This place advertises falsely on their website. They advertise that their premier films have sweeping views of the vineyards and when we arrive our room has a sweeping view of the parking lot. When we ask, we're told that they don't have any vineyard view rooms available and that the room we're in is one of the nicer views. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you are wanting a good view from your room in Napa...DO NOT book this room. I know this place via resortpass. paid $130 for 2 people. Booked Sunday passes to swimming pool. Street parking was easy. "the living room" or their lobby was easy checking us in but she didn't explain how this whole thing works... she gave us wifi password and boom! we walked though the pool. pool was good size. even in hot day water still so cold. they have few options of beers, wine and soft drink at the pop-up-dome service. and if you fancy some cocktail there is another story we can get into.... I walked out from swimming pool try to find cocktails and I saw Food/wine/brewery all connect together like a strip-mall. and I kinda just walk in and out of those shops. it is look cool but it wasn't convenient. If you just want a glass of wine not a whole bottle and they have mini grocery concept shop that they will sell you well drinks and very pricey and limited menu. I just wish there is restaurant/bar that can serves us food and drink because we are not hotel guest and being on the pool lounge and no easy way to get food or decent cocktails make this place is a NO NO for me. read more

Not sure why Yelp says it's closed, this place is open! I stayed here on a weekend with some friends. Overall, the place is well decorated/clean and everyone was nice, especially Maraiah at the front desk- super sweet and answered all my questions! Plenty to do here if you don't feel like leaving the resort. Parking was easy- street or in the lot. One of the supervisors, Adeline, gave us some tips on what to do around Napa and made sure our stay was comfortable. Our room had a balcony and was quite spacious for having 2 queen beds. We had a cabana by the pool and even though there were a good amount of people hanging out, it still felt like we had our own private space. Yanny made some good drinks their cocktails were legit! I received a massage and facial at the spa. All was going well until the woman started doing blackhead extractions. She pressed down so hard on my nose with the tool that she CUT INTO my skin. This woman left me with a PERMANENT SCAR. I can't even cover it up with makeup because she pressed so hard that it made a crater. My nose was perfect before I visited this spa. Look at what she did to me. The worst of it all is that I can't even remember her name. After 4 months I still have this hole in my nose. Great resort, but no hot water in the shower for the first room we were in for 2 days. So they changed our room to another floor. The water in the second room was fine for a day and then next day there was no cold water, only scorching hot water. We needed to find a place to stay for 2 nights while our place was being fumigated for termites , and since Napa is an hour away we thought this this would be a great place. And it was ! I thought I had booked for the Meritage, but turned out we were in Vista Collina which is right across the street. The room was very clean , modern and large with a balcony on the first floor. We have a small 6 pound dog and often some hotels put you in "dog friendly rooms" and the rooms have a dog odor. This room had zero odor and was amazingly clean! I loved the room! I doubt there was ever another dog in there. The bed was so comfy and so quiet inside the room, even in the first floor. The rates are good for the room, the ground are very nice, and the staff everywhere were very friendly. Now for the negatives: 1) I had no idea there was no housekeeping "due to Covid". I found out after we returned at 1 pm ready to head to the pool and then would want to take a shower after returning. I called the front desk and they said they would bring more towels to the room. After 3 hours of waiting, called again. Eventually they brought them. They did offer to drop of sheets and we could change the bed ourselves. I literally LAUGHED OUT LOUD" . We ran out of shampoo, body lotion and coffee for the coffee maker and since there was no housekeeping it was not replenished. 2) there is a 50. Pet fee for the stay which includes a "pet package". We never received the pet package and when I called to request it, they brought it .... Eventually. Basically, if you need anything, go to the front desk yourself. Don't wait for them to bring you anything unless you don't need it ... for hours. And you may have to call twice . 3) we went to the pool at the Vista Collina and it was packed with 12 children from the ages of 4 months to 13 years or so. ( just guessing). The ones that were approximately ages 5-9 were unsupervised and running around jumping and splashing. We could not go in the pool much since they basically brought all their floats, blow up rafts, pool rings, noodles, you name it, they brought it. I am wondering if they opened the pool to the city of Napa?? It basically looked like a water park. I didn't realize until later there is an adult pool at the Meritage where will will stay next time just for that reason. They should not allow outside rafts for sure. It was filled with too many "toys" to enjoy the pool. 4) upon checkout , they were very kind to allow us to check out late .. at noon instead of 11, and when I mentioned that I was unaware of no housekeeping, the response was " it was in your "WELCOME PACKET". Well.... There was no welcome packet. The woman was extremely apologetic about no welcome package, and that we did not know there was no house keeping because of Covid unless you stay for 4 days. Personally, I would not stay there until daily housekeeping resumes and I would use the adult pool unless you enjoy being bombarded by rafts and jumping kids that have no adult supervision. read more

My husband and I stayed here for three nights with a group of 10 other couples. Our room was as expected and in working order. Our room was never cleaned or restocked on the day before check out. I called the front desk around 5 pm to inquire, I was told they would call housekeeping. When we returned close to midnight, the room was never made or restocked, we only found clean towels. So for the most part our stay was fine. There were others in our group that experienced issues with the valets "misplacing" or delivering items to other people's rooms and one item was never recovered. We were sure not to leave any valuables in our room at any time. We also had a person that needed first aid and while the staff responded with a first aid kit, they had no clue what to do. Luckily we had a volunteer firefighter and RN in our group. read more

The resort is lovely and new. Check in was a breeze, self parking was easy and convenient. The grocery store was great and carried all the essential snacks, breakfast items, coffees that one would need. The wide open lawn area was very kid friendly. But for me, things pretty much went downhill from there. Unfortunately the room that we got was not comfortable. The HVAC unit was extremely loud. I turned off the unit at night because the temperature was good for me but the HVAC units from other rooms would go off continuously to the point where it would wake me up. I am a light sleeper but my husband is not a light sleeper and the sounds even bothered him. We ended up turning on the a/c just to drown out the noises. Also when people walked by outside we could hear them way too well. Seems like poor insulation which is surprising for a brand new high end resort. Other small things - one of the green pillows on the bed had a stain, they gave us conditioner but no shampoo, the mini fridge was set to 70 degrees and would not adjust any colder. Overall I was a bit disappointed in the room accomodations because of the lack of peace and quiet. I don't know if all rooms are like this or if we just got a bad room. read more

We had a great weekend with the holiday festivities. The suite was clean with a lot of extra amenities we appreciated. The staff were all approachable and professional. Exceptional staff members Aaron at the front desk and Anthony in the bowling alley. They went over and above to ensure our satisfaction with our stay. My kids loved ice skating, bowling and swimming. Yes it's a little pricey and people should come no earlier than check in time to ensure everything is ready. The staff are friendly and everyone is working hard to give people the best experience. Hands down, a 5-star experience! The property is large and absolutely accommodating to all possible needs. There are 2 pools that are very big and we liked that one pool is an adult-only, a nice quiet get-away from the kiddos. The entire property brings so much ease and convenience with the marketplace for groceries and food, lawn games on the property for entertainment, 9 tasting rooms to please the vino palette, and you can't go wrong with a nice sunrise hike through the on-site vineyard that leads to the famous Napa statue. My partner and I got to stay 1 night here and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay an extra day, just so we could relax on the hotel premises a bit longer. We absolutely loved our dinner at Olive + Hay! Now, on the rooms... stayed in a King room and it was very welcoming as soon as we walked in. I loved the barn-style doors leading to the bathroom, the robes were super cozy, and the bed had us immediately rolling in the zzz's as soon as we hit the sheets. I am one that is peculiar to details and cleanliness and this room checked all the boxes of holding high standards when it comes to comfort and cleanliness. The balcony was an added bonus to sit out and enjoy a nice glass of vino from the complimentary bottle that greets you as you enter the room. The staff... SUPER friendly and seem to willingly go above and beyond to deliver exemplary customer service. They are very knowledgeable about the premises and the Napa area and a pleasure to see as I always saw each staff member with a smile on their faces. You can tell they are happy to be there. Don't think you can spontaneous in Napa! For the higher price tag and supposed "luxurious surroundings" - wow, what a joke! Your greeted my two guys in a very tiny space. Where's that beautiful main lobby??? Apparently, there isn't one. Might as well check yourself in. "Luxurious pool and stunning views"? No way! The plants around the property are dead, yellow and not tended to at all. Weeds and sticker bushes everywhere. Dead plants surround the pool at ground level. There is litter absolutely everywhere blended in with the dead yellow "ornamental grasses" and heavy weeds and every window you look out of while walking to the pool, from inside looking out, is a view of more dead landscaping and more sticker bushes. The ginormous palm trees blocked any view of vineyards. The staff at the pool was absolutely lazy. While watching them chatting it up at the outdoor bar, they didn't come over and ask if we needed anything for about 6 hours, and then it was closing time. Not once did they make rounds to see if we wanted anything. For each and every drink, we had to get out of the pool and wrap up in a towel and walk over and order..I thought this place was a luxury hotel..also upon check in- no one said anything like " oh here's a map of this ginormous hotel and go here for a an amazing dinner, or oh there's a concert tonight - head over to over there..concierge? Didn't see one! No signs for one and no one said anything. I've visited a lot of truly luxury hotels...this is not one of them. Never going back, unless they drop the room prices by at least $200 per night. Definitely not close to epic! They view themselves very highly though..I wonder how they get such highly rated reviews..because that's all anyone has to go on. Oh and nothing can be spontaneous in the entire Napa Valley!! You must have appointments for each vineyard. If I ever go back to Napa, I'll need a full time travel agent to help book even the simplest of activities. I'm surprised I wasn't charged for using the napkins seriously..nickel and dime you to death! So a quick $1200 gone and we literally did nothing! My husband was treating my daughter and I and called ahead and paid for the room with a credit card, but upon checkout the billing all went on my debit card. I didn't intend on using cash for such a large dollar amount. Honestly ! The guys in the tiny check in room, caused every one of my credit cards (they tried 4 credit cards) to go on a security hold because he was swiping back and forth so many times! So I was forced to used a debit card. This place was so expensive and so disappointing on so many levels. They really need to raise the bar on service! read more

Horrid. Came here for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend. Concierge told us the hotel was at 100% capacity and they didn't know when our room would be available. Check in is at 4pm, it was 5:30pm btw. It was pouring raining and cold, so we decided to just cancel the room. They kept charging my card. Charged my card over $1,000 on accident. Service reps on the phone were clueless and unhelpful. Hung up in my boyfriends face when he asked to speak with a manager. My money still isn't back on my card. I've stayed here before and never had this trouble, but rest assured I'll be taking my money elsewhere. We are African American, and apparently this has happened to a few people we know who have tried to stay here before. How do you mistakingly charge my card for up to $1000??? If you're black, don't waste your money here. They don't care, they are rude, and disorganized. read more

Vista Collina is calling itself "The Village." Their "artisan market" gets touted on 99.3 The Vine and while it sounds pretentious (and Portlandia, without being in either Portland), they're laid-back. Their suites have kitchenettes, and that's a big deal. Downtown Napa's restaurant scene is making a comeback, but they don't want their guests to slack off. They have Fivetown Grocery, much more sophisticated than Blended (Blend?) across the street at the Meritage. They have an astounding selection, from La Colombe cold brew to Beekman 1802 hand wipes. The service is excellent, the prices surprisingly reasonable for a resort ($7 for breakfast? I must be dreaming!) I got a bagel with "schmear"-I had (probably wrongly) assumed I'd get lox with cream cheese, instead I got the "everything" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLCasyAh7ic It was the best bagel, cream cheese&jelly ever- and I got the so-called "everything" bagel along with some hot coffee! The bagel was superior to anything you'd get the typical cafe. It was soft, delicious&savory. The service was superb&shockingly fast (tho the process is kind of confusing when it comes to ordering&paying) As for the Fivetown Grocery, an "artisan market",I kicked myself for not bringing my shopping bag. We stayed here for a 3 day Weekend with my Husband and Daughter for my Birthday Getaway. We looked online and this hotel had 1 bedroom suites available. The grounds at the resort are beautiful, they have wineries and a brewery within the resort. You can drink wine , eat from the Food Truck and Play outdoor Games, it's also pet friendly . Great for us , we bring our small dog everywhere. We checked in on a Friday and the room is nice and new , kitchen,living room balcony overlooking the pool and the napa hills. Our room was on the 3rd floor out of 4, there was another suite above us. Things were going well , Until, we were woken to pounding and running footsteps , furniture moving above us starting at 6:30 am! It's sounded like there were many people running and bouncing balls over our rooms, from the bedroom to the living room suite. We were furious, naturally we called front desk. They were apologetic and talked to the people above us, 45 min later it stopped. This is now 7:15 am , we planned on sleeping in but we were wide awake by now. This happened Saturday and Sunday while we were there. The hotel said that it was a family with a few kids and are checking out Sunday. I understand having a family in a suite, but when you are paying almost $900 a night you expect the hotel to have Soundproofing and insulation in their rooms . We shouldn't have to hear everything that is above you. We even heard the vacuum from the cleaning crew as if they were in the bedroom with us. It's really too bad, because this resort is beautiful but if you want peace and quiet this is not the place for you. read more

I'm torn on the place - the rooms are great and an excellent value. The pool is ok and has plenty of seating. The service was so so. Also no restaurant on property but plenty of wineries and deli for quick bites. I booked a suite for 2 nights for me and my wife to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. The only reason why I booked the suite specifically was because the website said we'd get a "vineyard or hill view". When we got there, we got a suite on the second floor, and our balcony facing the pool was blocked by the fitness center. We called the front desk and tried to get another room but they told us that they did not have any rooms available and they were only at 50% capacity...understandable I guess. They told us to try again the next day. We also tried to request bathrobes and extra blankets but these were never delivered that night. Then we tried to order room service...and they did not pick up. At night when we got on the bed, we noticed that it was a very squeaky bed. With every little movement, it would squeak. Then we wanted to turn on the heater but for some reason the fan kept blowing at 60 degrees. We tried to turn it off but it kept going back to auto. Then around 4-5am we were woken up by the AC and our room got even colder. We were able to find some thin blankets in the room and tried going back to sleep. In the morning we went to the front desk and tried to get a different room again and we were denied...again. We also asked if they could take a look at the AC unit and asked again for bathrobes and blankets. They said that they'd stop by that morning after we requested it. We went out for the morning and came back after lunch. We went back to the room and...again...no blankets or bathrobes and the AC unit did not seem to work still. We went back to the front desk and they told us that the blankets and robes should've been delivered by now (they weren't) and that the engineering team had already gone by our room and found no issues... We went to take walk around the village and the other resort for a bit for the rest of the afternoon. We went back to our room at around 5 and the blankets and robes were finally delivered. We went in and found the engineering team in our room trying to fix our AC unit...even though they told us they had already stopped by. After about 20-30 minutes they said they couldn't fix it and they were just going to shut off the AC from the outside. The engineer told us that he'd recommend the front desk move us to another room and we'd get a courtesy call within the next hour.... Front desk never called and our AC did not shut off until 8PM. At that point we gave up. The level of service at this "resort" was not equivalent to the money spent on that suite. We understand that Covid has made all of this challenging. And I would've been more understanding if our requests were only delayed. But all of our requests were ignored several timeS. When we checked out that morning and brought up our complaints...again...the front desk person could not have given less shits about our complaints. She only took note that our bed was squeaking, gave a half-assed apology for the rest and just took off the pizza that we ordered the night before. I don't know if it was a bad weekend or if they had a terrible day...or maybe it was my Chinese name... Regardless, our experience last weekend left a terrible impression of this "resort" and I would not recommend this resort to anyone. TL;DR Go spend your money somewhere else. The service is terrible. Update: They responded to the issue very quickly after this review and refunded us the full amount. Besides this one error, we had a great stay at the resort. This resort overcharged our room $500 and promised to refund us immediately. It's been a month and we've yet to even hear a reply to our email and voicemail. The manager, Nick, promised he'd "meet with his accounting team tonight" to correct the situation after we spoke to him the last day of our stay. We even sent him a detailed email that reconciled the charges and calculated the exact number to be refunded (we are studying accounting and hospitality in school). However, as mentioned earlier, he has yet to reply to our email or calls. read more

Got a reservation a few days before BottleRock at a price equal to that of very subpar properties. The hotel grounds are new but should grow in nicely and take away some of the starkness the property currently exudes. Staff was great head to tail. The Living Room staff (check in) were very helpful and had many great suggestions. We booked an amazing spacious suite and took advantage of a third free night with purchase of two which brought down the price. The property has about a dozen winery tasting rooms onsite and a well stocked store which offered many picnic and breakfast items. The hotel has full access to their sister property across the street so restaurants, bowling and a one of the best spas we've ever experienced are all available. The only thing keeping it from a five star review was the newness of the property and that everything was not quite open. We go to Napa every year and will reach out to Villa Collina as our first choice every time. read more

Let me just say the place is amazing. The grounds were clean, very functional and lots of activities for the kids and oldies. Across the resort is their sister hotel resort which is the Meritage which offers great restaurants and amenities as well. Our suite was very luxurious down from the bathroom to the bedroom and the kitchen. The staff were all welcoming and warm which makes the stay extra special. Why 4 stars only?? During our check in they failed to bring some of our stuff to our room. I called 2 times and no one got back to me, until my 3rd call, which I think was ridiculous, it shouldn't take 3 calls to address the concern. My sister's room was not ready and it was past 4 pm already. I wish they would have at least one restaurant in the grounds,the market/grocery they had was also helpful and convenient, the only thing was, it didn't have enough options for vegans like us, so that was a bit of a problem. One great tip is options for vegans since there are not a lot of hotels that cater to vegans. Overall, I would definitely come back and see how the resort is during the summertime. I would recommend this place to families with kids and furry family members too! read more

Good amenities but very poor service. My wife, kids and I stayed during the last week of December '21. It has a nice ice skating rink and the room is nice. However service is very poor. It took several calls to get to the front desk, concierge was less than helpful (never called us back), check-in not on time and no hot water for a shower. Given the poor customer service, front desk manager, Brendan, offered $100 worth of hotel credit. So we took them up on it. Upon on check out, we noticed the $100 resort credit had not been applied. Asked again and they said the item is not shown on the receipt but is included in the total. I totaled it in front of the manager and it was still not applied. Then he said it would be applied to our credit card statement. I have waited more than a week and still not applied. So one thing to have poor customer service, but another thing to swindle a guest. read more

I booked a suite here for one night. From the moment we got there it was a disaster. Staff was friendly but that's about the only positive here. First of all there was black hair in the shower drain which is completely disgusting (especially during Covid it shows complete lack of cleanliness). Then we called to get two robes delivered. I had to call three times and ended up waiting over an hour to get these robes. Once they arrived, they did not have the belt. So here I go calling again, now for the belt. Had to call twice for them to eventually bring it up. Fast forward to the following morning, I decide to use the tub before I have to check out. I realize the drain is broken so I call front desk. They said most likely engineering will not have time to get to my room and fix it before check out (check out was in three hours). Upon returning home I checked my bank account and realized that I was double charged for the room! I have already pre paid through a third party booking site and then the hotel charged me for the room as well. So then I had to deal with calling them multiple times to get the charge reversed. My family and group of friends have been coming to this hotel since the inception, actually we started our enjoyment of this area at Meritage. We come to this area so much we labeled our text group "Meritage". Even during Covid we could not stay away and it was such an experience having the resort all to ourselves. Everyone is so accommodating even during those scariest of times. Last year NYE 2023 I met a staff member that stood out from all the rest, her name is Dawa. I encountered her first at Olive and Hay, she set up our group of 21 to the best of her ability so that we can enjoy each other's company. She often checked in on us during brunch. Throughout the whole weekend, we would see her in all the meal areas and most of all at Crush lounge. She managed the bar and warmed the guest at the dining area - always ready to check in on each patron. This year thanksgiving, I had the pleasure of bumping into Dawa at the awesome Grand Reserve skating rink, set up for their winter festivities. She is so awesome, she remembered me and I remembered her because she was so helpful. I witnessed her caring about her staff in order to produce outstanding service for all that visit the resort. We love the resort for the big suites that accommodate my family, the fun atmosphere, the rink, the decoration, the fire pit, the igloo and the food is delicious. Having Dawa there is icing on the cake - she is superb!! read more

Pros : great amenities, beautiful property, and overall clean. Definitely kid friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the CONS, service was very mediocre for a FOUR diamond hotel. We were able to get one of the rooms available for an early check-in. However, no introduction to the property or directions of where rooms will be located. We had to ask several questions and the young lady took no initiative to provide service/help for us. I was thrown off hoping she would provide dining suggestions, property information, or a simple conversation for paying guests. We were placed on the second floor of the main building in front of the court yard. Water pipes placed above the balcony which caused flushed water to fall right into our balcony-which we happened to have clothes drying out from a day at the pool. Such a poor design for the property to have the pipes placed in such an odd place. We called front desk which it immediately stopped but definitely not good if guests were happening to enjoy their patio- you could definitely get soaked. We ordered room service (dessert) our last night to celebrate a birthday. Sadly, room service didn't have any birthday candles or matches. We ordered the "Slumber party" and the cookies were not assorted which arrived old and stale. 23% service charge and it just didn't seemed fair to me. Walls are also very thin- the guests staying next door blared loud music till 2am. We called front desk but the gentleman response said he would contact security. Unfortunately nothing was done since they remained belligerently loud throughout the night. I mentioned it during check out and the manager response was dry. "Sorry, we will work on it." Over two grand the entire stay you would think guest service would go out their way to reconcile and be more concerned for guests when they are paying a lot of money. His management skills reflects on the team collectively. Not a good first impression and I'm not sure if I would want to come back. The bellman, our pool server and housekeeper seemed more pleasant and nice throughout our stay! But Archer-downtown would probably be my first pick for our next visit. read more

This resort truly made the beginning of my 2019 as remarkable as it could be. Everything there is perfect for a getaway trip to the wine country. All that anyone could ever hope for are available here-- be it the immaculately decorated grounds, entertaining amenities, superb quality of room furnishings, and amazing service from the staff. My friends and I went to the resort too early for the 4pm check in (we were there around 2pm), so we ended up getting comfy in the hot tubs while we waited for our room. Although the pool was also heated, it was still too cold for us in the chilly, breezy afternoon. We loved the clean, spacious bathrooms and the soft towels that were available for us at the poolside. The view from the pool itself didn't reveal much about the huge, gorgeous grounds that were hidden behind the hotel buildings, however. When we checked in, our Valet, Luke, was awesome enough to help us bring our luggages to our room on the upper floor of the hotel. We fell in love with our room immediately after we walked in and saw that we have a balcony that overlooked the grassy lawn with a giant Christmas tree amidst the tasting rooms. The beds were also very heavenly to sleep in and I really didn't want to leave the hotel for anything else after checking into it. Since I was the honorary DD for the trip, I didn't get the chance to try out their wines but my friends seemed to immensely enjoyed their tastings before we left the properties. If I'm hosting anyone for a wine tasting trip on the near future, I would definitely return here again. read more

Haven't reviewed on yelp in a while, but feel compelled for this. We wanted to check out the newish Vista Collina resort in town for a while, so spur of the moment decided to stay on a random Saturday night. Decent price online, so booked and drove over. Started off rocky, the girl at Vista Collina front desk seemed new, told us there were no rooms and sent us across the street to Meratige, with several other couples ahead and behind us. Took almost an hour to check in because of an apparent over booking issue at Vista Collina, which normally would have been very irritating when it's 8pm and you just want to start having a nice evening. However, Anthony at Meritage front desk was AMAZING, the kind of person that instantly puts you in a good mood. He was so sweet, and genuinely wanting to help and do what he could, although everyone pretty much had to wait for an in demand manager to come help solve the multiple over booking issues. Because of Anthony's infectious positive attitude and amazing calmness under the pressure of several upset guests, we were happy to just wait and have a drink at the lobby bar while they sorted it out. Several other couples who did not have the benefit of Anthony's positive energy were loudly on the other end of the happiness spectrum. He eventually came over with our keys and was still able to get us a room at Vista Collina instead of having to move us to Meratige where we've stayed plenty of times, and the point was to check out the new hotel. And everything Anthony did was with a smile, making the excessive wait so much better than it otherwise would have been. Now for the hotel. It's fantastic! Our room was beautiful, it's still a fairly new property so everything still has that new, clean, not been used by thousands of people vibe, which is awesome. We also had a wonderful time at "The Village" area the next afternoon, which was a lovely surprise. There was a really great band playing on the very large lawn area, lots of seating areas, wine tasting rooms and one brewery around the perimeter of the lawn. We decided to get a glass of sangria and stay a little longer, and so glad we did! It was a very cool music experience in a beautiful outdoor setting. Couldn't have asked for a better way to spend that particular Sunday afternoon. We will be back for sure, and absolutely recommend this hotel, or even just coming to the outdoor area for the live music, which I hope is every weekend! read more

We loved this hotel. Just got home after spending our thanksgiving weekend in Napa! The hotel staff was SO nice and the amenities was spectacular. Such a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back again soon! My only recommendation would be to have a sit down restaurant @ vista vs. going across the street. read more

Our family booked one bedroom suite for 4th July weekend. When we got there on Friday around 5pm, they told us the room was not ready and to wait for one hour or so. However, when we went back at 7pm, they told us that they were not sure when the room would be ready as they were backed up. By this point, it was clear that we were not the only one who couldn't check in. As we drove from bay area with our toddler, we were just shocked by the responses that we got. We even told him that we would get refunded and drove back to our home that night. Luckily, we got into our room around 8pm, but the bathroom toilet was not clean (I cleaned it by myself with clorox wipes that I brought). We didn't even bother to complain at this point. I understand it is pandemic and you just re-opened. However, if you don't have a capacity to work on the rooms, just don't let customers to book the rooms and have an unpleasant experience. We are paying more than $500 per night and this just should not happen. If your house keeping is under-staffed, please don't get greedy and accept all the reservations. Also, because it is pandemic, you need to clean extra everywhere. There were no hand-sanitizing stations near elevators and we saw many uncleaned areas such as full of trashes that didn't empty out. I will never go back to this resort. period. read more

This place is top notch! The rooms are very nice and modern. Huge flat screen TVs and very comfortable beds. But in all honesty it's the property that makes this place fabulous. The seven wine tasting rooms, brewery and food market are all great! I love the outdoor lawn area that is set up for people to hang out and just have fun. The gym and pool are are also really nice. The pool has cabanas available as well. There is no spa attached to this hotel but since this hotel has partnered with meritage resort, all you have to do is walk across the street for a fabulous spa treatment. Great customer service across the board. I'm definitely coming back! read more
