This was not a family friendly program. There was talent there but also juvenile, not funny jokes that were inappropriate. Show was good but I didn't appreciate emcee's nasty joke about Nancy Pelosi. Ignorance and politics don't belong in a variety show.

We went to go see the Comedy Jamboree. It was really entertaining, and funny all at the sometimes. I would recommend anyone with a sense of humor to go see this show. Also, there are shops and places to eat right in the same parking lot. read more

This is another show held at the Grand Country Music Hall in Branson. It's a pretty good show with lots of variety and great for the kids. It isn't my favorite in Branson, but it is certainly high quality entertainment. The Music Hall is a nice venue and is convenient to trinket shopping, a buffet, and some amusements such as miniature golf close by. I enjoyed the singing, but it isn't a five star because of the lag in some of the comedy routines. Great for kids, not so much for adults. Nevertheless, it is still with the price of admission. read more

Entertaining. Some sound issues for a couple performers. Lots of "inside" jokes for season pass holders. They played a lot to the season pass holders but then again we went offseason. Good for older crowd. IMO the music was geared for older population. read more

Husband and I just spent 3 days in Branson....our first time. We went to several shows but liked the Grand Country Comedy Jamboree the best. The comedian was hilarious and the singers were top notch.....costumes, choreography and musicians were all awesome. The musicians were all excellent but our favorite was the piano player. Have never seen anyone's fingers go across a keyboard so fast. The show had something for everyone in music genre and was performed professionally. Cant go wrong....excellent choice. read more

We all had a blast! When our 7 and 11 year old loved it. The guys are so funny and I love that it's appropriate for kids as well. My daughter got to tell a joke on stage and it made her day! The singers seemed so fake with outdated choreography and underwhelming song choices. The ladies' skits were not funny. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go anywhere else but this show. Wasted money and time. Very disappointed. I wouldn't use the word "comedy" to describe this show at all. This was a singing show with a few chuckles between songs. I didn't even recognize the music and started falling asleep. Everyone on my row left at intermission. Some even requested refunds due to misrepresentation of the event. This is actually an old fashioned variety show. Some skits, some music, a little audience participation. They videotape the show and sell DVDs for the attendees to make a little money. If you don't want to be videotaped, don't attend. This is one of the few comedy shows I have attended where I went in happy and left depressed. Between the ill fitting wigs, the mean-ness of some of the jokes, the dated choreography, we were both ready to leave at intermission. At some point, I felt like I had entered a time warp and was watching a revue in a casino during the 1960s. I hadn't realized how mean and awful some of the humor was during that time period. One of the skits was a take-off of the old dating game show. A woman from the audience read questions off the cards while the comedians riffed their answers. At the end, they put a blind fold on the woman and told her she was going to be kissed by the contestants/comedians. She obviously was not interested in being kissed. They had brought up her husband on stage (which she did not know since she was blindfolded) to kiss her. This isn't funny. This is abusive. There was a skit where they made fun of the Amish. Another skit where they poked fun of incontinence in the elderly. In some cases, I wasn't sure if the band was actually playing their instruments or playing air guitar to taped music. They do a kiss cam where they pan the audience and prompt couples to kiss each other. I have seen high school and middle school productions which were more professional and more entertaining. #sad read more
