On top of the incompetence, the customer service was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. No accountability, no apology, just attitude, like my time and my car didn't matter at all. I ended up going in and picking my car up without a single thing done to it. Three days of communication, a scheduled appointment, and a confirmed time slot meant absolutely nothing. I have all the call logs to back up this timeline, in case anyone here tries to spin a different story about what happened. If you value your time or want a shop that actually tracks what they told you, go elsewhere. Genuinely would not use this place if the service were free.
