which was in my hands. Had to ask for spoons. I will go back and maybe will be different when they have been open longer I will say soo many icecream choices read more
My wife and I got the the smores ice cream in waffle cone and enjoyed it outside Graeter's in Pinecrest (a decent up and coming outdoor mall in Beachwood). Service at this ice cream shop was kind of strange because all 3 employees seemed really annoyed and rude for some reason. However, the ice cream and ambience just outside the shop (in the shopping center at night) made for a good cap to date night. The smores ice cream was good; you can taste the graham cracker flavor of the ice cream and there is chunks of chocolate and marshmallows to complete the flavor. Try it out :) read more
Stopped at Graeter's on a rainy Thursday night. We were warmly greeted by Alexis, who came over to help us at the cold case. She helped us find our favourite summer flavors: Watermelon Sorbet and Peach. She also gave great recommendations with S'mores! Alexis got us signed up for a Sweet Rewards Card too! With Sweet Rewards, you get a free birthday sundae on your special day. Earn one point for every dollar spent. Once you reach 100 points, you can redeem it for $5 off.
