I have been getting the Home Run pkg. for 4-5 years-it started with a Groupon with great satisfaction! I was concerned that after the Groupon stopped it would be pricy and looking at the reviews wasn't sure. So, I tried it again recently and was amazed that the pkg has only gone up a few dollars from the Groupon pricing and the service was the same great quality as before! They vacuumed the car well and it went through the wash and dry machine. Then 4-5 people immediatley began doing the windows, wiping down the interior with a special leather & cleaning treatment for the dashboard, cleaning the wheels and shining the tires all within minutes! I dropped my car off at 11 and went to pick it up at 3:30 because the hours of operation are open until 5. They have closed the shop for the day and no one in the office to give me the keys to the car. This is unbelievable and now I have no vehicle to get to work with in the morning. read more

My first visit here (May/June 2021) was such a pleasant experience. I loved how clean my vehicle was and how quickly it was ready. Service has severely declined since then. I had a membership from June 2021 - Dec. 2021; canceled because the quality of service was not getting better. The exterior cleaning process was consistent but the interior cleaning was terrible. I let a sales representative know I wasn't satisfied and canceled in December 2021 but I was still charged in January. After speaking to the manager, she said she wasn't notified of me wanting to cancel so my membership was still active. She was able to cancel my membership that day (mid January 2022) but stated she couldn't refund my $50 membership fee. We tried to come up with solutions because it wasn't my fault she wasn't notified and I didn't want to leave my $50 chilling in their business account. She offered me a detail to compensate for the erroneous fees I incurred. I then tried to explain that I'm canceling because I'm not happy with the cleaning service; being compensated with a cleaning doesn't make sense. In the end my only option was accept a "detail" priced at $70. At this point I'm feeling a bit aggravated so I accepted. Fast forward to April 2022, I'm returning to receive my compensation detail. THERES A NEW MANAGER (NM)! This new manager (NM) has never seen me and doesn't know what I'm talking about. Luckily, I see the sales representative that is familiar with my situation and he explains to the new manager(NM). Things still aren't working out with this NM but he does offer 50% off the detail and guarantees satisfaction. The detail is now priced at $80 so I would have to pay $40. Don't forget that I've already been wrongfully charged $50 for a membership that I cancelled. Once again I'm in a situation to spend/lose money at this establishment. Here we go!! The NM seems to be a cool guy so I reluctantly accepted the 50% off deal and sent my car to detail. Now I'm at $90 that I never should've spent here. The exterior cleanliness of my vehicle could be rated at 8 of 10, due to the wheels not being really clean. I would rate the interior cleanliness at 6 of 10. This service was rushed and not taken seriously. There's still lots of grass and debris on my floors. The dash board has excessive amounts of cleaning solution left behind. My cloth seats were not vacuumed. I can never return to this place and would deter anyone who cares about their vehicle to go elsewhere. read more

I am done with this place. There is always an issue here. 3 weeks ago I brought my daughter's car here to get washed. I picked the most expensive wash they had. The car was pretty dirty. I left the car and told them to take their time and that I would be back for it. Came to get the car and the carpet had been vacuumed half assed. I had just paid $140 and they cannot even vacuum it right!!! . Also when I tried to pay, I had a $50 gift card that I bought from them, they told me it wasn't good. ‍ Today I come in to get a simple wash, $20! I brought a coupon. This was my second visit. First was ok. This time, The man tried to upsell which I declined but since I wanted the mats washed, he said it would be $45 package which i was ok with. I insisted they clean the inside well and not care much about the outside coz it was going to rain anyways. The interior was still very dirty. The mats not washed, so upon complaining they took it and dry brushed it. The seats were not vacuumed, the dashboard was not wiped and basically except running it under the automatic car wash, they did nothing. This i could have gotten it done for $8. $200 detail they had the truck for 2 hours. When I picked it up bugs all over the grill, bumper and mirrors. Leather had been wiped down but not in the cracks, paid for a wax but when I asked about it and showed the manager the dirt that wasn't removed he had them do it again. Waited another 30 minutes. had a membership for my miata. since i was about to travel i asked if the charge was 'automatic' and was told (by the inside attendant who looked up my license plate) it was not. low and behold May and June were charged. i stopped by to ask for a refund and was told 'we don't give refunds' and that i had to get my bank to stop the automatic payment... well i've disputed the charges with my Bank but there is no way the bank can stop the auto billing by the merchant. unless i find a way to cancel my account i'll just dispute every month. my advisce is to avoid memberships at this car wash. read more

My first and last experience at Grand Slam Car Wash was absolutely horrible. I do not appreciate any type of business that takes clients money without doing the work. I left their facility with dirt water in my floor matts that wasn't there prior to the cleaning. They did not vacuum under the seats, did not wipe down the interior windows, did not wipe down the cup holders or doors. When I immediately turned around and went back to inform them of the missed cleaning areas, they laughed and I was given no apology. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I thought I'd try a new car wash on a Thursday afternoon. There weren't too many cars/trucks in line (4?) - and yet it still took over an hour before I got my keys. This is poorly staffed, poorly managed, and to top it off, the wash job / hand dry was mediocre/poor. There were MANY bug splats still left on that were easily removed once I got home. Ig Pa've used this carwash for the convenience factor for awhile now. I just didn't have time to find a different one. But this last Monday I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up and asked for the Extra Interior Cleaning Package. I've never purchased this package before and usually just get the basic service. But this time I was desperate to get all of the dog hair out of my car. I talked to the girl at the desk asking if they would be able to do it since they were busy. Much to my surprise, the manager stepped in and made sure it all went as it should. He actually followed my car all the way through the process and checked it himself when it was done. I have to say, I'm not usually overly enthused with the service there but something has changed. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they did do a great job, especially since I had paid extra. My favorite car wash! Have the for treatment done on a Saturday evening. There were even scuffs down the side of my driver's door from a previous mishap. And even though they were slammed at the time the crew still made the effort to get the scuffs off and give me a perfectly clean car. I recommend Grand slam to everybody! read more

I have no problem with the quality of the wash, but I came here in the middle of the day during the week with only one car in front of me and it took FOREVER. From the time on my receipt, to when the car entered the wash bag it was 38 minutes. Then only another 5 minutes to rush the interior cleaning and windows. Nobody has that sort of time for a wash, especially when the interior is rushed. What in the world was going on for the first half hour? Worst car wash I've ever had. Paid for the Single and just about the only things that were cleaned were the tires. Water spots everywhere, no inside wiping (still had dust on the dash and in the cup holders), and a half-rate job vacuuming. The guy "drying" the truck actually use WINDEX on the paint to try and get some of the water spots off. I left with water spots all over the windows, mirrors, foot rail, and paint (where he didn't get to use Windex because I told him not to). No rush to get the job done either, which is surprising considering the quality of the work that was done. I will absolutely not be back! read more
