One car was done in less than 45 minutes, and the other a similar timeline. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Also made an appt via yelp and the people on-site were confused and annoyed. "On-site" is relative as it's a tent at a gas station. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for services. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. Mario is very professional while being super friendly and informative. He is responsive, on time and thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of detailing. I am an engineer and very picky and detail oriented. Mario exceeds all my expectations and provides amazing results. I had never experienced ceramic coatings before, but on his recommendation, I had him apply it to my new 2024 Subaru Outback a couple years ago. Wow, it was worth the extra work as it makes the car stay so much cleaner for longer periods between washes and is super easy to clean once it's dirty. Two years later it still looks like it's just been detailed after a simple wash. I trust Mario implicitly and highly recommend him for any detailing work you need. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to mention to Brendan that Gatorade had caused some stains on my passenger seat. I noticed the lightened spots the next day and contacted Kathy.
