I wish I could give this location a ZERO. Took my vehicle here for an inspection and had the worst encounter with Inspector Michael. He was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. After waiting 45 minutes to get my inspection, which included them servicing 2 vehicles that arrived AFTER me, I was allowed to pull into a bay. There was no apology offered for the wait or acknowledgment that they serviced 2 vehicles ahead of me. After the failed inspection, which was no surprise, Michael was smug in his dealing with me. Michael asked if I wanted to speak with his Manager and I said why would I do that if he (Michael) is the kind of employee that they hire to meet with customers. I would only expect more of the same. Normally i like coming here. The people have always been nice and service is quick. The people are still nice, but today the service it was different. I needed to do my inspection, and my wipers, being relatively new, were required to be replaced for $70 or I'd fail my inspection. When the new ones were installed, the same streaking was present. It had nothing to do with the wipers. And when commented on, it was dismissed. I didn't need to spend that. And other services were offered that I didn't need. That's not customer service, it's upselling. Note to self, get a car wash before inspection. I ended up coming in for an oil change and inspection and leaving spending much more than I wanted to for items that were not necessary. Aside from that, I really do like their service, the people are friendly, everything is usually good. I just don't care for upselling. It was a two star, but as I'm writing this i added a star because Shell came up and chatted with me about my oil, and was very informative and pleasant. Came in for an emissions test. The attendant told me it would be 24 minutes and then told me to park on the side. As I was waiting 15 minutes, a SUV with two blonde girls pulled up. Came in for an oil change and i understand that they have to try and upsell their stuff or try and make you buy more but one guy was super pushy no matter how many times i said no. I was doing maintenance on my whole car and only wanted the oil change from them while i went elsewhere for other car repairs. The guy had an attitude and was really judgmental that i came in "late" for the change. I only change my oil when the maintenance light comes on. (Is that not what youre supposed to do??) He found other things that needed to be repaired in my car and after i kept telling him i'll get them done he kept saying how i cant push it off any longer which was really irritating. Not only that, but they didn't even reset my maintenance light and after a few days and more repairs i had to watch a video on yt and do it myself. Won't be going to take 5 for oil changes anymore. My actual review would be ZERO STARS because thats how I felt in the moment, but i'm not going to rate it that because overall they are fine. I went in for a simple emissions test and they told me to wait on the side because there was a person in-front of me. Well an hour and a half later I went to go talk with someone about my emissions test and they said I was next after this inspection. An hour later and 2 and a half hours in total I decided to leave and go somewhere else. When I was leaving I saw that another person was in that bay even though I was next. Maybe it was a mixup? Maybe its bad management? I don't know and don't care that much anymore, but I REALLY think there should be a bit more feedback with the customer. If you have someone idling 2+ hours in the hot sun for nothing but an emissions test and your company is called "take 5..." the very least you could do is go say, "hey we are almost done here" or "you should come back in (amount of time) because this is taking a while" read more

Came here to get an oil change on my vehicle. The gentleman that checked me in, I believe his name was Tristan, was very attentive and told me about their Veteran's discount. I received good service from Timius who did the oil change with a gentleman named David. They were very respectful and thorough. Made good recommendations because I needed an air filter, which I had them replace. The price is a bit higher than some other places, but they do report the oil changes to CarFax if you want to keep a record of your services & they did everything they said they would to the vehicle. read more

Though they were more expensive than my usual place, Seth was very thorough, professional, and friendly. I like that I didn't have to wait and was able to stay in my vehicle. went for a basic oil change .... The tech using a 12-18 long funnel with a oil quart inverted in it , left it and walked away.... The oil spilled all over my engine including the exausht manifold.... Told him to clean it up throughly to which the tech became rude and started to talk in a loud voice ....he kept on saying I need to let him do his job and he was going to clean it .... I have used this location twice now and plan to come back a third time, at least. Easy access from the highway. Kevin and his team take care of me well when I come in - I appreciate how they try to educate me on my car in the process. Fast and friendly service. But do allocate 30-40 mins depending on what they find that needs to be corrected with your car's system. read more

My car was at home leaking oil all over the place to wear I had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. Stay far away from this place. Stick with the dealership. I thought all went well but when I returned for another oil change I was told they had tightened the filter too much, stripped the threading and were unable to remove it. I was told to take it to a mechanic to have it removed and they would cover the costs, but when presented the bill they denied it and left me with it. We asked for the extra oil his response was "there was no extra it took the whole thing". That is NOT correct.. I would not recommend being taken care of by this employee Garrett specifically. I've been here twice and I'll probably be back - but I'll make sure to come at a time they're not busy. The first time I went, it was very quick service and the tech was incredibly professional, nice, and quick at his job! He was so nice I emailed to say how great he was. They show you the new oil level every time and make sure to ask what oil you prefer. The price is probably average or maybe slightly above but for the quick service I will pay a bit more. The second time I had a different experience. I waited 35 minutes before the tech came over to start on my car. He took a little longer than the first tech did but I figured he must be newer. There was a negative aside from the wait time though. The tech was telling me to hold a button on my dash to reset my change oil light (I am familiar and have done this many times before) but he insisted I do it with my left hand. I even pushed the button with my right hand and he said "no no you have to use your left hand". It felt like he was trying to prank me because I know it doesn't make any difference and overall made me very uncomfortable. I hope the techs are more professional like my first experience next time. read more
