I rarely post reviews but I have to give credit where it's due. With detailing, the adage you often hear is "quality, convenience, price--pick 2." Mario is the rare exception to the rule, proving that you can in fact have all 3 if you know where to look. Mario came out on a Sunday (when he typically takes the day off) and proceeded to perform flawless work on my 14 year old sedan, which had a ton of swirl marks, contaminated paint and oxidized plastic trim, and my sister's 3 year old metallic black SUV, which had never been detailed or paint corrected. Both cars were in showroom condition when he drove off, with my entire family (who was over for my sister's bday) standing in the driveway discussing how phenomenal of a job he'd done. His work stands in stark contrast to another detailer I was recently referred to who charged DOUBLE what Mario does and turned out an underwhelming product (dirty windows and door jambs; car polished but very few swirls actually removed). I told Mario he should increase his prices considering the quality of his work and current "market" prices, but he noted that his low overhead (no shop rent, he does the work himself) allowed him to pass the savings on to his clientele. When was the last time you heard a business owner take that stance?! While anybody with a bucket and sponges can call themselves a detailer, Mario is a true artisan who has perfected his craft over nearly 20 years in business. His work product is exceptional, his demeanor is awesome and his pricing is reasonable. As a result, he'll be the only person that touches my cars and motorcycles from here on out. Mario came out to my house yesterday and spent 6 hours bringing my 2010 Nissan Xterra back to BRAND NEW condition! I have used and abused this car since I bought it new in 2010 and it has been a workhors for my wife and I, our 2 dogs and baby. I was shopping around for some quotes on getting a hand-wax and stubbled across them through Yelp. Reached out and got a response quickly from Mario. I asked how much a wash and wax was and got quoted $120. Thought it was a decent price so decided to go with them. Set an appointment up for 8:30am the next morning. Got a text from William at 8:37am letting me know he would arrive in 15 minutes. He showed up at 8:53am, I gave him the keys and William said he would be about an hour. Thought that was fast, but went with it. Finally got the txt that he was done so I came out to inspect the vehicle and noticed it had just been washed. Not at all what I was expecting. William did a decent job, but for $140 dollars, I expected more than a basic wash and wipe down inside. Very...very... basic job for what was done. William tried to explain what their service prices were by showing me their website and tried his best to make things better by knocking $20 off... No one ever walked me through their prices prior to committing to their services. I asked how much more he would charge me for a what I wanted and said he would have to redo everything and it would be an additional $200. I paid William for what he did and he said he would see about getting me a refund or partial refund. I later reached out to see if they would make things right, but they tried lying saying that their service was explained to me prior to washing (I have video footage of me walking out and just handing him the keys.) and after writing this review, I was then texted back in a threatening manner, saying that I lied and they will try to work with Yelp to get this review removed. Please see attached photos for proof. Overall, for the price, it was a complete rip off. Very poor job. Water stains left on roof, inside was not cleaned properly at all. read more

I chose Super Mario Mobile Detail because they gave me the lowest quote on yelp AND they had 5 stars with 74 reviews to date. Mario showed up exactly on time and we did a walk around my truck pointing out the troublesome spots. Mind you, I got this truck from my dad who added chrome trim just about anywhere including the fender flares, tailgate latch, and all 4 door handles. My intentions for this truck was to bring back the stock look as much as possible but it left a lot of double-sided tape residue and the paint was dull under those areas.
