The older woman at the counter didn't seem very friendly, I dismissed it as her personality but when a white woman walked in, the stone faced woman cheered right up and made friendly conversation with her. Anyways, luckily there was another worker, a younger girl, helped me with my food order. The hot food was surprisingly good. The girl cashier's friendliness towards me is the only reason this has two stars instead of --10.

When I walked into this one in Hillsboro, I was a bit put off right away. In this restaurant, there are 2 kiosks right when you walk in. Call me old school, but I prefer to order from a person. There was an employee nearby, but she was more roaming than taking orders. I went ahead and placed my order using the kiosk, getting just a burger and a water, and found the end of the transaction odd: it asked for my phone number to text me when the order was done, but it also asked me to take a seat number and to type that into the kiosk. Which one is it? I sat down and noticed that same employee delivering food and happily greeting customers. I soon got a text that my order was done, but before I could get up to get it, that employee delivered it to my table with a smile. The burger itself was great! Hot, fresh, and was yummy. The sole employee up front was also very friendly. I wish I had known she was delivering food when I made my purchase...I opted not to tip because it didn't appear that there was a reason to tip (kiosk ordering, getting a text). In the end, I had a great burger but left feeling bad because I wish I would have tipped the amazing employee. Good food, weird customer experience.

So tonight was my turn to use Uber Eats for this little treat. I ordered a Double Shack Burger and then added a discount combo of Coke Zero and fries. It was dropped off, i grabbed it and jumped right in while it was still piping hot. The burger patties and a thick layer of cheddar cheese pertruded from the buns inviting me to take a bite. I did, and it was a little bit of perfectly cooked beefy-cheesy heaven. It took a few bites to get to the bun then the beefy-cheesy was joined by fresh crisp lettuce, a sliced of fresh tomato and the sauce they call "Shack Sauce." The entire thing highlighted how moist, tender and flavorful the beef patties were! The crinkle fries were light brown and crisped to perfection; a perfect companion for the ketchup I had ready at home. Just a really great, simple meal. Even the Coke Zero tasted the way it does out of a freshly opened plastic bottle. No small thing as so many places let the ratio of carbonation, syrup and water get screwed up. Not here at this particular Shake Shack! Small complaint though, no napkons, utensils or condiments but I might have missed the selection of those things in the Uber Eats app. But....as I peer onto the culinary crystal ball for 2026 I see many more orders from Shake Shack @ Reed's Crossing coming from me and my family!

We walked in and waited in line. There were maybe 6 people in front of us, so we had to wait about 20 minutes from entry to exit. But that gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to eat and enjoy casual conversation with other customers and the staff. The staff were super kind, friendly and efficient. And most of all the sandwiches were good. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were plenty and the service was truly excellent. We'll definitely be back!

I got there first, walked up to the bar to order a drink as my friends haven't arrived yet. Waited. Waited. Waited. A younger brunette walked over with a clear frown on her face and curtly told me she'd be with me in a minute. Fine no problem. Waited. Waited. Waited. My husband comes in we then sit down at a table. We wait some more. Bartenders have not come out from behind the bar still. 30 minutes later my friend arrived, we went back up to the bar to order a drink. The younger brunette proceeded to fill the water container with ice right in front of us rather than taking our order. When we ask if we can order a drink the older bartender snaps at us and tells us if we want better service we can go somewhere else and that they are too busy. Mind you there's maybe 20 other people in this bar at the time. Once we are finally able to order a drink, 45 minutes later, we drink our drinks, I close out and go home. Come to find out our friends got charged for the drinks we already paid for! We have been loyal customers for a long time, we're respectful, we're not rowdy and we always tip well. In return for years of business we get treated disrespectfully and overcharged. Unfortunately I just don't want to go back here anymore after the way I've been treated not only Saturday night but the many times the old bartender sherry has been rude in the past. And I've have advised my neighbors to steer clear for these same reasons.
