Cheese less pizza with folded crust. Yuk, disgusting and should be embarrassing
    Shawn D.

I absolutely love the Batavia store and when working in the area I go every time BUT the Withamsville store was beyond terrible. I even just joined Yelp to tell people to drive past this place and get a $5 Little Caesar's. The store itself is nice but the pizza is not. The food is not the same as Batavia. Completely different look and flavor. They are apparently rationing cheese I guess but this was not the same cheese anyway. The crust was newspaper thin and was rolled or folded at the edge creating a huge roll that left me with basically a medium pizza. This cost me $24 and it's worth it for great pizza not gas station pizza. Nobody would eat it especially me. I also order fried pickles. The Batavia store has fantastic pickles that are sliced chip type. But these pickles were longe wedges. How can the same chain have different food items. Sadly the extra ranch dip I ordered was forgotten from my order as well and no one wanted to eat them. I don't know about the other stores on the growing list but I promise I won't be finding out.

Pizza was ok. My son & I agreed it was definitely lacking sauce. We would have just asked for a side of marinara sauce to dip are pizza, but we didn't see our waitress again until time to pay the bill. Now I saw three other Grammas on my way back from the ball park. So it may have just been this location, because locals around here say it is very good. So I will try a different location & see if the results are the same. Picture: For the 1st time in a long time. I actually left the left over pizza & did not get a box

Always hot and delicious! Not just pizza, great calzones and hoagies as well!! Since my 5 year old got to order, picture is just cheese :) my favorite is pepperoni, onion, and banana pepper with a side salad! Servers are always super friendly!

Why yes, that is a garlic butter crust.

Anyone that hates on Gramma's is dead to me. Pizza is one of my favorite foods and growing up this is what we had. I moved downtown and we have one option, Larosa's. BOO! I hate comparing because its just not fair, but let me describe the pizza and you can make your own conclusions. This pizza has a soft garlic butter crust that glistens like the sweat off Victoria Secret Swimsuit model okay. It's just THAT GOOD!! The crust then has cheese baked on top for a little crispy texture. You can get whatever you want on it. I honestly just like pepperoni and cheese. The cheese on this pizza is super thick! I don't like a ton of sauce on my pizza, and here they focus on the perfect consistency of sauce, to crust, to toppings. Everything is balanced. And the flavor is phenomenal. I've never had pizza quite like this. Anyone who is from where I'm from and has moved away always says they have Gramma's withdraws and it's true!!! Then once you have it again it just makes you miss it even more! Side note: You will consume enough grease on this pizza to last you a week, but it's SO worth it! P.S. It's insanely cheap at only 7.49 for a large pizza Monday-Thursday. This is my favorite pizza in Cincinnati Do yourself a favor and make a trip out to Gramma's you will not be disappointed!!

We both got steak hoagies this time. Mine had lots o mushroom sauce, the cheese was melted & the onions were grilled. French fries were crispy and hot. Hubby said pizza hoagie was good too! They have Coke products.

Hmmmm. First experience with Gramma's pizza. Not impressed. Sauce is horrible, toppings are tiny chopped pieces of nothing.

I don't really have words to describe it. They only have one size pizza and, at first, I thought it was huge. However, the flavor was so amazing I kept wanting more. Hubs and I did a half and half pizza. His half was the Alms Park and my half was bacon and pineapple. I probably could have eaten a whole pizza by myself. The blend of cheeses and their sauce - so stinking good. We also got a house salad to split. Being that this was to go - they gave us the main salad in one container with their house made croutons in a separate container and their house made vinaigrette in a separate container - it keeps everything fresh and crisp! The croutons were so delicious and fresh! On top of that, the vinaigrette was amazing. We both fell in love with it. We walked in and ordered instead of placing online or calling. The service was AMAZING! We decided to wait in our car and they walked it out to us! They were amazingly friendly and wonderful. Their pizza isn't the cheapest pizza around but it was worth the money we spent. This won't be an every week visit, but definitely a new favorite. While this location is carry-out only, it was very welcoming. They also sell bottles of wine and had signs talking about them. It was a very neat little local place. I'd like to actually try their new location where we can eat in! Do yourself a favor and try this place.

We had better service here than most "normal" sit down restaurants. And the food...not one item we have tried was bad, the vast majority have been the best in their category. Best mozzarella sticks: it's obvious it's a higher quality mozz than whatever everyone else uses. Crispy perfection! Best GF/cauliflower pizza: lots of toppings to choose from (though somehow chicken isn't an option on DD) and again, from the mushrooms to the sauce, you can taste the difference. They make the sauces in house! According to my husband, best Chicken Parm he has had since moving here! You get a healthy portion. And...best cannoli in the area! Growing up in a predominantly Italian and Polish area, I have been lucky to have REALLY good Italian pastries...and their cannoli was reminiscent of those times. This has been the ONLY cannoli in the greater Cincy area that is worth consuming, IMO. All in all, we would dine in at Il Gusto constantly, if we lived closer. Glad they're on DoorDash though! If you are in the Kenwood area, and want a break from the chaos and crowds, Il Gusto is close by!

It was honestly so delicious, and oddly enough was even better reheated the next day! (Reheated great in a toaster oven) It also came out quicker than I expected. (With it being Chicago deep dish, I was prepared to wait!) We also got their appetizer sampler. The items were good, but the pizza balls definitely stood out! The dough was so fantastic and clearly homemade. It was perfectly buttery and flaky, yet firm structural. The sauce was also delicious. A must: pairing everythingggg with their house made ranch. My brother got a steak hoagie and was pretty disappointed when a small sandwich with a meat patty and a side of potato chips is what came out. It just didn't match the caliber of the pizza at all. We also got to Italian sub style hoagies, and those were both small and underwhelming as well. The dining room had a bit of a disheveled feel but I couldn't quite put my finger on what was off. The servers were attentive and kind. We parked at the Levee and walked over. Overall synopsis: I actually can't wait to get pizza here again!!!

We had 4 different servers checking on us, but never at efficient times. We wouldn't see anyone for 15 minutes and then they'd all check on us at once. There was a younger boy working that was walking around with longer hair and he kept ruffling his hair as he walked through the restaurant which was off-putting. The food was exceptional; we started with the meatballs which we devoured too fast for a picture. The supreme pizza was phenomenal and our group of four couldn't even finish the large. The food was 10/10, but definitely felt my experience was soured which is why I only gave 3 stars.

I was greeted quickly and while looking at the rotating menu board behind the counter and trying to decide. I was directed to the menu laminated on the counter. Duh! even though I was alone I got a small meat lovers pizza and sat out back. The back was like a fenced in backyard with tables and umbrellas. When the guy brought my (great tasting) pizza out he told me to turn on the fans and basically make myself at home (my words, I was the only one there). I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Laid back, relaxed and they even have a bourbon bar upstairs. How can you beat that. When I'm in town next year, I'll have to check them out again. You should too!

The gentleman who brought us our caprese salad, didn't directly say anything to us, but instead spoke only to the bartender (as he placed the salad in front of us) and told him not to place any more orders for caprese. He seemed inconvenienced by our order and more interested in his smoke break. We were surprised at the presentation and at the lack of flavor but assumed that the pizza would be amazing! based on what we had read and heard - but were incredibly disappointed. The pizza was flavorless and Incredibly greasy. Our impression is that this must be a great location for college students or those who have enjoyed their drinking experience and need some grease to sober them up and don't mind what they are eating. We were very let down in our experience and the lack of professionalism from the employee who seemed to think that since he was in the speakeasy, he didn't need to be professional.
