I ordered an IPA along with a club sandwich and onion rings... which in hindsight was a bit too much food, but no complaints there. The club sandwich was excellent -- fresh, stacked high, and really satisfying. The onion rings were the surprise standout though: perfectly cooked with a great crispy coating and not greasy at all. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Overall though, great food, great service, and definitely a spot I'd come back to. read more

Nice place. Good food. Good ambience. Beers are always good. I know the owner gets a lot of heat for doing her job (low star rating) as a Mayor but in all honesty it's not an easy job to undue all the damage city council has done over the last couple of decades and the people of Pueblo tend to have their heads up their asses and be that whiny Karen type of people. I feel bad for her as she's just doing the job she was hired for. The people that complain are probably related to those who ran for Mayor and didn't get the job because of the same old reach around. Most people with a decent mindset don't mind what she is doing to clean this failing city up. Try it out. The food/drinks are good. It's the Karen's of Pueblo that suck. read more

We were a little skeptical to try this place because prior reviews really lowered the star rating but I'm new to town and this place is close so we tried it. Service was blah. Nothing welcoming but also not horrible just the bare minimum. Food was good. I got a Slopper which was great but the fries were very greasy (large puddle of oil below my Slopper) which would have been an issue if my main meal wasn't in a bowl but luckily the grease didn't impact the main meal. I may have said something if asked but our server never checked in on us. Overall the experience was decent. I may return but it will be for the convenience and not the service. read more

I wish I could give you a review of the food, but when we went in there for lunch, we never got our order. There was only about 6 other tables in the restaurant, and it took them several minutes to bring us our water (that should have been the first clue). Then several more minutes before we could place our order. Once we placed our order, we waited... and waited... and waited some more. After 30 minutes, we told our server that we were going to have to go if we didn't get our meal soon. She said it was coming up soon and gave us a free appetizer. 20 minutes later, still no food. We called our server over (who knew why) and told her we had to go. To our server's credit, she felt bad about the situation, apologize for everything, and was frustrated with the kitchen staff. She asked us to please come back and give them another chance. So I don't know how the food would've been, but hopefully better than the kitchen staff in getting out the food. Maybe next time we'll find out. read more

Sorry, Graham's Grill has lost my business!!!! We went in for my Birthday dinner and stood behind the "Please wait to be seated" sign for about 5 minute without ant acknowledgment of our exisistance by any of these ladies. Two of them stood behind the bar laughing and giggling with a customer, searching for something on the phone, then laughing about what I can only assume to be a stupid meme. When we were acknowledged it was to be asked if it was just two of us,then told to sit whereever we wanted. We sat down and waited for another 5 mins while the waitress continued to talk and giggle. Final we were brought menus, ordered our drinks - 10 more minute for 2 Dr. Peppers. We ordered, 2 burgers then took over 35 minutes. When they arrived I asked if the door to the patio could be closed because it was freezing in the restaurant. I was told it was closed, hmmm nope - it was blocked open with a piece of wood. Of course the witness had to stop and tell everyone I was irritated. I ordered the Ghost Burger - absolutely, NO hint that a ghost pepper was ever involved in preparing this burger- NO HEAT AT ALL. Older shishito peppers were used as they were chewy. And the burger was bland and dry. The onions were delicious and the only thing that added flavor to my meal. Onion RIngs were delicious! I did eat my meal because I was hungry and I don't waste food. I wish I had acted on the thought to walk out in those 1st 5 minutes of waiting for one of your staff to do their job. Horrible service!!! Waitress never smiled at us and made us feel like an inconvenience. I ordered a draft beer, and it was flat and hot. When we told her, she knew already, but didn't suggest a bottle when I ordered! Still charged me for the beer ( which is ok, not looking for freebies, but in my day of waiting tables, I would have compt one) . My 8 year old had a kiddos meal for $6 but they charged us $4 for her soda, which she barely drank. She's 8, how is she gonna drink a pint of soda? My grinder was not good and tasted like the grill it was cooked on. My husband's slopper was as warm as my first beer. So cold food and hot beer. Waitress never checked to see how food was. Graham's seems to be hit or miss, love it or hate it. The food we had was good, not amazing though. Ordered some appetizers: the shishito peppers are great! But they come with a jelly type sauce that doesn't make sense. The chips and hummus are also good! Had a bite of my mom's Philly cheesesteak and really wish I had ordered that! It was SO good!! My burger was over cooked and served on a dry bun that tasted like you were biting into a whole stick of butter. Fries were okay. Avoid the onion rings; those came out soggy on the outside and mushy on the inside. My dad's club looked really good and my husband ordered the same so-so burger that I did, so we were a table of halfway happy LOL!! Overall, this place is just fine. They don't have much of a bar, but what they do have to make drinks with is good and there are plenty of beers to choose from too! I'm currently at Graham's grill 3, sitting at the bar. It's been 20 minutes and haven't been asked what I want to drink. There is only 2 girls running the whole restaurant/bar currently. I'm just going to walk out. The ladies answering the phone are very rude and short. Being told to hurry because other people are calling. Also asked fmto talk to someone about a previous order and told they were to busy to talk to me and said they would call me back, that never happened. Their hamburgers are overcooked and tasteless, when asked to cook them a bit less was told they can only cook well done. Well done was like a brick. Their chicken wing were also dry and like chewing leather. Evidently they don't care. Seems like I am not the only person with this complaint. The owner either doesn't care, or she has no clue as to what customer service means. They all say support local businesses during this pandemic, after today's order I will not be supporting this restaurant any longer and will let everyone know how bad this restaurant is. read more

The breakfast club came here today with just three today. We all enjoyed our breakfast. A small brunch menu with mimosas. They open at 10:00 am for breakfast which is late for us but that's why they call it brunch. You can order from their lunch menu which is burgers tacos salads sandwiches. The parking is tricky, small but other spaces in the little plaza section. My Belgium waffle was very flavorful a bit hard and crunchy but I liked it. Came with a small bowl of fruit. The others had a sunshine sandwich and the other meal was breakfast tacos. I would go back for breakfast and by the way their salads and sandwiches are delicious as well read more

My wife and I went there in the mid afternoon. A time when only two other customers were there. We were starving and ordered lunch. In ten minutes, our drink order was taken. The waitress was cold, uncaring and didn't bother writing down the our order. (We didn't order drinks with alchohol and I sensed she was a little put out by that... possibly she was calculating a larger tip in her mind) After an additional ten minutes my order arrived and the waitress muttered some excuse as to why my wife's entry wasn't. My wife ordered sweet potato fries with her entry and after an additional 4 minutes had passed... I could see the cook in the kitchen grab a frozen bag of the fries and get them started. In the meantime... I waited to eat while my wife grew increasingly impatient over the fact that I had my lunch in front of me for over 8 minutes waiting for hers. The waitress continued with her distant, unconcerned attitude and the situation spiraled out of professional control. We both ended up leaving without our meals. I left a 20 on the table for my lunch that I never had and the meal she never got. It turns out the entire meal of a hamburger and a club sandwich with a coke and a glass of tea would have cost 32 dollars. For that price we could have gone to Olive Garden for lunch. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The problems they're having could and should have been rectified a long time ago. Rude, bleach blond waitressed are a dime a dozen and the establishment charges the prices you'd expect from finer dining establishments. Use to be a great place for myself and my co workers to have lunch together until the new recent wait staff ( breanna and sarah) have become increasingly rude. They make it seem that doing there jobs and waiting on customers is an inconvenience. Have heard foul language from them and even had it directed at my co workers. I am not one to ever write reviews. Especially one that calls out a specific waitress but I have never had such a rude and unprofessional waitress ever. I am usually very tolerant when it comes to customer service as I know it can be a sucky field but the blonde waitress, Breanna (the name on the receipt) made it very difficult to have any patience whatsoever. She was snobby, rude, and when I asked for my incorrect order to be corrected, she acted like I spit in her face. This happened last week.
