Well organized with proper Covid compliance. I ordered and paid online and pickup was easy. While there I asked about mask availability and the sales associate did an inventory check...he said that when masks do come in they fly out the door. Good prices and amazing selection. I can only speak to the curbside pick up during this pandemic. My husband ordered some car parts and asked me to pick it up since my husband is at work during their hours (8am-3pm). I pulled into the parking spot reserved for Curbside Pickup and was immediately greeted so nicely on a beautiful Friday afternoon by a nice gentleman. He asked for my order number and disappeared into the store while I waited in my carz Within a few minutes, another gentleman came out with the parts and just like that, I had picked up my husbands order. Even through their face masks, they were able to exude warmth and friendliness! Thanks for making this an easy and smooth process for me. I've been coming here for years. Absolutely mind boggling amount of stuff they have - but 90% of it you have to order online first for store pickup a few days later. Prices are VERY competitive too. I just got a 3 oz. jar of contact cement from them for $4 where the exact same product sells for $7 at Lowes & Home Depot. You just have to be willing to wait a few days. Also as another reviewer said, they're well prepared for COVID. You have to wait in a line in the front door area and then one of the widely spaced cashiers will call you over when available. And they had 4 cashiers working 15 minutes before closing which was nice so I didn't have to wait too long...just wish they opened later than 4 pm. read more

Slow, Slow service. Oh my God, I must've waited in line for 15 minutes behind some guy that was pouring through a book of parts at the will call window. I mean the will call window, that's the place you go to pick up the thing you ordered that you already knew you wanted. It's not the window you go to for a fishing expedition into the catalog. Me, and the guy standing behind me had ordered parts online and literally just needed to grab them and go. Next time I'll order it online, I can't deal with this kind of service. read more

This review is a little different. I ordered online. I found the parts I needed, the price was reasonable and they were in stock. I placed the order and got an email a day later stating that 2 of the 3 items ordered were out of stock. Someone needs to keep track of their quantity's.
