This review is for an RV pull thru site. Nice patch of grass for relaxing outside your RV. Clean and big shower rooms. Lots of free amenities: mini golf, game room, playground, swimming pool. Easy location off the highway. Close to town. Staff were very friendly. read more

We stayed in a rental unit (essentially a parked RV) at this KOA and it was perfect. The unit was really clean and well taken care of, plus there was a great little outdoor sitting area and fire pit. The staff was helpful and for the price I don't think you can find anything nicer! We would definitely stay again. read more

Just a real nice park. Well laid out with nice pool, dog runs. Even had a fencer on both sides of my RV pad. Even with the highway close it was quiet. Professionally run and reasonably priced. Will stay again if I come through Grand Junction. read more

We spent four nights at this RV park over Thanksgiving 2015. We generally trust KOA, we know what to expect! This location did not disappoint! We were put in one of their "deluxe" sites .. Patio, private grassy area, patio table and chairs, full-size BBQ grill. Not that I expect to be back to Grand Junction, but we would stay here again. Clean, well-maintained. This campground is nice enough, very nice facility, but no campground without usable wifi gets more than one star from me. The technology is here, there is nothing to stop any campground from investing in doing wifi properly. For some users, such as myself, wifi is the single most important feature in any campground or hotel. Other than that, our 4 days here were very enjoyable. read more

Nice pool. Clean bathrooms and showers. Very nice playground, mini golf course. They show a kids movie every night at an outdoor theater. Good shade trees throughout the park. Right off the freeway, so it was a bit noisy, but the park is nice and being close to the freeway made it a good, easy overnight stop. We stayed here in a motorhome. read more

Nice campground, very clean bathrooms,lot's of shade trees, a pool, overall very clean and inviting. The problem here is the WiFi. Hey guys, how about moving into the 21st century and stop monitoring bandwidth use and start providing enough for everyone to use if necessary. I wanted to unwind after a long day of hiking in 98 degrees with some Netflix, SORRY, not enough bandwidth for me to stream Netflix. The proximity to the road is a problem too. Might as well be in the road for all the traffic noise. read more

We've stayed here 3 years in a row. My husband rides the Grand Junction mountain bike race and we travel here in our motor home. It's easy to get reservations and we've been able to reserve the spot we like. The employees have been the same as long as we've been coming here and are very friendly and accommodating. Nice spots and clean facilities. The pool is closed but we've never used it anyway. It would be nice to have a Jacuzzi. This RV park is far enough away from the town where it's not noisy but there is a grocery store very close by. My only complaint is the wifi. I don't remember it being that bad the previous 2 years but this time it's very slow. It's strange how the water and cable hook ups are in the next site over, so as we sit outside our MH, the neighbors water hose is in our spot. Oh well, as long as it's not the sewer! We will continue to stay here as long as we keep coming to grand junction. read more

Clean, organized but dusty. Given the climate I'm sure it's a struggle to even get one blade of grass to grow but as KOA's go it's average given what they've got to work with. The water pressure was non-existent and wouldn't even engage the in-line water heater then again who needed to heat the water when the outside real-feel temperature was pushing 100 in the sun. I'm also a picky when it comes to giving a rating in that most people automatically start and 5 Stars and work down. I start at 3 and go from there. read more

This place is just amazing, each site is large and private, green grass, fire pits, level sites, the park is clean and quiet. The cabins have patios with chairs and fire pits, which is nice. Tent areas are 1/2 fenced for privacy and most have shade area over tables. Washer/dryer room has 10 of each washers and dryers, and large clean space. There are 2 fenced dog areas. Close to historic downtown. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the Wi-Fi us not good, they need to put more signal poles around. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone read more

For being a KOA I expected the owner to be a little more respectful it felt as though he was better that I and it mattered little to him what my needs were. The young lady in the office was nice but I will explore different prospects in the future. read more

We usually stay at a different RV park in Clifton, but took a chance on the KOA in Orchard Mesa and are we glad we did. Great spaces with paver patios, grass and LOTS of room between RVs. The owners are really nice. Shopping nearby, close to downtown GJ and the mall. Easy access to the Monument, Powderhorn ans picturesque Palisade. We can't wait to come back in the spring/summer. read more
