    I am reporting on behalf of my mother, Ramona M. Ramona decided to not repair her car with Enrique, the owner, at Grand Auto Collision Inc. because she felt he was overcharging for the repair. Enrique wanted her to tell the insurance company to issue the check to his business. She asked him how much was the repair and he responded "whatever your insurance is paying you". She told him that he needs to give her a total cost of the repair or will take the car elsewhere, so she asked him to release the car. She had to pay Grand Auto Collision Inc. a total of $2661.98 to have the car released. Enrique called her insurance representative from Liberty Mutual and reported the car as total loss. The insurance company told her that if she choose to keep the car, it would need to pass inspection to obtain a "Salvage Title". Ramona was told by her new Auto Collision Repairman that the damage to her car were not even near to "Total Damage" and the new total repair was $1,200. She ended up spending almost the entire check that the insurance company issued, but at least Enrique didn't take her for a fool. However, She is now stuck with a worthless car. She was planning to upgrade to a newer car by trading it at the dealer, but was told that dealers do not take cars with Salvage Titles.

We tend to be really particular and did a lot of research before choosing where to go. Kevin stood out right away. He clearly takes pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. He's super knowledgeable, skilled, and patient -- took the time to walk us through the entire process and answered all our (many!) questions with ease. What we really appreciated was how relaxed and friendly the experience was. Kevin is easy to talk to, responsive, and just a genuinely kind person. We actually stuck around during both visits and ended up chatting about all sorts of things. Even though he runs everything solo, he manages it all gracefully without ever making us feel rushed. While we were there, we also saw him working on some high-end cars -- one of them was in for a second ceramic job, which speaks volumes about the level of trust his clients have in him. Bottom line: Kevin does outstanding work, and we're so glad we found him. We'll definitely be back with our next car!
