This place is a gem. Stayed at the Mountain View Resort for 4 days and came here everyday! Love this place. Great service, affordable, fresh hot coffee, breakfasts are the best!

We had an absolutely delightful visit to Grandma's Kitchen! The new owners, who also run Munroe's in Twin Mountain, have truly breathed new life into this charming spot. The refreshed decor and expanded menu are wonderful. The service was so friendly, and I loved the variety on the kids menu, including the adorable moose-shaped pancake. Our notoriously picky two-year-old surprised us by devouring most of my husband's corned beef hash--such a testament to how tasty the food is! The Bloody Mary was perfect and packed a punch. I had the eggs Benedict with pulled pork, and it was both creative and delicious. Highly recommend this lovely place!

This restaurant never disappoints. New owners who have maintained the integrity of previous food and menu. We both had the farmers favorite; which consisted of 2 eggs, e 8"pancakes, 3 slices of thick bacon, 2 slices of homemade wheat toast and a choice of side, which we chose the fresh fruit cup. They also had a side of homefries or baked beans. All were cooked to perfection.

Super friendly service. Accommodated our tricky kids and requests. Menu is good ol fashioned offerings - decent fare.

We went in early and ordered steak tip hash, 3 chocolate pancake stack, with some bacon on the side and drank coffee and apple juice. It was an awesome meal and server was very friendly. Menu was filled with lots of things we wanted to try! Someone said it was cash only, but they do accept credit!

Outstanding diner in upper New Hampshire. The food is scratch made and very good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Can't miss with anything on the menu.

The tomato "soup"

Let me start off by saying our waitress was great. We went on a Sunday and it was super busy so we knew we would need to wait awhile. That wasn't the issue. It is definitely not the old grandmas kitchen. We loved it there for years. Their tartar sauce was not good at all and that was partly the reason I used to go there. We had also order a round of soup and our tomato soup was more like a very very salty marinara. We let the waitress know that it was pretty much inedible just in case other customers said something. She came back and let us know the cook said it was fine. Oh well we tried. My daughter had popcorn chicken, French fries and garlic bread and she said that the popcorn chicken and garlic bread was really hard. The rest of us tried it and agreed. The rest of the food wasn't bad but wasn't the greatest either. We will not be going back. The staff were very pleasant though.

Excellent value and super affordable! We each got two drinks plus breakfast and sides and paid about $28 per person, including tip. Could easily pay $10-15 per person though. The eggs were delicious and pancakes were very fluffy. The atmosphere was very cozy-vintage diner, lots of old school charm. It took about 10 minutes to get our bill after asking, so probably not the best place if you're on a tight timeline. Will definitely return when we're in town again!

Food is decent, priced a little high for breakfast in my opinion. Staff moves very slowly and you must have to pay extra for them to smile.

The staff has too much attitude for the very low end place that it is. Has def. Gone downhill since Grandma was alive.

I wanted to try the Lincoln Diner for breakfast today, but upon seeing the tremendous lineup and…read morewait for a table, Boyfriend was like, nope. So off to the Littleton Diner we went instead! (Our local pal Gregory confirmed that brand-new Lincoln Diner is *very good* and extremely popular, so hopefully I get to try it eventually!) Things turned out for the best however - no wait here, our favorite booth available and I got some blueberry coffee and a delicious 5-cheese omelette - I think it was my first time trying an omelette here, and it was *great*! Super loaded with cheese and the eggs were perfectly fluffy. Prices have gone up soooo much since I started coming here two decades ago... but still worth every penny!

Came from NY and in the area for work wife decided she had to try the turkey dinner and I wanted an…read moreomelet so we planned to come here 2 days! Staff is INCREDIBLY rude. How can you expect people from out of town to just know your menu when placing a to go order? If certain things don't come in dishes anymore maybe update the menu posted on your website, don't expect customers to just know your menu and be respectful when you talk to them. You don't make the feel smaller then you and an inconvenience! Bad attitude doesn't want people to ever come back. Finally got all our food and in the omelette I ordered no olives in were definitely a load of black olives. Turkey was bland, dry, pretty sure was sitting in a hot pan for days just drying out. The turkey, stuffing, mashed, gravy all tasted the exact same BLAND AND NO FLAVOR. Even if the food was food I'd never come back because of the rude staff. Don't work in customers if you hate talking to them!!!

Absolutely mind blown…read more I have made numerous ski trips this way and always seen this place tucked away in the corner of my eye when approaching the intersection. No cell service so couldn't look up anything prior to entering. Lovely little diner, please remember to shut the door as you enter as it doesn't close. I made my way to the counter and started really looking at everything around the place. Personally could have kept all the political stuff out but I was here for food. Liked all the books off the side as well as the dinosaur toys. The message that is placed in front of you tell a good story, and they're not wrong one bit. Enjoy the company around you. I was blown away with the size of the blueberry pancake, and I was warned. Never have I taken a pancake to go because I didn't finish it. I had some corn beef hash too so that filled me up a bit, but this thing is massive! Definitely could've taken it down in my college days. I will have to come back to try and defeat it again. Anyways, I did enjoy my corn beef hash too, very potato driven. All and all, happy I finally popped in. Don't know when the next time I'll be back, but it is now on my radar of places to stop when ready for pancakes!

The diner is very small inside and decorated with political extremism. I thought the set up was funny, unique, and provided great conversation topics. However, the food is what made me dislike the diner. First off, the waitress dipped her hand in the coffee and didn't replace it with a new one. Was given attitude after asking for a new coffee. Then after that, the coffee ended up being the worst tasting diner coffee I've ever had (it was $6 as well!!!). I ordered the world domination breakfast and was disappointed. The only good part of the experience were the pancakes, which were very delicious. Didn't finish the other food outside of the pancakes. Was very surprised after reading the reviews.
