Received a beautiful fruit basket from Grana from my sister-in-law for Christmas. Fruit was fresh and delicious! Very nice.

I live not even a mile down the road from this business, have been going there for the last 8 years spending a great amount of money and starting today they have lost my business. I bought $160.00 dollars worth of plants on 5/31, 1 out of the 6 Zinnia's I purchased immediately died within 2 days due to a broken stem that wasn't noticeable at purchase. Called them on 6/2, dealt with Amanda who was honestly the sweetest, kindest person I've ever dealt with besides the gentleman that owns the place and she saw the plant and even agreed with me that it was dead and let me exchange it. I planted the second one the same way as the 5 that are thriving and here we are 10 days later and my plant id app is saying it's sick meaning diseased. So thinking I would just exchange it again so they could see it.... Well this time when I called I got an older lady who literally refused to give me her name and stated "I do not need to give you my name" after I asked for her name at the end of the call because one she never introduced herself like I did and the tone of her voice and the way she talked to me was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. This older woman told me "we don't do refunds so we're not going to give you another free plant, you are lucky you even got one free plant, for all we know it could have snapped at the base from the wind or you planted it wrong and all of our Zinnias are all healthy and doing great so obviously you did something wrong and killed the plant..." but even though there planted in window boxes and the rest are all thriving. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place and unfortunately with them I will never step foot again in that place. If the older gentleman saw me in person along with my significant other, he'd know exactly who we were. Also, if there are supposed signs in your place of business saying no refunds even though I'm not asking for a refund then maybe you should inform your employees regarding it. That older woman who answered my call should never be allowed to answer any calls nor work in a place of business that encounters customers. Absolutely unacceptable

This summer me and one of my cousins and our husbands came back to relive our memories, and the place was just how I remembered. Very friendly staff and service. There is a phone number on their website to call which gives up to date directions in terms of what is available and when and where which is super convenient. At the farm they have quart and pint containers, bags and trays for you to use as you go out and pick. Their fields are nice and easy to find. The fruit is fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. The trouble is the timing, anyone who has picked before knows there is a small window. Strawberries usually come near the end of June and then cherries, blueberries and raspberries quickly follow. Blink and you might miss it, as soon as the end of the school year approaches, use the phone number so that you don't! Coulters seems to have fair pricing for their fruit. Berries all are purchased by pint or quart, whereas cherries are purchased by pound. While they are delicious and worth every penny, be aware the cherries will add up quickly, they weigh more than you think! If you're looking for a fun day, rewarding when you bring home the spoils, check out Coulter farms. Remember to catch them at the end of June, and bring some sunscreen and water, it gets hot out there!

It's always been associated with fresh farm food. The staff here are always warm and welcoming -- but more importantly, they offer genuine help, which reflects the farming life mentality. I go here for all my annuals, and all my herbs that I grow. I used to buy veggie plants, too, but now I just focus on flowers and herbs. Their selection is wonderful, and they are always fully-stocked. They have tons of plants, and several different vendors. Good news is, the prices are basically the same so there's no need to shop around- but some vendors focus more on one thing than others. There's the herb and vegetable plant seller, and the one that focuses more on flowers. Then the one in the back sells everything- but they each have their own unique items. I try to purchase form everyone to spread the wealth. There is a vendor who has a "farmers market" but it's not a real farmers market. They are selling food that you get at supermarkets- produce form California, Mexico, et. They are NOT selling local farm stand items, so if you want a farmers market experience where you support your local farmers- DO NOT buy form this one. This is my really big negative gripe about this place. The parking lot is also atrocious!! there are more potholes, crumbling asphalt, and dips than there is smooth pavement! I have to drive 5mps through the whole place! They could use a new parking lot - it's really bad. There's also a flea market of sorts in the far back that is there sometimes, not other items- I went to look once, but it seemed like a lot of junk, and nothing I was interested in. I will say this place is an odd mix of things, but the flower vendors for my garden are irreplaceable, an I will always com here to stock my garden every year!

They said 6 croissants and no tax but one of the girls told us we can mix and match with the croffles but when we went to pay they said we couldn't. When we went to pay they were struggling so hard with the point system. I do however appreciate them trying to figure out how it worked. So eventually they said I can only collect points and not redeem which was fine. I went back a second time cause I was thirsty and ordered one of their drinks that they said was available but then the girl looked at the other girl and then looked back at me and said it's not available soooo. Because this location is located in the food court at Fallsview Casino, they also take Momentum Dollars.
