We were visiting the town and wanted to have a lunch. I previously tried the other Chinese buffet in the town and this time wanted to try this restaurant. This is the first Chinese buffet that had not a single Chinese person. The food choices were very limited compared to the prices for the food. No sushi at all. Fried rice was half cooked and it had nothing in it other than rice. Most of the food was prepared with thick corn starch. Deserts mostly canned fruits. The restaurant has two large buffets and one ice cream freezer. There is soup, a variety of chicken and beef dishes and all the patrons seemed very pleased by the large selection. Cons The drive thru people my first two visits were horrible. You drove up and he would like bark "order!" So that was great experience, said no one. Been to a million Chinese buffets, and I must say that this is easily in the top third of them. The chicken chunks used in all the dishes are quite big and juicy (a few were a little dry). Not a gigantic selection, but the things they do, they do well. Place is relatively small, so tables are a little crammed. I talked to a waitress turns out she lived in mexico city. I didn't expect to meet such great souls who worked here. I loved the food ate here four times while in my stay. I went through their drive thru (which seemed kinda different to me) and ordered a general Tso chicken combo-which came with rice, a drink, crab rangoon AND an egg roll-and chicken lo mein. Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had...anywhere! Everything was hot and fresh. Sometimes on Chinese buffets you get a lot of things that all taste the same...not here. Everything has it's own flavor. Large buffet with lots of choices. One of my favorites was the teriyaki mushrooms...mmm, I want more just thinking about them I can picture them. Friendly staff.
