He was so nice and let me try a salt bagel which he uses Maldon salt. I used to never like salt bagels because they taste like what I imagine a salt lick tastes like but this salt bagel has converted me. It is the perfect amount of salt. This feels like a secret place where only those who know, know. It's so good. I can't believe it took me so long to come here. They also have amazing blueberry cream cheese.
